They were attentive when we were buying our appliances, but afterwards when we needed them for a followup they NEVER returned our calls. When we went to their store,their manager said that we should realize that the person we are trying to get hold of manages the entire department. I am a customer and I do not have to realize or be concerned about their staffing. That is between their employees and their higher ups. Customers expect quality in service...nothing less.

I had a great experience with their customer service. Due to Covid everything is pretty much back ordered for awhile but whenever I call they give me good info on updates. Things have been rough but it’s nice to deal with good people who actually care about good service.

Pacific Sales was terrific from how we were treated in the store to the quality of the installation. We purchased a Kitchenaid cooktop with downdraft, which is made by Jenn-Air, to replace an older Jenn-Air cooktop. On paper, it had the same dimensions. Unfortunately, the new unit had screws that protruded from the top and bottom sides of the unit, so it didnt fit the nearly perfect cutout for the old unit. Not to worry, the installation guys had the tools to make a small cut in our slab and the new unit then for perfectly. The install then went smoothly and the new cooktop looks great and works as advertised. IN all, it was a very good experience using Pac Sales.

So called good team until they close a sale. Zero customer service. Stay away from this company. I wish I can leave less than 1 star. Please save yourself the frustration. I literally found myself screaming trying to deal with this incompetent team. The plumbing manager literally hung up on me. DO NOT SHOP HERE! You might end up stuck with defective products.VERY RUDE! Take your business somewhere else.

Annell is the most amazing Sales person I have ever worked with......actual Miracle Worker in finding me the perfect color, price, dimensions and style of Refrigerator I needed.....I shopped several places that said it would take at least four months for delivery.....Annell had my new Refrigerator delivered in 4 days! Poor customer service! Stay away from this business. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. They will give you the run around, promised call backs.. nothing but BS at the end. The entire staff is incompetent. Will never shop here again.

This stores customer service is very poor and starts with the store manager, Kathy Thomas. Once a sale is closed, theyre unable to manage customer expectations and provide support. Kathy is poor at setting up and keeping appointments, possibly just very incompetent and therefore leads a highly ineffective store team.I had to escalate my issues related to delivery and installation delays with the regional manager to get a response and resolution. I would recommend that as an option for anyone who has already purchased here and is struggling to get through poor customer support offered at the store level.

If I could I would give these guys negative 1000. I have purchased appliances for two large houses from these guys. Both with subzero fridge 60 wolf range and hood, micro, wine fridge, washer dryer .... and plumbing appliances for 5 baths in each. I contacted Steve the appliance manager over a month ago for my third job with them and have made 4 calls and several emails to him trying to get a quote still not luck. He passed me off to Brandon for my plumbing I finally got a quote but have made three more calls on my pick up no call back. Asked for the manager she would not even speak to me. Ive already spend over 150K with this guys. Never again! They suck!

We had an excellent experience getting new appliances at Pacific Sales in Newbury Park. Steve Douglas worked with us from the just looking stage right through delivery and installation of our new KitchenAid appliances. He is very experienced and knows his stuff so there wasnt a question we asked that Steve couldnt answer. There was no pressure to buy or upselling at all and his patience through our 3 store visits was appreciated. Pacific Sales delivery and installation teams were great including modifying our countertop to fit the new cooktop. Anyone thinking about buying major appliances should definitely meet with Steve at Pacific Sales.

The sales person, Johnny, was great. Very attentive to our needs. Very knowledgeable on all makes of refrigerators.

We purchased tons of plumbing items here and worked with Greg who was phenomenal. The pricing is very competitive and the customer service is excellent. We also purchased all our new kitchen appliances and washer/dryer and worked with Brandon who was also amazing. I very highly recommend Pacific Sales and working with Greg and Brandon. You also get the Best Buy bonuses since they own Pacific Sales.

I needed a very specific appliance/range top for a rental. Steve and Alician jumped on it and found me the perfect unit. There was a glitch and I had to move the delivery date. They adjusted it and its coming on a day I can be home. I love these people. And the showroom is very well stocked and at good prices. I highly recommend this store.

If I could give less than a star I would. I have so far received two damaged appliances and I have had to go into store three times to get fixed. Sales team doesnt return phone calls or emails. Customer service has been atrocious! Go somewhere else and save yourself the heartache and headache.

I previously posted a 5 star review in February 2019 when we purchased 4 new kitchen appliances for over $14,000. The salesperson was very nice and helpful. But there were so many problems with this order and there was information that we were not told, that I would give it 0 stars if that were possible. We made the purchase on Feb 9 and it wasnt until late April that all of the appliances were finally delivered, with all kinds of errors, misinformation and frustration and very little help from the store employees. I WOULD NOT GO BACK THERE OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!

We LOVED our experience with Brandon at Pacific Sales. He was personable, knowledgeable, and most importantly, we felt he was honest with his information and recommendations. We did not feel like we were trying to be upsold, and we got a great deal on a new LG fridge and a Bosch dishwasher. Delivery was within 3 days of purchase, and everything was handled professionally and thoroughly upon delivery.We did have some little pieces of tape and foam on the drawers and trays in the fridge that I would have expected to have been removed during installation, but I have no clue if that is an unreal expectation, so I am not super worried about it.Overall we highly recommend going here for appliances, and they price match anything you can find, so there isnt really a reason NOT to!Thanks Brandon and everyone at Pacific Sales!

If I could leave zero star, I would. This company is part of Best Buy. As such, it provides the WORST customer service one could imagine.In July 2016, I purchased a Washer Dryer from Pacific Sales, from sales person Armando, who also claims to be the store manager. During my interaction w him, I was put off by his condescending attitude, however I chose to ignore that as I needed to get a washer dryer before leaving out of state for the DNC convention.The items I purchased took THREE DELIVERY ATTEMPTS because of a variety of reasons due to the incompetence of Armando as a salesperson determining the units needed, despite my giving him measurements, stating the length of the vent, etc.Needless to say, on the 3rd attempt, I had already left for Philadelphia. A friend accepted delivery. When I returned, my newly painted laundry room had a corner damaged and paint chips were laying on the laundry room floor.Flash forward to today, my wall is still not repaired, they have assigned at least 5 claims adjusters, Armando at Pacific Sales has told me the I am not being patient...its now 3 months, I think my patience has worn out.Do not buy from this company...they do not provide customer service as part of Best Buy, there are no phone numbers to corporate available, they use separate companies for sales, damage claims, transportation....and it appears there is no communication between the various transport companies they use. If you happen to have home damage, they basically give you the run around, when you get angry enough they refuse to take the product back...its just the new corporate lack of concern for the customer and their property or money. This is not the way to do business and I would never ever think of walking in their store again. This matter is still unresolved and it is quite upsetting. Stay far away from Pacific Sale-Best Buy.

I am extremely happy with the customer service I received at Pacific Sales in Newbury Park. I almost put a lot of money down on my kitchen at a different appliance store. Im glad I went to Steve at Pacific Sales because he is friendly, helpful and wanted to get me the kitchen of my dreams.

I had mixed experience shopping at Pacific Sales in Thousand Oaks. I called ahead of time to setup an appointment. Customer service representative told me that no appointments necessary because sales people are always available to help the customers. Guess what? We spend 30 minutes until somebody had a chance to talk to us. When I came to the front desk to complain one of the sales people told us that they do not really need our business. I think this sales person name was Frank.Finally we got hold of one of the consultants in plumbing department. His name is Craig and that was the good experience. Craig is knowledgeable, friendly, and funny. He helped us to select the fixtures we needed in less than an hour. Than Craig started entering the order in the computer. This process was terribly slow. Pacific Sales is using DOS program from last millennium. It took Craig more than half an hour to enter the order. Then we went to front desk to pay. Guess what another 30 minutes only with one customer ahead of us. Same “terrific” software.The next fun part at Pacific Sales is to get your order fulfilled. I already went to the store 3 times since last Saturday. We still did not get everything we need. I was told today that the last items on my order arrived. I came to the store in the morning. They could not find my faucets. I wasted the trip, and will have to call them again tomorrow. And by the way receiving the items at front desk is not fun It also takes 15-30 minute because of the antique software and inventory system Pacific Sales is using.Pacific Sales prices are OK, not the best just OK. You can buy most of the same fixtures 20-25% less on Internet. Unfortunately on the Internet you have to wait sometimes weeks before the order get delivered. We went to Pacific Sales with expectation the large company will have what we need in stock. Bad assumption. We still waiting. In overall the only bright spot shopping at Pacific Sales was our interaction with Craig. He is the reason I gave Pacific Sales 2 stars. Otherwise it will be just one. The rest was simply terrible.
