Went in this morning to get a battery check on the 2013 Prius...hey, I like good gas mileage! I was third in line for help. The customer at the counter needed help and had questions...I am retired and in no hurry, so, no big deal. The second in line seemed a little edgy, but maybe he wasnt retired and in no hurry! My turn, I was helped with good energy and attitude. We got the battery tested, needed replacing, and quickly, he pulled the battery from the shelf...not, he told me where to find it, he went and got it! I was/am capable, but he wanted to provide good service. He answered a few questions for me on some other parts I wanted to get...but apparently the person behind me now was definitely not retired and he WAS seemingly in a hurry...however, not in a disrespectful/selfish way, I asked my two questions. The total time at the register was less than three minutes. The young man was VERY helpful...even if it was lunch time for him, yet he took care of me with great calm and care. I truly appreciate places like this. I realize not everyone leaves good feedback, but man we are quick to leave negative...this time, on my visit, under these conditions, everything went perfectly well.

Real real nice people. They took a long time to help me with a part I needed. I have a 1980 Datsun 280zx and the parts are not easy to find. I cant remember the gentlemans name but wow.. HE TOOK HIS TIME thank u thank u thank u. I was there on the 18th at about 2 PM.

You have broken car, they have stuff for you to fix it. If youre into that kind of thing. Oh you are? Youre a dirty birdie. Oooo dirty indeed. Now go fix something.

The manager, Dominic. He was AMAZING. I am serious, nicest, most helpful guy I have EVER dealt with in customer service. He went above and beyond to help me and all the while, with a smile and positive attitude. I am officially a life time customer of Autozone and no place else - all because of him. Sorry if I spelled his name wrong.

The place wasn’t busy (one other customer) and I waited patiently while an employee restocked some items. He then told me where the touchup paint was, but didn’t offer or give proper assistance. Didn’t have the color I needed. A place I would revisit would give additional service instead of silently watching me leave. Pep Boys is a couple of blocks away and was busy and friendly. Occurred Sunday, Dec. 27 at 3:30 pm.

My son was in there today replacing a car battery that was defective. The first gentleman was not willing to assist him because of business policy prevented him from doing so since it was under warranty so he send him on his way only providing two wrenches.That’s when Dominic stepped in and offered to give him some pointers and actually helped him take off the whole battery and replace it with a new one. Being a loyal autozone customer this is the type of professionalism I was expecting from auto zone. And I want to publicly thank Dominic for his great help! As a mother we always want our kids to be safe when we are not around and this gentlemen was an absolute angel! Thank you!!!

I would love to share the excellent customer service I received at that Dominic and Barry provided. This has been my first time here since the pandemic and they had everything safe for the customers. Dominic assisted me with the battery for a car I just bought. He took his time to explain the batteries they offered, the warranty that was included, and assisted with the installation. Dominic was very friendly, as he walked me through the process of his install. What was even more nice he ask if I had any other questions or concerns. I was just thankful for his help on this cold night. The workers here at this Auto Zone is the reason why I come here. No matter who you talk to they are always friendly and helpful with a smile on their face and willing to help any way they can.

Adam was amazing! At first, when I started looking on a couple of websites, I found prices for a replacement gear knob that ranged from too expensive to barely reasonable. After calling AutoZone, Adam helped me get a gear knob over the phone that was at a great price and lower than anywhere else I had been looking. Even during this time, Adam was a great help (once again) and showed us how to replace my old gear knob for the new one. He is also very knowledgeable and answered all the questions that we had. I’m definitely coming back to this location and seeing Adam if I need any more help with my car!

Had trouble with my wipers in a bad rain storm. Ethan and store manager Mario were a great help, got my wipers fixed so could continue my remaining 200 mile journey. If i lived in the area would definitely give my business to them. Guys thanks again for your help, couldnt have gotten home without you guys.

I brought my Lexus in for a battery check. Dominic H. helped me us. Great guy. Awesome customer service. He took time explaining each step he was doing. My 4 year old battery needed to be replaced and he did that too for free. He was quick and careful and knows what he’s doing. He did such a great job we tried to give him a tip but he said they’re not allowed to accept tips. I promised i will just write a review of my experience. Thanks Dominic. This is one of the most helpful stores I have ever been to. I walked in and was helped almost immediately - the employee greeted me right away and let me know they would be with me in just a few minutes. I had an error code on my car, and luckily after running the check the code was just a simple emissions issue - because the gas cap was lose. The employee then came out to take a look and we realize the cap is not clicking into place properly so he helped me locate the proper cap and unfortunately they did not have it in stock. However he did look up other auto zones and we found one not too far away! I would definitely come back here for any car issues!

I am a workaholic physician and do not enjoy car maintenance projects, no matter how trivial! I am very grateful to AutoZone Thousand Oaks for recently helping me. The manager himself replaced a deteriorated window wiper blade on my F-150 truck. I know this was a simple task, but I would have struggled with it and possibly broken something if I had attempted. As a girl, I felt judged coming in and knowing what I needed when I asked where to find a certain product. That employee had me go to check what product my car needed with another employee but I had to wait 15 minutes just for the guy to try to upsell me on something I didnt need. In the end, I bought the thing I thought I needed in the first place and it worked like a charm.

Go here to get the part they said they had and then don’t have. Huge waste of my time and gas money. They sent me to Newbury and they didn’t have the part. Extremely frustrating and annoying. And the worst part is that they have done is multiple time to me. People are nice they just need to communicate more and get people what they asked for.

My brother and I went in to get a battery tested to see if it was bad. We were assisted by Dominic Houston, a very knowledgeable and talented employee. He tested the battery and found it to be bad and recommended a brand that he felt had the best value and warranty for its price. I agreed with his opinion and he even made a great suggestion to purchase protective equipment for it at an extremely low price. Something I didnt know existed but for 4 bucks how can I say no to something that will help me later. Dominic was not only extremely kind and friendly, but made me feel really good about my decision to walk into that store, having no knowledge of vehicles other than basic things and how to drive them. I left feeling like I was genuinely looked after and not taken advantage of at all, a way Ive felt when leaving a few other auto parts stores. I made a purchase of a new vehicle that will need some parts and because of Dominic I know exactly WHERE and WHO Ill be getting these parts from. Could not have had a better employee help me.

Trying to buy something and get out of there nearly impossible. Go only if you have hour or so to waste. They had one person doing checkout and parts lookup. Waited in line 20 mins still had 3 ppl in front of me. Waived the white flag and left.

The battery for my car was possible bad. 1. they tested it for me and advised it was bad. 2. they located another one and exchanged it under warranty. 3. the store manager was both knowledgeable and really wanted to help. I went to this location to purchase a rear direction indicator light bulb for my Ford Fiesta. Dominic who helped me was great. He quickly looked for the part on the computer, explained the different options and replaced the light bulb. I was unaware they offered a free install service. Outstanding service. I came to get a battery not knowing how labor intensive it would be, until Mario walked me through what it would take to install the battery. They happily and professionally took out and installed a new battery. I will absolutely be coming here for any auto needs.

Highly recommend this place. Adam was EXCEPTIONAL! He was so friendly, helpful and went out of his way to help answer my questions. Horrible store every time I call no one seems to help and they ask me to slow down. What kind of thing is tha . I need parts and I need someone that knows their knowledge. And the managers there because everyone is manager apparently like everyone and alot of them are kids that do not know anything but its ok this is why Ill never go in there again

Mario was great! We went in for windshield wipers and couldn’t get ours off. The first thing he did was come out to the car get our wipers off for us then sold us what we needed - without the big upsell – installed them our our car, and we were in and out within five minutes. Doesn’t get better than that!

Dominic was incredibly helpful in finding replacement parts for my YJ, and hes quite knowledgeable about CJs and TJs as well. Great service!

I found the product that I needed, and a clerk addressed me as I walked toward the counter. He told me hed be right with me. He checked me out, and wasv very helpful explaining the rewards program. He signed me up quickly, and I was on my way!

Friendly and fast service. I ordered a part they didnt stock on hand and they told me it would be there the next day by 4pm. I received a call the same day and letting me know they had showed up on that days shipment. I was able to get my car back on the street 24 hours faster than I had originally thought. They win my business.

Have unfortunately had to go here many times recently, but always receive unexpectedly fantastic service. Always very friendly folks working customer service, and everyone is knowledgeable. Its refreshing.

A few weeks ago i ordered a few parts for my automobile, so that when i arrived the parts would be ready and i can take it to the shop. I called them before to let them know that i will be arriving to pick it up. When i arrived the guy that i spoke to was on break and the parts were no were to be found. After waiting for a few minutes till they located the package, they were very nice and apologetic, found my parts and had me on my way.
