Only for ASHLEY in Thomaston! I started my morning off returning and purchasing fencing in Newnan. (Alice and the manager were great in Newnan if only the back staff had listened to Alice when she said they didnt have the fencing).. I got home, over an hour away and they gave me the wrong fencing. I immediately drove to Thomaston, which is much closer. Initially the manager said I needed to drive back to Newnan but Ashley saved me. Honestly I was crabby at this point but she was very patient, kind, and understanding. Considering the lack of help that she has available to her with no one in the building that can drive a fork lift, she did everything in her power to take care of the problem!! Which meant dragging it out of my SUV by hand.. It is very hard for companies to find people like her, willing to go over and beyond. If I go back to Tractor Supply it will only be because if her.. Thank you Ashley!!

The store is clean and well stocked with everything from duct work material to dog shampoo. The people that work there were very helpful as well. Thanks guys.

Last week, one of my very close friends had a terrible encounter with the manager, Chris, at this location. She had tested positive for covid and called the store to see if there was any way that she could do contactless pickup. We are in the middle of a pandemic. Contactless pick up and curbside pick up is a thing now, believe it or not. Just because she has Covid does not mean that her children’s pet deserves to die without it’s food. Anyways, before she could even finish her sentence, the manager begins to hound her on how she needs to stay at home, how she is irresponsible, etc. She could not even get a word in over all of his mouthing. As someone who works in customer service, this is absolutely unacceptable. If he had concerns for himself or his employees, a simple “no” would have sufficed. I am appalled at the behavior and tone my friend, and her listening children had to experience. As a mother who is raising two kids and had no one else to pick up the food for her, she was left with no other choice. Because of the rudeness of the manager, the pet had to go three days without it’s main source of diet. Disgusting. Tractor supply has lost all of my business after this encounter. I will never be back.

Always enjoy Tractor Supply. It has this atmosphere that has a welcoming feeling. Typically very clean location despite that type of store. A lot of good products accompanied by good costumer service.

I really like Tractor Supply. I didnt give it 5 stars for two reasons. First, in some sections there is less in stock than one might expect and like every tractor supply store I have used, the personnel seem to lack interest in making themselves available to answer questions. That being said, most people that go to Tractor Supply know what their products are and where theyre located. Im disabled and Ive never had any problem getting them to move heavy objects to the checkout counter and to my vehicle. Once you have their attention, they are very pleasant and attentive.

Got 2 bags of shelled corn at a good price and it was easy to find in the store

Cheapest place in town to buy my dogs food, Purina Pro Plan! The cashier was very courteous when I requested to sign up for the Rewards program. He made signing up for the program a quick and pleasant experience!

Great place! We buy feed from here often and never had a issue at this store! Ive had issues at another tractor supply with a manager being very rude to her employee but with respect said my peace gave comfort to new hire and left!At the Thomaston Tractor supply havent had any issues. Store always clean and folks always willing to help with the feed!

I really enjoy shopping here. We buy our dry dog food here and I like finding odds and ends in tools and in outdoor equipment. They have a great selection of name brand outdoor clothing as well. The employees are helpful and courteous too.

Tractor supply has always been one of my favorite places to get what you need in FRM materials. Seems they always have what you need. FYI if you plan on buying a belt for your mower you should better check to make sure the belt you want to buy is the correct belt number matching the number of the package box it is in. Sometimes belts and number package do not match. You get home and you discover you have purchased the wrong belt. Even though the number on the box is correct.Check both numbers ie the box part number and the belt part number.

Once my family and I were followed around the store.. we were constantly watched. Couldn’t get help from the lady that was working.. so we left and went to Home Depot..I have worked retail for 10 years and you cannot treat your customers the way we were treated and expect us to return or even spend our money..

I wasnt impressed with this store. It was dismal. No prices on things. so I had to ask the cashier if she knew what the prices were and she said no youll have to bring it up to the register so I can scan it. What would happen if it was a huge item? Would we drag a huge item to the checkout just to find out how much it is? I mean the store is not busy at all so you dont have time to put a price tag on something or make us sign? they didnt even have plastic sheeting. One thing I know is that I will never go back in that store again, I will go to home Depot where I know that I can actually find an employee that I can ask a question and where they have things priced. Come on if your store is busy and you have literally no customers in there then you have time to make signs for prices and as a cashier you should know what the prices are and you should be familiar with the products in that store. Not impressed at all

Terrible service and acted like they did not know ANYTHING.....I live is centrally located to 4 tractor supply stores.... Literally all of them are filled with employees that do not have a clue about the store.... Sad..... Agri supply and Rual King are the places to go if you can.....

Great products and prices especially on boots but the staff are rude and not helpful at all. I needed help finding something and ended up leaving without it because there no one to help me. I still shop there but I know that I have to find what I need on my own or leave without it.

Went in to pick up some parts for a lawnmower. Needing to use the restroom, I made that my first stop. The restroom looked like it hadnt been cleaned in months (possibly years). Dirty, greasy, stinky, wet toilet seats and floors, no toilet paper and the list goes on. Seeing the lack of cleanliness, I left Tractor Supply Company and went across the parking lot to Home Depot where I was able to use a clean restroom and purchase the items I needed for nearly half the price I wouldve spent at TSC.

We are very thankful for TSCo. When living in a rural community there are always things we must have to take care of our animals and equipment.

I always have a good experience at Tractor Supply. My only complaint is that they are frequently out of the large bags of dog bones. I have big dogs and I sometimes have to settle for smaller bones than my dogs prefer.

I was looking for a hard hat sun shade, which they didnt have. However, one of the employees took the time to walk around with me and try to find what I was looking for. 5 stars for wonderful customer service.

The lady at the checkout was very nice. We got no help loading multiple bales of pine shavings. They were stacked very high so it was tough(dangerous) getting them down to be able to put them in the truck. Plus if we were dishonest we could have stolen quit a lot.

I have asked them to order kitten formula for 2 months now and still no formula, I went again the other day to see if they had wheelbarrow handles I asked 2 different people both pointed me in 2 different directions never stepped out from behind register to help didnt have any customers at register. I still never found the wheelbarrow handles, then Friday I was running late so I missed my feed store being open so I ran in TSC to get rabbit food and scratch feed, there was not one bag of rabbit food on the shelves I asked the guy at register he said I can go look in back but Im surevwe dont have any until truck comes Thursday, granted this was Friday did they just skip ordering feed this week. I am so done with TSC in Thomaston that store is bare and no I mean no customer service skills do any of them have.

I called the store in Forsyth and the person told me that they did not have what I was looking for I stopped in Thomaston they had one and they they called the Forsyth store and the computer said they had one they called it Forsyth store and the guy got real rude with the ladies helping me in Thomaston and I went by Forsyth and they had one on the Shelf Ill talk to the assistant manager the guy was real rude. I was real unhappy on the way I was treated and the way the ladies in the Thomaston Stole was treated.
