This place has EVERYTHING including great customer service. You do end up spending more $ but its all quality things that every household needs. One of my favorite things is the Rotisserie Chicken they are HUGE & only 5$ w/great flavor. The snack bar is great & affordable.

I am learning my way around this Costco. Its always clean, the staff friendly and welcoming. But the setup isnt as easy to navigate as my store in Stockton. I was disappointed to find the item that I purchased this week was broken and opened but of course Costco is always good about making it right. Its just a bummer to get stuck in the refund line and then have to get in line to shop for the same thing. Why cant you offer an even exchange option. While I get that you cant control your customer opening my item, and we dont know if the customer broken it or it arrived broken. It doesnt seem right that I am inconvenience currently by not being able to use the item, to have stand in line twice one to return it and again to purchase it again. It wasnt so bad when I lived in the same town as my local Costco. But now having to make a special trip for this is the pits. You really should have an even exchange option for these transactions.

Not sure what is about Costco and how it attracts such wonderful employees, but this one particular is just full of them!Any Costco shopper can tell you the majority of bad experiences come from other shoppers NOT the employees.

This is a relatively new store. The layout is very similar to the other stores. Samples were out. And the tables at the food court were out. The do support local vendors, such as Breckenridge Brewing company.

This Costco was great! But, this Costco was extremely crowded, but there was just barely enough room for everyone. The cashier was extremely nice and told us where to return our sunscreen, along with asking if I needed a book of mail stamps. The gasoline prices were extremely low. Sadly, I could not find most of the items I was looking for, though they had some things that I didn’t know that I needed. But overall this Thornton Costco had great staff and they seemed to be enjoying their jobs.

Clean and inviting. Well stocked and had everything I needed. There were a lot of shoppers in the building, sufficient checkouts were open and checkout was a breeze. Well run front end.

I love going. I like seeing all the new stuff and finding all my regular stuff. Seasons are changing and I love seeing what they get in.

Recently bought a fridge, as we are new home buyers. When we first went to buy one, we rented a can around 20 minutes away. We were unaware you needed to keep the fridge upright. Which we learned upon checkout. The Costco person helping us, told us it was very very important to keep it upright. We thanked him for his knowledge, and found in this case the van would not work because it was two short inside.So we drove the van back to the rental place to pick up a larger truck. This whole thing took 45 minutes and an extra few hundred bucks.All this isn’t why I’m upset. We had to eventually learn this somehow.What made me upset was that upon arriving back with the new truck a new guy was there to help load it. Our truck came with ramps and we brought a dolly, because we wanted to keep it upright.Instead the guy said, “Nope we can just slide it up, it’ll be easier and faster”, we told him we didn’t want to leave it on it’s back, he said “you’ll be fine, just leave it for a few hours before starting it” and then once it was slid up he left.We went through a bunch of trouble to get the correct vehicle, only for the next guy to just throw it up onto the truck. If that was truly the case we could have kept the cheaper van, and save a few hundred bucks, and save ourselves some time.

The manager on the floor is great. My husband had a pulled muscle in his back and while shopping he had a sudden catch in his back and the manager came to help. He got him a chair to sit in then got a wheelchair. Thank your help.

Horrible experience. Worst experience. They put the chicken soup sideways and it ruined all of our products and car. HORRIBLE.

The 5 things I was able to get, 1 out of 4. Unfortunately I had to go do my shopping at Walmart. I still love your selection of produce over any STORE!!

This Costco is really great location and service and selection. I like the spacious aisles as other Costco’s are too densely packed with shelving.The one improvement would be to ensure the fresh produce are not frozen (They start spoiling half an hour after leaving the store Because they were too cold or frozen). Mostly evident with leafy greens and mushrooms.

I have ordered a set of tires for my car. The ordering process was simple. After the tires were ordered, I was directed to make an appointment for installation. Easy peasy!

Im not a big spender at Costco and now theyre wanting anyone with a certain buying threshold to become executive members which I declined. I signed up for it at their request last year and didnt end up getting my full value out of it. So when I renewed, I was able to use the extra amount I spent upgrading the prior year to pay for the standard business membership. Aside from that, I enjoy just 2-3 visits per month for a limited number of bargains. The rotisserie chicken cant be beat at $4.99 for an extra large bird. The toilet paper and paper towels are a fantastic deal. I like the 5 dozen egg cost...very affordable. I have about 20 items I routinely purchase and always look for the monthly discounted items. The clothing items are high quality with nice color and size variety. I hope the food court will expand their choices with seating available as the pandemic winds down. I love Costcos return policy especially for more expensive items if anything goes wrong, you have more than a 30-90 day window to return or replace it. The employees are always friendly and helpful!

This store is so poorly managed and rude. Total lack of empathy and appreciation for their customers. I was trying to purchase 10 cases of water for a local non profit event. No big deal for a bulk supply store, right? I mean they had hundreds of cases of water. Nope! They stopped me in the middle of checkout, embarrassing me in front of a whole store of people, telling me that I can’t buy more than 2 cases of water! Acting like there is some kind of COVID run on water again! I escalated it to two different managers and they both had power trips limiting me to two cases and not making an exception for a non profit. I then went to Sams Club in Thornton. They not only made and exception to provide me with 7 cases of water, but they gave me one for free to help out the cause! This Costco should be ashamed of themselves! What a terribly run store!

Very nice employees and were very helpful during the COVID-19 crisis. Costco in general is a very decent wholesale store and their prices really are unbeatable. Not just on groceries. I highly recommend the membership as youll make it back in no time and then some. I always leave with an amazing experience and looking forward to the next Costco run. Keep it up team!

Always a nice experience at this Costco. Good products available and store items are changed out periodically. Staff is nice and helpful for questions. Clean warehouse and the checkout lines are managed pretty well. They get long especially during busy times but the wait time isnt bad. I enjoy that this facility has the added alcohol store, tire center, and gas station next to the warehouse. Makes for a convenient all-in-one trip.

Love Costco. Got ripstop double stitched cargo shorts with a belt and a zippered pocket for my wallet for $14, & a resort size beach towel (HUGE) for $10. They are just what I needed!

The woman working the entrance door, Desirae, on the morning of July 31st, is easily one of the most rude individuals I have ever met. The way she spoke to my family was complete disgusting and uncalled for. We will not be shopping at this location, or quite frankly any Costco location ever again. I would be truly embarrassed to have someone like her working in my store. However the manager did try to fix the situation but at that point we were so frustrated with how we had been treated that it was irreversible.

Recently tried using my membership for the first time here. I didnt realize they didnt take Amex, so my friend offered to pay and I could just Venmo her. Was told she couldnt pay unless she wanted to buy a $60 membership... I understand thats a policy but Ive also worked customer service. They should have just let her pay and told me to bring a different card next time. Instead they embarrassed us and made us feel like we were trying to work the system in some way. Im not renewing my membership or buying from Costco again.

This location was absolutely terrible. Ive been to a few different costcos and never in my membership have I ever encountered such a rude employee. My receipt says ERIN. He was unhelpful,pushy at checkout, did his very best to not put in anymore effort then the very minimum. I bought 600 dollars worth of items and he attempted not to give me at least one box. My mom walked two registers over and grabbed a few for me. Bare minimum effort. When I asked if my receipt had his name on it so I could call his manager she says oh yes, thats Erin, hes very vocal sorry about that so they know about this and dont do anything. Considering we pay yearly to shop at Costco I do expect a bit more of effort and respect when shopping there.

What’s not to love? It’s Costco, after all. Self checkout is a nice add at both the regular registers and at the food center. My only complaint - the churro has gone downhill. Bring back the OG recipe!

Sherry helped me sign up and she was lovely. I didn’t know much about Costco when I went to join, but Sherry really took the time to answer all of my questions. There’s a great diversity in the products, but I do wish this store had more items featured in other Denver metro stores.

Service has undoubtedly gotten worse over the past couple years. Asked for frozen green beans and was told to look the freezer... And no one knows how to pack a box. Must be what happens when youre managed by PC police instead of people who care about customers and employees. Just like home depot

Store is clean and staff is always friendly and tries to assist and make things right. However in general Costco is making me turn away from them slowly after 20 years.Dont get me wrong I still have my Costco executive membership. I just sadly dont spend as much as I used to. The conistantcy of what they carry has dropped while prices have gone up. Its still a decent value but now I spend about half what I used to and that goes to Sams Club. Things like meat, cheese, and produce have gone up so much that I have to give the Walton Family my money.Also the here today gone tomorrow on waaaaaay to many products. When you get a good product please stay with it. Not to mention can you be more conistant on what you carry Kirkland product wise even in different markets? We cant get Marcona Almonds in Denver but head out west or east a couple of states and they have the. Its your own freaking brand so dont give me that our buyer cant get the crud. Less qunoa on a stick and organic feet cheese spread please. Sometimes it works (Crunchy Hatch Green Chili Sprinkles Yes) sometimes it doesnt (see every organic vegan super food product for 10$ per gram that you cant give away).Speaking of our buyer can we either actually get a reply from this mysterious person? I doubt he exists? If so can we throw a pie at home everytime he does a dumb dumb? I am always told it will be passed on blah blah but this feels like lip service. I think he hangs with the Easter Bunny and Santa Claus. Let us have some actual ability to see whats going on with this guy so you can see what we want you to buy. Like Kaisen but with customers instead of employees.Can we please update your freaking inventory system. FFS there are people graduating college with a Doctorate that are younger then it. How hard is it to have a GUI instead of a green screen dumb terminal. Its 2021. Tie it into your website (plus app) and let people check stock and do more ordering online / pick up at store stuff. I should be able to see what you have in store from Costco.com your margins are no so tight you cant afford this. I will come down there and do it for you if I have to.Lastly when you run an AD can you put that its a limited stock and not a normal item. Both flooring and light rope have gotten me lately with this. Just within a week or the AD it was out and you were never getting it again. No limit number or any note of this in the AD.

Shop what you need! The prices are pleasing. Cashiers work very quickly and therefore there are never long queues.

We love Costco and this location is great. Hige warehouse but tiny parking lot. It is definitely a popular weekend location. This location has a large range of inventory with the tire store and liquor store attached, but the layout is difficult to navigate and makes locating items difficult because it routinely changes areas.

Costco is great, except when they are out of stock for the item you went to purchase. Gas was least expensive within miles as well. Great place, great employees. Except when they are out of stock of an item I really want to purchase.

I need to get a fridge, and friends tell me how great costco is for getting appliances. Good prices, free delivery, free haul away, free basic install. Sounds pretty good, right? No.I ordered this stuff on their 4th of July sale, and since prices were good, I decided to get some other kitchen appliances. The fridge was available for delivery around July 20th, but some of the other stuff wasnt available until August 6th, so since I figure save some delivery cost, save some hassle, lets just have everything delivered on the 6th.August 6th comes, and only the stuff that had an earliest delivery date of the 6th is delivered. I go online and look at my order and they claim that they attempted to deliver the fridge on July 20th. They said they contacted me, left voice mail, all sorts. Thing is, and Id be willing to provide my phones records as proof, I never got a phone call, a voice mail, a text message, and email, nothing. No notice of any kind they were trying to deliver on the 20th. And beyond that, Id requested an August 6th delivery.I end up having to reschedule for the 16th, because they claim its my fault. 16th comes. The fridge comes. The delivery guys ask me to come out and look at it, it looks like somebody had beaten it with a crowbar. The delivery guys say theyve never seen one so beat up and recommend I refuse to accept it and order a replacement.Well, I do that and just get told that it wont be here until September 2nd. Now I know people are going to say theirs supply line issues and all, and yeah, I get that. But thats only an excuse for the September 2nd delivery. That doesnt count for trying to deliver on the 20th when Id asked for the 6th, claiming theyd contacted me about it when they didnt, and not bothering to check that the product was actually in okay shape before delivering.People say costco will make things right, Ive not seen it yet, just screw up after screw up. Im done with them.

Nothing says Im comfortably middle class, like shopping at Costco. I really do love going there with the wife and 3 kids. We have a chant that we sing when we go to Costco on a Sunday. The food from the cafeteria is always a bright point. Keep it good, and nice and inexpensive... The chicken bakes are awesome... But Ive noticed that they have gotten smaller over time... Costco isnt about going small. Bump the size of those back up!The pizza is surprisingly good.Always a great value.

This store and its employees are amazing! They are so kind and helpful and keeping our families in groceries during this crazy time.We went today and waited in line less than 10 minutes to get in-they had everything we needed, and every employee had a smile. Thank you Costco!!

Employees (cashiers in particular) stuck up, unfriendly, rude, and act annoyed that youre there. People checking receipts have been rude too. Last couple trips I didnt have a good experience. This costco used to be good. Glad Im moving away and I dont have to put up with their bad attitudes any more.

My fiance came in to buy a Casper mattress as a surprise while Im working out of town. The level of assistance she was given was abhorrent. After asking 3 different employees for assistance getting this single item loaded into onto her cart and then 5 different employees for help loading into her vehicle (not an exaggeration on #s), she was continually told to ask someone else with no help EVER being provided. Even after pulling her vehicle up front after 1 employee told her to do so and that someone might help at that point she was left stranded. Only upon struggling to get this item in the vehicle in front of the employees, did another customer step up to assist in the loading. thanks to the customer, but shame on the employees for standing by while a customer clearly struggled right in front of their eyes.

The parking lot is an absolute nightmare. Staff are friendly enough, maybe too friendly. They were chatting with people while a big line queued up waiting.

This place is awesome they have the best items and you get big packages very stocked and nice employees I love Costco and I’ve been going here since I was a kid great prices too I would recommend it I love Costco

This Costco is very clean and well kept with a great selection of bulk products. My only suggestion for improvement is a better line management system at the self checkout. There are stickers on the floor showing where the line goes but I think some people need to see roped off lines or something as the attendant had to constantly police the chaos at the front with people trying to make their own lines.

Excellent customer service and even the people shopping here are friendly. Clean and well organized!

Poor meat quality!!! Member over 20 years. Meat worse than ever before x3 months, at 4 locations. LAMB used to be good but no more. Beef, pork, even the quality of chicken is noticeably lacking.

No booze here. Otherwise fine...but since that was why we went here....

Great deals, good practices on COVID safety, and amazingly fast checkout compared to some of the other Costcos. I also like that the company has raised its own minimum wage for all its workers, so they take care of their employees. I enjoy saving on the things I get every day, everything from organic meats and air-cooled chicken, to croissants or smoke salmon, roasted nuts to really lovely spring artichokes, clothing of all kinds and the usual socks and underwear everyone needs.

This Costco, like all Costcos is insane on the weekends. They do have fantastic prices but I wouldnt expect to get out of the store spending less than 100 dollars. The employees are mild in temperament but its a go-to place for sure. Plus, you cant beat their 59 cent fountain drinks and cheap pizza!!

What can I say, its Costco. I love shopping at this warehouse store.

They had what we need and the new self checkout registers are great when you only need a couple of things.

Friendly, helpful, professional, with fast service of high quality.Came by during their walk in hours for tire services since one of my tires was leaking. They found the small screw that was the problem, removed it, patched the tire, and rotated my tires. They were done quickly. The services they provide and the quality ensure I will be a long time customer. Only regret was not grabbing a slice of pizza while I was there.

Been on hold for several hours today about a delivery window. No repsonse. Continually playing of music. 9 minute, yeah right! Lol

Store is stocked well but the employees are getting worse. Went rice over the weekend 1st time cashier checking me out would not even acknowledge me being there did not even say 2 words to me. Next day went back and staff was very rude. No wonder they are replacing people with self check out units. Maybe sams club has better customer service

People are getting sick of the “senior hours” funny how just a few days ago I was able to go in at 9 wearing scrubs since I had just gotten off work. But today wearing normal clothes I was told that I could not go in until 10.

Just got yelled at by one of the ruderst employees I have ever seen. She made a point of raising her voice so that everyone around heard her admonishing my husband. He wasnt ignoring her, hes got a hearing loss and didnt know she had addressed him. When I tried to ask what she needed, she said it was not my concern, that she was dealing with a belligerent customer.
