Have been to this location 10+ times and always met with friendly and helpful people. Love being able to use the multiple 20% coupons - keeps us coming back! Also great return policy - one of the best in the nation.

Can always find great items and for great deals always a coupon always great service and very knowledgeable!

Darby should not be working retail. She has a complete lack of respect, kindness, compassion, and customer service. I purchased a sheet set. When I went home the pillow cases and fitted sheet were missing and all that was there was a flat sheet. I went in to do an even exchange, so I could get a set that actually has everything I paid for. I didn’t have my receipt and Darby made this experience miserable. I’ve never had such a bad experience dealing with a return in my life. Darby made it into such a big deal and would not help at all even though the set was missing items! The employee Liz was an angel, she was so sweet and wished she could help us more but she couldn’t because she didn’t have the supervisor abilities. Darby was demeaning, disrespectful, and needs to learn how to appropriately deal with situations. Any other manager would have helped me return this item, since I’ve never had any issues in the past. I also asked to speak to a manager and Darby said she was the GM but I found out she was NOT the GM just an assistant supervisor/manager. But of course she wouldn’t want me to speak with the GM because she knew how wrong she was.

Bed Bath & Beyond is one of my favorite stores but they did not have the mattress topper I needed in stock.

Staff is always helpful and will to assist with any questions you may have.

Cool stuff, but the prices are crazy outta line.

Clean and organized store!

The store was nicely organized, including the displays. Even though there was stocking going on, it did not interfere with my shopping. The staff was very pleasant and helpful.

I was ready to leave a lower review because the inventory is lacking and it was not well-organized. However, the service I received was first class. Bernadette made me smile, helped me optimize my coupon usage, and was the reason I left feeling extra excited to get started on projects for my first home!

Good prices and selection

I love this BB&B location. I interacted with four employees today and each one was friendly and helpful. Happy that they are open again!

For a place with Bed in the name, their sheet selection was not large enough. We could not find any black sheets. Many of the sheets were sealed so you could not feel the material. They had samples for some styles, but but all. We ended up leaving empty-handed.

Found exactly what I was looking for. Place clean and well stocked. No hand sanitizer and wraps for basket handles were dry.

As an ex-employee of this company, this store was a mess. Trash all over the floor, products unorganized, carts and U-boats of products littered the sales floor. Employees were not friendly or even engaging as we walked around.

Great staff at the Thornton store. I had to take sheets back when the bed that was delivered from another place was a bigger size. I had my receipt but not all the packaging. I got my refund and I purchased the correct size. Very patient and kind.

I went to get a gift for a Wedding Shower and I was overwhelmed by the list. Took us 30 minutes to find 1 item. Normally when you dont need help there are several employees, needless to say I needed help and one clerk at register. Finally found the item. I paid and got out quickly

I received a sale ad they had the curtains I wanted on sale, I couldnt find them in the north Glenn store the lady said they had already shipped them to another store, and I had to go clear up to the Thornton store, but there, the associate named Tammy, stopped what she was doing, to make sure I found everything I was looking for, even went to the back to find me the rod I was wanting, she is a great asset to your team and I really appreciate her assistance

Just left this store with my husband. Our cashier, Kari, was super sweet and helpful. The other lady, Rosa, was the absolute rudest woman we have ever met. After a problem with our first payment card, Rosa asked if I had my ID, to which I replied it was in the truck. She then told me to go get it. Im not sure where she learned customer service or even common decency, but she needs to go back and relearn.

No one came out for curbside pick up and when we went in there was a like 6 employees doing nothing

As a chain, I am a fan of Bed Bath and Beyond but I am not a fan of this particular location. On the bright side, they do seem to have more inventory than some of the other nearby locations. However, I have, on multiple occasions had lackluster customer service, especially by their management which is really disappointing. In this day and age, brick and mortar stores seem to be struggling to stay afloat; providing a good customer experience seems to truly be the dividing line between those that succeed and those that dont.

I fixed two printers here they have great customer service.

It isnt the same went in hoping to find a gift basket for a girls 15 birthday and they had nothing.

Horrible service! Left without spending a penny and will not return. My Bed Bath & Beyond at the Northglenn Marketplace is wonderful has this store beat with REAL CUSTOMER SERVICE . Lots of training needed.

Customer service was awesome. We picked the curtain panels that they were out of but they let us take the ones on display and just looked up the scew. Friendly during check out. Good experience.

Good selection of merchandise but disorganized - I never know where to look for anything in a BB&B store. I think they prefer that you wander and find the one item you came in for and 10 more you didnt. I only shop here when I am looking for something specific and they happen to have it or have a good deal on it. Then I walk in, ask for the item, buy it and leavs, otherwise I go into sensory overload due to the poor merchandising.

Very helpful employees but the store is so big and full of products (I feel like an ant in a maze) that it feels claustrophobic and I rarely find what Im looking for on my own. I try not to shop here for this reason.

Store was fine but they are changing their policy where clearance items are now not returnable & you can no longer use coupons on them.......good luck with that!

The store is filled with goods, so much so that walkway real estate can be challenging at times... they have good collection of home goods, anything and everything! The 20% off coupons help out a lot too

Normal place. Aisles are super small and filled with stands for everything. It has a few niche items, but is missing the 1 or 2 off ones. I am barely able to find help when I need it.

Andrew is a terrible manager and is not a man of his word. Has very misleading signage and will tell you what you want to hear to get you to purchase items and then at checkout 5 minutes later will change his mind and revoke whatever special was running. Always a joy dealing with their staff with a toddler in the store with too much product to walk in

I like that I can usually find what I have an idea about what I want or need but the prices are too high. I wouldnt shop at BBB without a coupon and thankfully they always have coupons available.

They always seem to have what we need and the employees have been very helpful when asked questions.

Overall, this store is ok. Just like any other Bed Bath & Beyond...way too much stuff jammed into the store. Was in the kitchenware section and had an employee walk past me 4 - 5 times before asking if they could help me find anything. Don’t forget to bring your coupons!
