The gentleman who installed my windshield was very professional, but unfortunately he either installed the windshield improperly or we have an improper fit for my 2013 Ford Explorer.It took me a while to notice that there were problems because Colorado is very dry, especially the Denver metro. Once I moved back to Maryland (only a few weeks after the window installation) where it is very humid, I noticed the inside of my windows becoming foggy, which was strange, but I only realized what was happening a bit later. Considering I havent been using my vehicle during the quarantine, I thought nothing of having it sit in the garage with the windows up. But because of the failed windshield installation, this led to a moisture build up inside of my vehicle, which led to a horrific mold also building up inside of the vehicle.Ive tried contacting Complete Auto Glass for some kind of assistance with this problem, (at the very least a refund) to no avail.

After getting quotes from at least 50 different places, Complete Auto Glass was by far the least expensive and most professional. The owner managed to fit me in right away and replace my ‘02 Lexus RX300 back window the next day after it had shattered from a rock. I was in and out of the shop in under 45 minutes. If you need a window replaced, I would definitely recommend stopping your search and just calling here!

They didnt seal my windshield properly so I had internal leaking while going through a automated car wash. I scheduled a appointment with them and they found the issues and re-sealed it. They honored this under warranty so no charge but I hope it doesnt happen again.

A few years back (January 2015) I had my window replaced by them, the service was fast and quick. What I got out of it was a disaster. The tech who replaced my window left glue and finger print marks on my car. To this day I still have his finger prints on my car. The white glue residue wont wash off on the interior. The tech didnt fully clean out the broken glass, so when I lowered and raised my window I could hear the remains scrapping against the new window. I called them and had them re-service my window. As of 07/08/2018 I still have pieces of glass from my old window in the door. And the glue residue still remains.After re-servicing the new tech informed me that the first tech unplugged my speaker wires and didnt even bother to plug them back in. Even after going in for a second time, they did not address the finger prints on exterior of my car, or the glue residue on the interior.On the plus note the 5”3 lady (maybe Carmen?) in the 20s-30s was very great, and had great customer skills.

The service here was good price and fast, I brought my car here a Hyundai Kona 2018 to replace the windshield. My car was in shop at 8:00 am and out by 10:30 . In addition to only having to pay 500 dollars compared to 650 to 750 dollars at other glass repair shops. So the service was fast and great price and I was very satisfied with the service

Complete Auto Glass has and will ALWAYS be my go to for windshields. I refer them to everyone I know. They are professional, detailed and very timely. Regardless of the situation they seem to make it work. My windshield was cracked due to the heavy snowstorm and they came out 1st thing the next day because I was worried about driving with the obscurity. Another plus is they are a preferred shop with my insurance company. They are the COMPLETE Auto Glass shop!

My windshield was hit by a rock and instantly spread into a 2ft crack. Called for a windshield replacement quote from Complete Auto Glass yesterday (May 4th 2020) and in less than 24hrs they were able to get me in the shop. They had the most competitive price offering for premium glass replacement compared to at least 5 other highly ranked companies I called (and half the price of Safelite). Before telling them this, their main concern was if I wanted quality or best price, so they have the customer and quality work in mind. They charged exactly what they quoted, were extremely friendly and helpful, did great work, and completed the job in exactly the time quoted (about an hour and 15min). I got a windshield replaced on June 26 2020 by Complete Auto Glass. The same day I found out my rain sensing was not working during a heavy rain storm on my way home( I actually call the company during this to inform them the rain sensing is not working). And I had continued calling them for the next 3 days. No call back and reply( left number of messages to ‘Rob’). And I’d also found out there’s a defect on the upper driver side corner(distortions) in the glass. I gave Rob a final chance on July 1st to call me back.(My message clearly let him know that I’ll write an negative review of the company if no one returns my calls). The result is NA. So here we go. Bad experience. Don’t use them.

Very easy to communicate with. I submitted for a quote on their website and was contacted through email quickly. It was easy to schedule for my back window to be fixed. Every time I emailed Tony with questions, he was extremely responsive. They had a technician come to our house and fix the window there. We paid what we were quoted, which was a very fair price. These guys were great! They do good work, quickly, and dont take advantage of their customers.My window stopped working after a recent cold snap/snow storm. The glass was frozen, and wouldnt move when I tried to roll it down. A few minutes later, the window fell into the door, and would not come back up. I thought that the car might need a new motor or regulator, but wasnt really sure. When I called and spoke with Caesar, he offered to look for the part at a salvage yard. He was able to locate the part for me, and scheduled a pick up for the next day. I brought the car by the shop in the meantime, and the tech looked at the issue for me. It turned out that the window was fine, and just needed to be reconnected with the regulator. The tech put it all back together in under an hour, and they only charged me a flat (and reasonable) service fee.These guys are honest, and dont charge for work you dont need. I couldnt be happier with my experience.

I researched them online, got a good estimate and then got an appointment in quick. Ivan was very quick and straight when he arrived, and even earlier than the scheduled time. He got my windshield replaced within 45 min to hour so I was happy about that. I wish I couldve put this in earlier. These guys are awesome.

Caesar is a great rep and I wish him very good luck with his career. Unfortunately a two weeks after the glass was installed a stress cracked developed while I was pulling up to a stop light. Called in the next morning and they said bring it in and we will replace it. Arrived and all of a sudden they stated stress cracks only happen near corners. It upsets me how easy it was for them to get out of cover ring their customers. No remedy was offered. Was told that something large had hit the glass even though I was driving and that is absolutely not the case.Just because these guys are affordable I would stay away. They do not stand behind their products when they fail. I was quoted the cheapest price here as well as the shortest turnaround time. I should have known why others were more expensive, requested longer cure times before turning the vehicle over as well as offered warranties if any dents occurred within 30 days.They had the nerve to offer to replace it again but charge me.

When our car was broken into, our insurance quoted us 300$ to replace the window. This place did it for $172. And they cleaned up all the glass, which we weren’t expecting! Excellent service, fast and at a great price. We’ll definitely be back for any more glass issues!

Cant even tell if they do a good work because they didnt show up to take care of my windshield! I called them after the timeframe they gave me to find out why they didnt show up and they only gave me excuses...they didnt even bother to call me and let me know they where not coming to take care of my car! Awful experience, if they dont show up to take care of the actual work I guess you cant trust they will do a good job.

The entire team here is really awesome to work with from the representative who spoke with me on the phone to the technician to replace my windshield. Everyone here always works as a well-oiled team. And because of that Ive actually come back a second time to have another windshield replaced on another car and take advantage of their excellent work.

They did an awesome job replacing the windshield on both of our cars. There prices were very reasonable and I like that they came to my house to do the work.

We had our windows tinted here, and the way the staff made sure we were taken care of and the work that was done was great. We are happy with the the work, and the price was good too. Add to that the lifetime warranty, and Im glad we chose them to have our windows done. I will use them again in the future, and I highly recommend them.

I’d be willing to bet they have the lowest prices in Denver. Great customer service too and they finished 20 minutes early.

Had an accident at work that caused the rear window on a truck needing to be replaced. Called and spoke with Reyes who was very helpful in finding me the best price for the glass. He gave me the total cost(labor,tax,etc )upfront no hidden BS. And was very friendly in answering all of my questions as in actually took the time instead of seeming annoyed or like in a rush to dismiss me. AND even went as far as to work with the urgency I needed it to be done and scheduling... I appreciate that. Definitely recommend.

This place is great, there was a small leak somewhere in the windshield that had developed over a year since they replaced it. These guys didnt hesitate for a second to have me come in and fix it under their great warranty. A+ customer service. I called a couple of other places before I found the phone number to these guys, because I lost the phone numbers somehow. The other places were total clowns! The clowns didnt even answer their phones or call back. Then I found the number to these guts because they did the original windshield and they honored the warrenty and saved me a lot of hassle. I made a Saturday appointment to replace a cracked windshield in my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek. They guys here are absolutely amazing. They had my car done and ready for pickup within an hour! If I could give zero stars I would. Last summer I scheduled an appointment to have my windshield replaced on a Friday (not using insurance). Earlier in the week a huge hail storm came through and did a lot of damage to a lot of cars in the area. Well I showed up to my scheduled appointment and was told, no, we dont have you on our schedule. I said really? I scheduled it with Alex last week. He went back and spoke to Alex and came back up front and said, your appointment was yesterday, you missed it. I said that is not true, I work on Thursdays and I never would have scheduled on a Thursday. He said well we dont have room for you today. Needless to say, I got bumped because they had a full schedule of insurance claims that would pay more than what they quoted me. Dont go here, they are liars and are only in it for the extra money they can get out of insurance companies!

I had my windshield replaced by Complete Auto Glass in 2014. When they put the new windshield in, they bent the cowl either when it was being taken off or put back on. Now the weatherstrip no longer stays in place and flaps around. I took the car in twice after the work that they did to have them fix the weatherstrip and get it to stay, and all they did was push it back into place and tell me that it was not a big deal. Come to find out that due to the large gap the bent cowl created, a bunch of debris got into the car and clogged the AC line. So this summer when I started needing to use my AC, the line isnt able to drain the water created by the AC out of my car, and the fan now blows it into my car. To keep this from happening, I have to get the cowl replaced which costs several hundred dollars for the part and then labor. I have the original invoice from getting my windshield replaced and it stated Any installation comes with a Complete Lifetime Warranty against workmanship when the product is bought through Complete Auto Glass... . So I called and was told that there was no possible way this could have happened. That they had never seen this in there 12 years of replacing windshields, and I must be mistaken. I was told that the owner would call me that following Monday, which was a week ago today and I have not received a phone call. As I have moved to the East Coast and cannot bring my car in to be looked at by them, I took pictures and asked if I could email the pictures to them. They said yes and then did not give me their email address, it is not listed on their website, nor on my invoice. So, after a few days of waiting for a phone call, I sent them a message through their website asking them to please email me so I would have their contact info and could send them the pictures. I still have not received a phone call back or an email like I requested. I do not recommend using Complete Auto Glass because they do not stand my their work and their word means nothing to them.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my car broken into as I was moving across the country. I was able to find My Complete Auto Glass online and what a gift that was! From my initial phone call to the complete replacement of one of my windows, I was treated with warmth, respect, and the most outstanding service. The window was replaced in 45 minutes, and the bill was exactly as was quoted to me on the phone. I highly recommend this place for great quality work and excellent customer service.

GREAT EXPERIENCE! I made an appointment to get my car windows tinted. They took my car in right away and the wait was right on with the time estimate they gave me at the beginning. I was that customer that didnt know what I wanted when I went in there. Everyone was very helpful; they even took me outside to show me what the tint actually looks like on other cars. They were very professional, knowledgeable, and patient when explaining everything to me in laymens terms. I am also that customer that didnt clear out my backseat before bringing it in, so the service-tech cleared out my car for me and put everything in the trunk, with no complaints. He did an excellent job, he answered some more of my questions and cleaned up after himself. It has been about a month and the window tint set very well and I love the way my car looks now. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND COMPLETE AUTO GLASS and I will be returning for anything that my car may need in the future.... THANK YOU!!!!

Awesome experience. My quarter glass was broken out 2 nights ago. I made an appointment with The Glass Doctor, but they never showed up. I called everyone I could find, hoping to get it fixed ASAP. Cesar called me as soon as they opened, found the part and had my car fixed in 45 minutes, and gave me a great discount on the quoted price. Amazing experience. Will definitely use them whenever I need something glass related. The staff are all really nice, quick, and good.

I, not realizing, called only a few minutes before they closed and a very nice man named Cesar picked up and helped me out so much! He literally was typing everything in the dark for me because they had shut everything down for he night! To top it all off, he found the best prices for me and made it very simple, fast and easy for my to understand. Thanks to some vandalism, I had to have my rear window replaced. It wasnt worth it to put in an insurance claim. So I really shopped around for the best price and quality. I ended up saving about $40 getting my window replaced at Complete Auto Glass. I was very pleased with their service, and they did a fantastic job.

I remember having over 20 cars when a hail storm hit and they all needed windshield replacements... complete auto glass did fine work and Im glad I found them. I would use them again if I had the need to.

We are from Texas, and we were thirty minutes outside of our destination of Arvada...a rock hit our windshield and cracked it right down the middle of the driver side.
