Three associates standing talking behind the counter cant even serve the customers. Then tells me Im trespassing and telling me to get lost. Then threatens to call the police multiple times. After leaving back to the car the one associate come out a second time yelling at me to get out of here. Also refused to serve my passenger. We almost didnt make it to another gas station. Id give them no stars if I could.

This Murphy gas station constantly lets me down with being out of things and lines. Today was the final straw....their tire air machine stole my money twice. Clerk told me it is operated by another company and nothing can be done. He told me to call number in machine? Are you kidding?!?!? Look at photo attached to this review - it has Murphy branding all over it and I never found number of 3rd party company. This thievery is the last straw for me and I am finally DONE with this place. It’s a shame bc it was on my way home but I will drive out of my way a little to get what I need. Pathetic. Murphy used to be a good stop but it has gone downhill SIGNIFICANTLY. What a dump.

This place steals from customers! Beware. I paid for 20$ of gas and got less then 2 gallons. When I told a manger, he said there was nothing he could do.

Horrible people and service. Wouldnt allow a disabled person with medical emergency to use the restroom. They were so rude and disrespectful treating a person in a wheelchair as if they didnt exist and them having to raise their voice to get the attention of the attendant simply to ask the question then were treated in an abominable fashion by the attendant. I decided to take my purchase elsewhere after witnessing such an exchange.

Just went in to get a slushie....didnt know mold came standard with the blueberry flavor. Also no syrup in half the fountain drinks, lines for the bathroom, and just unsanitary conditions. I would suggest going elsewhere

Chic working tonight came out of the restroom after being inside a long while and had not washed her hands... She came out with dry hands and her phone, closing apps.... Eww...

Blondie needs to get off of her phone and clean the bathrooms. We were there in the evening, and the next morning the bathrooms were in the same wretched condition. My family is driving to another place right now just so we dont have to go there.TO THE OWNER-I dont know how many people have to tell you that things need to change before you do something about it.The store is in a nice area but YOU HAVE ALREADY LOST BUSINESS. You will continue to lose business if people are afraid to buy your merchandise because of what kind of bacteria your employees are spreading around by using the same bathrooms they are too lazy to clean. Covid or not.Make them work or make them go. There are alot of other people who will appreciate having a job and do it right.

Cashier was an elderly woman who wasn’t wearing mask and messed up the transaction and had to give me a refund. (Gave me the wrong product and wrong amount) I understand mistakes happen but can you at least pretend to care about your customers health as well as your own?

Everything’s fine, except your tire pressure machine is broken. It takes your money and then you aren’t able to adjust the pressure higher or lower because the buttons have been smashed to bits.

Great friendly staff always clean and has working air, which, is not true of the other stations on the area

Just took 30 min to get gas because the buttons on their pump dont work had to stand in line twice because they had to hold my fleet card I think its away for them to not give you the rewards

I would like to share my personal experience at this gas station. Today I locked myself out of the car while putting gas and I went in and asked for help and the employees especially Joshua and a young lady whose name i’m not certain of were very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was alright. They offered me free snacks for the inconvenience while I waited for the locksmith to unlock my car. Joshua talked to me while he wasn’t busy and made sure I was good all along. This type of service was definitely 5-stars. I appreciate you guys a lot you really helped me a lot when you weren’t entitled to. Very friendly and caring people I have nothing but the best wishes for you guys in the future!

Horrendously slow staff. Took literally 15 minutes for this lady to get through 4 guests. I timed her because i was the 4th guest. The card reader on the air hose is broken and the coin slot is jammed and there doesnt seem to be any conscern about either.

The food is cheap and up to the standards of what you would expect from a gas station. The service is relatively fast and the place is well lit. As seen from other reviews the staff can vary but when I went there the staff were nice.

This store look nice but the people they hire not so much my wife n kids literally had a flat n I came from work ri fix the tire n bought some lotto tickets with the last of my cash n won n got 30 buck played 20 of it n was never given my last ten I needed for air n the clerk said she can review the cameras as I emptied all my pockets in from of the register and her but when it came to the review time she stated zu cant my boss has to be here to review them n its Saturday night n I live in Stapleton n have no other cash on me seeing his mu wallet was at home and all I needed was air for the tire I patched so my family can go home seeing it 9pm n my kid is 4 n ready for bed so thanks for ur sorry service cindy n her male associate that just watch in confusion. Time to go n figure it out

Really clean, well-lit gas station. Definitely my go-to as a Lyft driver with their great selection of food inside. Lots of psychos speeding around their pumps, as per usual, so be careful.

Coke icee machine been broken for over a month. Disappointing to my kid and an inconvenience to me. Fix it and I’ll change the review. Since the review over 2 months ago the coke icee machine has been broken almost every time. It’s been broke for like 4 months, I noticed a lot of the other flavors are constantly down too. Go to kum & go in 136th and I-25. I swear my kid is so mad at this place.

Was just in there at 8 p.m. it is filthy and service is horrible. Wouldnt even consider getting a soda from the machines as they appear like they have never been cleaned. It is a flies paradise. Wont be back
