Rudest staff Ive ever encountered. I really think its a disgrace when they have a public restroom but they tape it off and put a sign that theres no public restroom available because theyre too lazy to clean it or maintain it or whatever.

I’ll never go to this gas station again and I suggest you avoid it as well. I’ve encountered multiple employees, which have all been extremely rude. There’s plenty of other convenience stores nearby.

I went to this store yesterday and bought a fruit salad and the expiration date said that it was good until Friday, so I ate it and it was already expired. Also, the employees there are weirdos and rude. I am 14 years old and one of the guys who look like hes at least 30, and he keeps calling me beautiful and I have never once seen him wear a mask while hes working.

AVOID THIS PLACE ESPECIALLY IF YOU NEED AN AIR HOSE!! Tried using theirs, didnt work, asked cashier if it was missing an attachment, said no, tried again, asked cashier about it once more, said no its fine, ended up having to call AAA. Went to a different 7-11 the next day and discovered that yes, in fact, there is a piece missing from this establishments air hose. Went back and told the same guy, hoping to save others from this frustration and he just shrugged it off. Nope, that level of customer service is not for me. Never going back.

My husband and I shop at 7-Eleven regularly, this store has a young woman working in there that has a bad attitude shes rude and hateful to the customers and my husband and I were paying separate for our things, the cashier doesnt have enough common sense to ask if she could charge my coffee with his order, she wouldnt give his change back to fix the transaction . She needs to be re trained. She is horrible at customer service!!!!!

Young lady that usually works mornings/ mid days, very shy at first but strike up a conversation with her & you will find you have a new favorite location. She smiles every time someone walks in, says hi nice to see you, have a great day, knows people by name, & always has an awesome attitude. Its nice to see a genuine smile when stopping for 1st cup of coffee. More locations should have people like her!

These are absolutely the rudest most inconsiderate group of people. The few times I have gotten gas here and gone in to buy gum or soda the workers, with the exception of one girl, have lacked even the most basic of customer service skills. The restroom one day I was there wasnt stocked with toilet paper, soap or paper towels. They had multiple complaints while I was in line yet never bothered to walk back and fix the problem. They laughed at one lady who was the most vocal with her thoughts on the matter.I will go anywhere else but here the next time I need gas or snacks.

Im surprised those employed at this location manage to keep a job, I do place full blame on the owner for keeping them. If I would have ever acted the way these employees do when I worked in customer service, I would have been fired and dragged out back by a mob of angry customers. Theres a reason you hire individuals who are professional, courteous and desire having a job.

Would live to give it zero stars. Its dirty 95% of the time, they charge you for stuff you never purchased. At least once a week something is broken. The owner of this 7-11 is trash I cant believe 7-11 lets their name be sullied this much.

Clerk literally ignored us and continued to stock even though we were standing there at the counter for a while. We came in about 2am August 5th 2017. Also he decided to ask my girlfriend and I both if we were boys or girls which is very VERY unprofessional. As a manager myself this clerk would be getting a very harsh talk from myself. And since when is flip flops and sweatpants work appropriate?

If one visits during the normal hours of the day (roughly 6am-9pm), theyll have an entirely different experience than if they go in outside these hours.Due to my countless experiences here, all seeming to end in the same result, I decided (as of time of writing) several months ago that I will not only go elsewhere-- I will outright AVOID spending money here. I will now go to multiple stores if need be, or spend an extra half an hour going out of my way before I will give these crooks another dime. To visit again, after all, would truly be insane by definition...These people are up to something fishy, and while I have my ideas, this is not the place for such. What this is the place for, however, is to elaborate a BIT on what my primary issues have been:1.) Employees constantly speak to someone via an earpiece, nonstop, every time Ive been in (aside from said normal hours; at that time, they treat people almost overly-friendly). 2.) They often wont even acknowledge you WHILE youre paying, and mysteriously have to update their system nightly. I was told this was at 12:00am daily. That, however, has proven to be a lie- plus, no other 7-11 does this (I have close friends working for Southland Corp., Dallas, TX-- owners of the 7-11 brand who thought I was joking).3.) I have been literally screamed at for merely WALKING IN during supposed updates (11pm-3am, any given time). Since theyre 24/7, the doors MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED DURING BUSINESS HOURS-- so theres no way of knowing about said updates.- they have begun placing a wet floor sign to block the doors at times, now.4.) Ive also been PHYSICALLY ASSAULTED by one male employee; he was mopping. Despite intentionally avoiding the area he was working on, he went absolutely CRAZY on me- for walking in. I simply needed to use the ATM. We all know that isnt connected to their system, which was, of course, updating... Ive also witnessed this same male employee walk outside, yelling as though he were losing his mind, at a CUSTOMER to which he had just done the same thing- forcefully pushed them out.5.) If you do go here-- INSIST ON A RECEIPT! Id wager that youll see how youve been over-charged 10-99¢ on at least one, if not several items. Plus, unlike all other stores, (aside from the other 2 owned by the same person- also on 88th Ave.), items are NOT VISIBLE as they ring them up; markings on shelves are irrelevant & incorrect. Receipt! Plus, gas may be put on the incorrect pump-- if someone else uses it, they will fight tooth & nail insisting that YOU, somehow, caused that. Ive experienced this four times. FOUR.So, again, I would avoid at all costs. Employees are forced to change locations as they reach 40 hours so the owner avoids overtime pay-- a fact confirmed by two current employees at this & one other location, as well as ALL of the usual four that once worked here-- they all described how they were being forced to quit via the owner cutting their hours to a pointless number (40 to 10 weekly, for example). Interestingly, of the two problematic guys-- BOTH were beyond friendly with me at first. I even helped them out with rides in inclement weather (as they had to shift stores due to the aforementioned method by which overtime pay is avoided). Then, out of nowhere-- BOTH of them, 2+ years apart, became outright obtuse. Truly abrasive and frighteningly violent. The one who no longer works there had restraint; the present one-- he lacks this. Avoid... Of final note-- I simply *LOVE* how the POLICE from multiple departments just walk in, laughing, and help themselves to whatever they please...and these clowns say nothing. Think about THAT one...**Edit: Wow. So, I just read the other reviews-- seems like I am FAR from the only person who has experienced this despicable circus act. Their accounts are also right on the money with this! Note the GOOD VS. BAD REVIEWS and the hours... If you go here, take a look around. Listen.Im telling the world: take notice-- theres something going on here!FISHY FISHY FISHY!
