Shawn and his crew are the best. They will find solutions to the usual and unusual maintenance issue. They found out what hose on my 20 year old German car needed to be replaced so it would pass smog. They found a way to make my convertable roof close again. Not cheap. But good.

They have done an amazing job on my wifes Honda Accord and my Tundra. I love that Sean has a Tundra too so he has great knowledge of my truck!!

Ive been using Import Car Specialists for about 2 years and Ive never had anything but a GREAT experience. Ive brought my Mercedes in for a number of things from regular tune ups to engine problems and Shawn is always so thorough in explaining what they find, costs and what must be done and what you can get away with not doing.Ive always felt that Im dealing with honest people who do great work at a fair price which is hard to find for auto repair shops. Well folks, the reviews dont lie. Took my 09 SL550 in on 8/31/17 to get the alternator & belt replaced. Dropped the car off the night before using their drop box to leave the key, next morning get a call saying job was done and..... the price could not be any more reasonable. It cost me 1/3 of what I was quoted by the Mercedes dealer. Super impressed, glad I found this place. Very pleasant on the phone as well!!!

When the engine light on my VW went on I was concerned. The car is nearing 100K and I thought the worst. Something told me that the dealership was not the way to go so I did a Yelp search and found raves for ICS. I brought it in and everyone was right. Sean and the entire staff are amazing, delightful, helpful, and 100% professional. Car was fixed on time and even came in a little under the estimate. It does not get any better.
