Sure like shopping at this Home Depot. People are friendly & very helpful. At other Home Depots you have to search for employees. I can relax while I shop here & dont have the anxiety I get at other Home Depots or Lowes.

This is a good store. Employees are all very friendly. Recently I went to buy a piece of plumbing hardware. The employee in the plumbing department was extra friendly and helpful. He helped me find exactly what I needed and then spent some time to give me some tips in installing it.

The staff is always friendly. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is that for this time of year they havent had the selection of plants youd expect to find. So Im having to drive 35 miles away to Lowes for a better plant selection.

I always enjoy shopping this particular Home Depot because there’s a more personal feel to it. However, today I met Jeff in the cabinet/kitchen area. His dedication to customer service is like no other. I would’ve selected six stars but could only select five.

Great customer service! Two young ladies in garden center were exceptional!! We ran in right before closing for a quick purchase and they jumped right in and helped and even made an add on sale!

Home Depot is best home improvement chain in our part of the world. Especially the Thomaston location. They have the most helpful and knowledgeable associates who are actually capable of walking you through you idea into the project and getting you the right things needed to complete the project. And they always stress safety and encourage you to get professional help if you are not comfortable with doing certain things like electrical and plumbing projects.

I have always had a good experience at home depot the only part I miss and have heard it from several other people that they need to back to having a person to help in all dept and if your person is not busy bro to the front of your dept this way people dont have to search for someone to help them we come to your store for a reason because you have what we need are time is also important to us because we needed your project to comple are jobs so the longer it takes to find someone to help us we loose time and money from are jobs or projects. The Home Depot in Thomaston is full of very kind associates that are great to talk to and are very helpful! They have gained my loyalty to shop here for any of my future needs!

Alot of the employees are nice & helpful but sometimes its hard to find one when you need them. There are a few who should find jobs in another field because they act like they dont want to be there. Store is always super clean!

The Thomaston, GA Home Depot is the best. Their personnel are the best and very helpful.

Bought some metal rods i needed cut to a specific length. Their machine was inoperable so they cut them by hand for me and made sure I had everything I needed.

I went in to pay a bill and the staff are always so nice and helpful. Then I spotted the Christmas trees and lights and at great prices

Garden Center Employee on 5 /4/21 around 6 pm. Performance was one outstanding.

The ladies in the garden department were SO HELPFUL! They helped me figure out how to load 4 trees, 8 plants, and 4 bags of soil into my Camry and did all of the heavy lifting for me. They also pointed out some sale items I might like... and I appreciated the help with bargain shopping. Great team!

With the worker shortage as it is today, you can hardly ever get help in a large box store. However, I hadnt been in this store for five minutes, and THREE floor associates had asked if I needed help! WOW!😊

Amy was very rude. she watched me check out then walked up to my tegistered grabed my receipt and ask me if I payed for my screws .Very disrespectful way of doing her job.Most would have told here wers to stick it .But I just figured to let peolle know how there acting at self check out.You can do your job and be more nice.

I try to do most of my home and garden shopping at Lowes in Griffin. Its a thirty minute drive for me, but I will not be a regular Home Depot shopper because I can not abide corporate headquarters hateful mindset regarding the LGBTQ community. Also, in Thomaston, get someone who knows how to care for bedding plants. They either dont water the plants or they overeater them. I needed several violas in a hurry, and I had no choice but to purchase at Home Depot. All of the viola looked horrible. My thoughts throughout the choosing process was I am going to pay almost 11 dollars per flat for viola which anyone with any knowledge of plants or good management should have reduced significantly based on the pathetic health of the plants.

Ok.... Not a lot of stock, wood is ridiculously priced...

Paint staff was wonderful in helping us purchase interior paint for our whole house.

Happened to find helpful AND easy to find employees. Self check outs were actually working at this location, unlike the Columbus store which rarely ever has even 2 working at a time. Found exactly what I needed where it was pointed out to be.

Had what I needed. If you ever need help ALWAYS, Always, always ask or look for Doug in Plumbing, Steve in Electrical and Cordell in Hardware they have been there years and are very knowledgeable. Many thanks to those three for all the help and advice on my home projects. They really know how to set you up for success.

I placed an online order. I also called and told them that I would be picking the order up. Rather than tell me that something was out of stock, they had it shipped from another store. The delivery man showed up at my house with 1 2x4. I didnt take it but was charged for the board as well as a delivery charge. This 1 2x4 cast me almost $90 which I was told I couldnt get back. Ill be going to Lowes from now on.

They do not allow use of the military ID unless the veteran is with you at checkout. My husband is disabled, Vietnam Marine Corps, he was unable to walk that distance and was in the car but they would not allow me to use it to get the whopping 5% discount.. This is my last visit to Home Depot. Corporate told me that it is up to the store managers discretion. Never again.

They seem to be doing a lot to make it safe to shop. They have stock of masks, sanitizer, paper products, cleaning supplies. Though low on some items they usually have, they did have what I needed.

None of the employees are very knowledgeable of where things are located in store. Asked a employee where unistrut clamps were and she said I honestly have no idea what youre talking about.

This has been a great Home Depot. Sometimes the employees can be a bit busy and scattered but most of the time it is not to long before you have someone asking if you need any assistance.

Used to be a great store with great customer service seems like it has dropped off some employees still are great but overall looks like it is going down hill

I have been shopping at The Home Depot for the better part of 20 years and I cant think of a single time I didnt find what I was looking for or needed. The prices are affordable and the quality of the products is excellent.

My husband called to speak with an employee in the lighting department and he was told the guy didnt come to work today and was hung up on. He called back and asked if there were any employees familiar with lightening that could help him. He was told no and if he needed something to come get it himself. He couldnt leave the house as he was busy with electrical wires and was sending our niece to pick up the light. Very very rude person on the phone and didnt offer any help at all

I was reluctant to buy a large appliance from Home Depot because I had heard horror stories of the people they hire for deliveries. Apparently, the Thomaston store hires quality people, so I was pleasantly surprised when the men were on time, fast, careful and knowledgeable. Ramon Glover and his helper were also pleasant and friendly. Thanks!

Placed an order online, for delivery to my house. A reasonable delivery fee of $79.00. Once I received my confirmation email, I noticed that one of the items was missing. So I followed the instructions they sent and texted a number they provided. Explained it to them, and of course I received a text back saying you will need to contact the store directly and they will be able to add that item for me. After 6-8 calls with no answer I went to the store. First thing they say is call the 1-800 number. We cant add to an online order. So after showing them the text and much debate, I spend 25 minutes waiting on hold, to be told, oh you cant add an item, I can place a another order and pay another 79. So trust me, home depot in thomaston doesnt care how good a customer you have been, the 79 fee is more important. Wish I could rate them with 0 stars.

This is a great home depot. Even though it is a little smaller than the one I am used to the people there make it worth while.

My wife and I like shopping here and we typically are able to find all the items we need. Today we were disappointed to see that some handles we needed for some projects were out of stock. The box was completely empty so it wasnt that the item was depleted by us, but had been depleted before we shopped. Even a size larger only had two sets left. So, this time my rating has to be a four star rating.

Like every other big box store... can never get anyone on the phone. Just rings and rings. One would figure since the associates arent ringing up our purchases anymore more would be available to help! nope!

Each time I have came to this location I was pleased. This particular time I came in to exchange a fan that I had purchased 8 weeks before because it just stop working. The young lady was super nice and the exchange went very quickly.
