I have purchased items from this store several times and always get the warranty, I recently paid off a living room suit and the thread started and leather started coming off I call the company and they told me they would send someone to fix it . I called multiple times and they still didnt come last time I call a woman named crystal told me the man that was supposed to fix it doesnt do it anymore and that she was going to send someone else a few weeks past by which is six weeks . I call back and talked to the manager Pam and I told her that I dont appreciate how they treated me and Pam told me that they dont do business that way I told her just know I would not be doing business with them again . Pam asked me who told you that they didnt fix furniture and then said crystal transferred and assured me she would have someone call me Monday to take care of issue . Monday no call its now been a week no call. U got my money and rip me off and lied my warranty?

Bought two twin mattresses for kids I would describe as junk and after getting home notice one was used . Deceiving and lies is the description of salespersons Wich by georgia standards is acceptable

The staff is great, the owner is very friendly and helpful. My husband and I have made several large purchases with Farmers. However, due to getting bedbugs in one of the beds we purchased for our children, I highly doubt that I can in good conscious continue any future business here. I recall being in the store speaking with Teresa and seeing a bedbug and bringing it to her attention but she tried to convince me it was a nat. Later my childrens room became infested and we ended up having to throw away the beds we just purchased and fumigating our entire home.

It was AWESOME! The Sales People were Awesome and everyone I dealt with were just Super Nice and Helpful! Not to mention I popped a Balloon and got 50 percent off my purchase!

Love my grey velvety sectional!! Scotchcard I paid for extra smelled to much for my chemical hypersensitivity but is paying off with a young one in the house. Reasonable credit offers helped me get a much needed couch!!

Poor quality products havent stood behind warranty its been 6 weeks and my chair is still broken I have spoken to Freddie several times I have asked him to replace it if he cant get the parts I get no response
