I told them that they would need to turn on the fans and vacuum out the defrost vents as the windshield took a very catastrophic hit and caused shards of glass all over the car and into the vent. They assured me they would. The first thing I checked when I got in my car was of course the defrost vents. Sure enough, shards of glass and powder started blowing out the vents. I was pretty mad at this point. they didnt understand my concern, or at least didnt convey it to the tech. They vacuumed it out, but left a pretty sizable shard of glass sitting in the vent. I told them to fix that. The tech told me that I told you on the phone we wouldnt be able to get everything. I know when to admit when I am wrong and apologize and get the job done. This tech has not yet learned that skill. Dont argue with the customer when you didnt do the one thing they asked for.If I had left without checking their work, Id be left with glass shards and particles blowing around in my car the next time I needed to defrost the window. Im glad I avoided that by checking their work.Do better. Be humble when youre wrong. Dont argue with the customer.

TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO THERE FOR WINDOW REPLACEMENT!!!!!!!!!! They have no customer service and do not care about their customers satisfaction! I initially had my front windshield replaced and the condensation sensor on my car did NOT work afterwards. Let me tell you they put CHEAP AFTERMARKET windshields on your car!!!! I had 5 ADDITIONAL appointments after the initial appointment and they could still not figure out what was wrong with my condensation window sensor when they caused this problem. I called a Hyundai Dealership to find out what was wrong myself, since Safelite couldnt, and the dealership told me Safelite put on the wrong windshield and I needed an OEM windshield. I called Safelite and told them they put the wrong windshield on my car and they told me I was WRONG. After my second windshield replacement, with yet again the wrong windshield, my condensation sensor was still not working correctly. I have videos of my condensation window sensor not working after each appointment with Safelite. I HAVE HAD 6 APPOINTMENTS SO FAR AND THIS IS A HUGE TIME AND INCONVIENCE ON MY PART. I called and asked to speak with the manager 3 times now and 2 of the times the manager did not call me back. The manager says he will put the OEM windshield on now for me if I come in again. LET ME TELL YOU THIS WOULD BE THE 7th TIME I WOULD HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND YET THE MANAGER TOLD ME I WOULD NOT GET COMPENSATION AND I HAVE TO PAY EVEN MORE MONEY THIS NEXT REPLACEMENT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Manager was very rude and not understanding of the struggles I had to go through with this terrible company!!!!!!!!!!! I REPEAT STAY AWAY and GET YOUR WINDSHIELD REPLACE SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!

Repairman was great and service was great. The only complaint is it was expensive. I paid $156 for one chip in the windshield that took like 19 minutes to fix.

I was impressed and surprised (for unknown reason) how smoothly, quickly and efficiently this process went. I arrived 30 min early and they did pre inspection check and it turned out I didnt check a box, so they had to get the correct windshield. They were able to get the correct one, and all installed by 2 which I requested. They were super friendly, and knowledgeable. Hopefully I dont see them for awhile, but my next glass need will be taken care of by them.

They have eliminated the use of anyone answering a phone call. Everything is automated and directed to schedule and book online. They lost my business.

Everything was good had 2 rock chips repaired.What I noticed after the fact is that on the inside they obviously wiped in a circle to check the work but wouldve been nice if they would have just cleaned the entire inside of the windshield?? Otherwise everything was good was done at the quoted time for the repair, nice and friendly!

I was caught in a hail storm in Colorado diving home to back to Arizona. Was told they couldnt replace. So Im not ever going back to safelite. 😠

Had a super small chip in the windshield filled and didnt drive the car the day of the repair. The next day the area of repair immediately splintered to a 2 foot crack. Customer service told me Thats the way glass is and wouldnt do anything for me. No care in the world for customer service, only how the policy is written. Con-artist of a business.

We had the windshield on our Murano replaced at our home by Safelite. We had some questions and concerns about the installation and stopped by the shop. The Lead Technician, Dillon Davis, took the time on two occasions to explain the process and help us understand the molding and cowl fittings. He went the extra step and replaced the molding to ensure we were 100% satisfied. It has been a long time since we have received such outstanding customer service and concern about our satisfaction. Satelite arrived to our place to replace one of our vehicle windows at the scheduled time, so that worked out pretty good. Not only that, but the technician was thorough in replacing the window. The night before, it had snowed so the morning was like maybe 35° a very cold experience for the technician, but he just did his thing and before we knew it, he finished the job! Sometimes you just have to share...I have not yet needed satellite for glass but know after today I will. 10/16/2020 I was leaving Mission Trace shopping center around 6:30 pm at an area hard to get out of and a safelite driver stayed at the stop sign to let me out! I had to have my windshield replaced and camera re-calibrated.My experience from start to finish was amazing.I walked in the door and a technician (I believe Tim) greeted me immediately and asked if I was there for an appointmentHe explained the entire process to me in detail and that it could take 3 hoursI was able to work on my laptop in the waiting area and just over 2 hours later everything was done.Tim also was able to replace my express toll sticker with a new one and activate it with the Toll companyHe informed me of a code that came up during their process that they couldnt clear and advised I ask the dealership next time I go inHe also vacuumed and disinfected inside the car, which was a very nice surpriseI highly recommend this location if you need your windshield replaced/repairedTim was very caring and detailed and I really enjoyed my experienceThank you!

My car requires the camera to be recalibrated when the windshield is replaced so I dropped my car off to give the technician time to do it. Tim Snyder was the technician who did the work on my car, and I could not have asked for a better experience.My windshield is perfect, camera is calibrated perfect, and my car is so clean inside (vacuumed, wiped down, and disinfected). Tim noticed a law enforcement key chain on my keys, and asked about it when I was picking my car up. He went above and beyond (in my book) to return my car to me in prestige condition. In these times, the extra effort, kindness towards me, and professionalism made me actually tear up once I got back into my car because it’s not just always received. My “family” and I will not use any other shop from now on. Thank you Tim for your expert craftsmanship and extreme kindness. It’s appreciated more than you know.

These guys tore my seat cover while replacing my windshield. Accidents happen and they didn’t mention the fact that the seat cover was torn. After my girlfriend discovered the problem while picking up the vehicle they immediately took responsibility and offered to pay for a replacement. Could have been a bad review but they redeemed themselves with professionalism .

If i could give this 0 stars i would. I got my windshield replaced a week ago and it already cracked and spread super fast. I tried to get a repair but they said it’s too far a long to get it repaired, and his excuse was that “it’s Colorado there’s rocks flying everywhere” but it was such a small crack that it spread so fast, I’m guessing they use cheap windshields.

Great service. They cleaned and vacuumed my car after replacing my windshield. Just a simple gesture to make customers happy. Replacing my one broken wiper for free was going the extra mile. Deserving of a 6th star! Although now I need to return the wipers I bought to replace it myself :)

We had some issues with my Cadillac calibrating the new windshield and Dillon went over the moon to help make sure that I was taken care of until it was all finished. What a wonderful person he is!!On another note, I understand COVID has affected everyones business practices, but to not provide customers with warranty issues an avenue to speak to someone on the phone is unprofessional. Until I was given a phone # to call I could not reach anyone unless I made an appointment on the website. This is not practical.

I had my appointment cancelled at least twice, perhaps three times because of incompetence. The first time because I asked if they had anything sooner. Minutes later I received a text saying my appointment was cancelled per my request. An hour later I was able to get through to someone who fixed that. Two hours later it was cancelled because they didnt have the glass in stock. Two hours later I got a call noting that they cancelled it in error and they did in fact have the glass in stock.Ive had the misfortune of needing to use Safelite previously. Had I another option that worked with my schedule, I wouldve used someone else. As it was, I overpaid by at least $125.00 according to one quote I received. Their work is OK, they get things done quicker than most other shops. The only drawback is youre going to pay more, and youll have to deal with a company that really doesnt care.I arrived at the place for the crash repair, and they put a clear plastic bag on my back window and affixed it with duct tape. After 20 minutes of driving it came off in the wind.Day of the appointment I notified them I would be unavailable, but they may text me if its an emergency. I prepaid to make sure that nothing else was needed. The car was left unopened. The repair tech apparently couldnt follow directions and proceeded to call me no less than five times during a period where I wasnt supposed to be getting calls. Excusing myself, I stepped out to call him, and was greed by a sixth call before I had a chance.The work was done. I have no complaints about WHAT they did, rather, my issue is the fact that they cannot follow directions.Ive asked for no phone calls, and yet, again, ten minutes ago I received a call from their customer care team asking me whats wrong. After hanging up, the agent decided to call me again thinking that we were simply disconnected (though I made it obvious from the start I wasnt interested in speaking with him.

I was able to get my vehicle in and didn’t have much of a wait. They had on HGTV which was great and snacks and coloring for my little. Bernie was very helpful and pulled up my employee discounts since I wasn’t able to access them on my new phone, he went above and beyond for customer service. The gentleman that took my payment did it so my baby could still stay in her seat eating cookies and returned quickly with the paperwork. Going back for our other vehicle soon 👍🏻

Had a windshield replacement for my 2016 Audi, these guys used a cheap thinner laminate version of THE OEM version called FUYAO. It’s more prone to chips and cracks due to the quality, but they charge you OEM price, not to mention I had to clean my own dash of the moldingnoarticles you guys left after “cleaning my vehicle and sanitizing it”. In addition I had to razor blade dried molding from the body of my actual car. The Walmart of windshield replacement but higher prices. Their response was sorry we can’t help you after that, offered discount fir the 2 chips I got within 24 hours..

Great customer service. They are very specific about how long the visit will take, talk to you about options instead of just trying to up sell. Inside the waiting area is very clean and comfortable, decent chairs, 2 large clean restrooms, magazines for adults and kids, crayons, snacks, coffee, soda, bottled water. Even a charging station complete with chargers and tray tables for your laptop. Ive been bringing cars here for years, and Ive always been happy. Are they the cheapest around? No, but theyre good and they stand behind their work. (PS chips are fixed for free with insurance).

So. I was having a really, really bad morning. I arrived early and was annoyed to be told my particular car would take about 3 hours to finish. Huffff! The gentleman could see I was peeved, but was just so very nice, I had to lighten up a bit. He pointed out a few scratches and paint chipped off. He also noted the windshield had been replaced before and not done very well. I hadnt planned on a 3 hour wait, and it took the full 3 hours to complete. I hadnt noticed how poorly the windshield was done before, but, wow. What a difference! He replaced a broken clip and missing screws, vaccuumed my car, wiped the dash and touched up the chipped paint. I was too stunned by the great service to thank him as he deserved. I didnt even catch his name...( I was the 84 silver Audi Convertible). Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!

Avoid like COVID-19! Left my vehicle at the shop for a replacement. When I got it back it had a huge door ding in the drivers door and after telling them what had happened, they refused to pay to get it fixed. I pleaded with Bernie Solano to help cover the costs but was met with stubborn obstinance. He then gave me a number for his boss but it was just a recorded customer service message. This place has no security cameras which would have pinpointed when/who did the damage nor do they record the mileage on the vehicle when they service. This place could not be any less professional. You do not want to leave your baby with these jokers. I regret I ever made this appointment and can only hope to save someone else from making the same terrible decision.

They were great!! They werent able to give me a firm finish time, because they were busy. But then they got it done in just a couple hours.The work was done great! The windshield looks great! They cleaned my other windows & vacuumed my seats. They replaced my ExpressToll tag and saved my oil change sticker.And they replaced my wipers at a reasonable cost!They worked really easily with my insurance company. And I was able to get an appointment within a couple days!It was all a great experience! I hope I dont need to replace another, but if I do, they would be at the top of my list to do the work again!

First, the tech left so much glass In my door that over a year later they are still bits of glass falling out of my car.Second, after he finished the job at my work place there was so much glass in the parking lot that I had to go inside and get a broom, bucket and dust pan to sweep it up myself. He just left it there.Third, he neglected to re-connect the power to my hatch. Later when I realized my hatch was not working with my key fob remote, I took my car in to have it serviced at my dealership and have them take a look to see what could be the problem. Of course they found that the technician from Safelite had left this connection unplugged. The dealer plugged it back in and charge me for that service. They gave me the invoice and suggested that I contact Safelite for reimbursement. Bernard Solano assured me that they would reimburse me and that it would take probably around 10 days or A few weeks. That was in November 2018. I reached out to him again in April, and still no reply. It is now mid-July 2019 and no one is returning my messages.

Charged what they said not a penny over. Excellent customer service! They were able to adjust my appointment time, that ended up giving me an extra 2 hours in my day. They worked quickly and efficiently. The lobby was clean and peaceful. I would recommend this store to everyone I know.

Geez. Just wanted a quote to fix a 1/4 chip on a windshield. I called Complete Auto Glass - got a quote in a minute over the phone. I tried Safelites web site quote - quoted me $124.99 - to fix a 1/4 chip! This was more than double Complete Auto Glass quote, so tried calling Safelite, figuring itd be better with a real person. Right off the bat they want my contact info. I said dont want to be put in a database to get on some mailing list when all I need is a quick quote. She said she needed all my contact info to be able to give a quote - ridiculous! Ill drive farther to go to the place that quickly gave me a simple quote for a simple job!

I had my windshield replaced by Safelite last month. My technicians name was Mike. I decided to have the work done at my house rather than going to the shop. My quoted time was between 8am-12pm. Mike began working at 8:30am which was wonderful because no one likes to wait around for someone to show up. He got the job done on about 1.5 hrs. He also vacuumed my floors and cleaned my windows! Did I mention this work was completed in my drive way? This is a great option for someone to come to you. It makes the process easy and convenient. Thanks for everything Mike and Safelite. I am very satisfied with my experience.

Had Isaiah come out to replace the windshield on my work vehicle and had a very positive experience. He was able co-ordinate between my meetings and was helpful answering all of my questions. His professionalism was demonstrated by making sure I was 100% satisfied with the work before leaving. Made it an overall very easy to process to fix my windshield.

Had to replace my windshield and my insurance works with Safelite, experience was okay but if you can find a different place. At first it was a pleasant experience and given that Subaru has a crazy way to do its pre-collision had to do multiple trips to shop. That was not the issue here, this can be fixed else where. I drive many hours and I didnt have any issues with a weird draft coming in, mentioned it and looked at, I tought that I could live with it but on cold windy days was not good. I would have given them a better rating but if you have an issues is where you can tell how good a place is. I walked in and I felt that I, for asking to check this, was bugging them and wasting their time. I am sorry but I was not looking to waste time or find excuses to give your shop extra work. So next time I will definitely take my business elsewhere.Update: after last visit winshield is not letting draft thank you

Had windshield replaced on 8/20 and had a rock chip on 8/22 with the first rock that hit the windshield. Bernie wanted me to file another claim with my insurance company to have the chip fixed. This windshield should not have chipped this quickly. But after this experience I will be finding a new company to assist me with my next windshield replacement.

Phenomenal job! Our brand new 2015 F150 caught a rock on the interstate right in the drivers view. The chip was bigger than a quarter. I thought for sure the windshield would have to be replaced. It was almost all the way through. In under an hour they filled it and gave me a lifetime warranty on it. We will not go anywhere else.

Staff was pleasant, but the service fell short of what was promised. The glass installation was very good the problem was is that they explain they would replace the express toll sticker as they needed to remove it that was not done, and they left rubber sealant on one of the seats in my car which created some clothing issues for the amount of the service it could have been done a little bit better. Came out, fixed it. Insurance took care of cost. They communicated throughout very well.

My windshield had a small chip; had been there for 6+ months. Took pre cautionary actions and scheduled a repair for that chip with Safelite. The Safelite technician showed up to repair the chip, took a look at the chip and informed me that “the chip isn’t bad and the repair will be easy.” Before the technician could start the repair, he asked me to sign on his phone. The technician then began the repair and told me I could return to my office as the repair would be quick and he would not need anything else from me. 15 min had past and the technician called me, letting me know that he had cracked my windshield when attempting the repair. He told me his office would call me. The next day I never received a call from his office so I called them. I spoke to the store manager, who told me I was now responsible for the broken windshield and would need to pay for a replacement. In complete shock to why I would be responsible to pay for a new windshield when Safelite was solely responsible for the crack, I asked if this was correct. The store manager informed that not all repair jobs are successful and that there is the possibility that a window could crack while attempting the repair, and if this happens, the customer is responsible to pay for a new windshield. This is an extremely devious and unethical business practice that gives Safelite no incentive to perform the repair with caution and due diligence, as they will only profit at the expense of the consumer when they crack a windshield

I filed a claim the day after the storm hit in Colorado. 2 days later, I had 2 new windshields. Very friendly & kept me updated to the time they would be here. Little more than 1 hour and work was done on 2 separate vehicles. Will definitely use them for all window replacements!

My husband got his windshield replaced.the tech broke moldings in his truck and we had a second tech cine and take pictures of it and said they would get them ordered and replaced. Its been a month and Ive called multiple time to the office with promise that the manger is working on it but he will not return my calls...I will never use again nor recommond them..

Excellent customer service, I had a broken window, and when the wrong part came in, I wasnt charged anything while they ordered the correct part. I didnt pay anything until I was happy. The window was fixed very quickly and it was high quality work. I highly recommend this business.
