This company is great. I originally ordered from them last spring in 2020 and my order came later than expected, but they still deserve five stars because the company did everything in their power to make up for that delay. The customer service was incredible and so responsive. The next order I received came even quicker than the estimated shipping dates! I would definitely recommend buying from this company.

I really want to love this company, the quality seems decent and I love the styles and color. My suits took 6 weeks to get to me and now theyre all the wrong size. Ive been trying to reach someone at the company for almost a full month now to exchange for a size up. Its as if no humans work for this company and I feel like Im intentionally being ignored l, I cant get anyone to respond nor assist me and now I feel duped and out $70 :(

You may have seen my previous review on this business, but after speaking with support, and working out the issue, i have decided to change my review. upon speaking with support they offered me a free bathing suit. when i received it it was much better quality than the first, and it fit very well. they included a second free bathing suit, just like the one i order previously and it was super comfortable! the shipping only took 3 days and the customer support was super nice!

They make good quality swim suits! I have four pairs and matching mask and I adore all of them. The shipping takes a moment due to Covid but that is not their fault in these hard time. Also they have worked on customer service a lot and are a lot better. I didn’t receive one and they are now sending me a new one. I couldn’t be happier with sunny bunny!

Shipping took a little longer than expected, but given the circumstances it was understandable. sizing runs a little bit small but the shape was still flattering. overall super cute and great quality!

Took a few weeks for my suit to arrive but that’s understandable considering they were running a promo for a free suit so all I paid for was expedited shipping, about $15, regular shipping is cheaper too. The suit also fit a lot better than I thought it would and is super cute, would definitely purchase another!

I have been ordering suits from this company for a couple of years (whenever they have the promotions). The suits are great quality and fit! Definitely not a scam. They do take a while to ship but I have always received my bikinis from them. Worth the wait too :)

I got two swim tops from here and used a code and only had to pay shipping. The tops i got were both the new tye dye tops so one pink and one blue. They stated that they would come in a month later which I got cause their located a few states away. The packaging is so pretty I love it!

They are terrible with communication, saying they’ve shipped my order when they clearly haven’t, it’s been over 2 months since I placed my order and 1 month since I got a tracking number, which obviously states that the shipping label was made but nothing has been shipped. Glad I only gave them $15 for everything, since it’s a scam...UPDATE: I finally received my items almost 3 months after placing my order. They ended up not fitting anymore (lol). I just with the company had been better about communicating and that they had cancelled my order when thats what I requested.

UPDATE FROM MISHAP: Sunny Bunny sent another swim suit after the original order had not arrived after 2 months. My gf has now bought 3 other suits and loves them. Great quality for the price! Thank you Sunny Bunny for fixing the problem and making great suits!

I have previously left a very negative review because I believed this was a scam but I was wrong. They did take a while to get my bathing suit out to me and a couple things in the order were missing so I was angry but they have been emailing me and contacting me recently. They offered to refund the things I didn’t recieve and they also offered to give me a free suit in return for all the trouble. They also did explain that they are just a small business and they got very backed up but they are amazing at customer service and overall it’s a really good business!

Came with a defect, they don’t do returns or exchanges. quality of the product is mediocre, thin and cheaply made material. mine came with a ripedit:their customer service reached out to me. they apologized and compensated me. overall, satisfied with this brand and company, good customer service and they are genuinely trying to make their consumers happy.

Leaving this review as you are unable on the products page/website at all. I ordered my suit back in April and received today, August 11, 2020, same day I am writing this review. No returns, no exchanges, no exceptions. So here’s what I think: poor quality, irresponsible shipping wait time (you can find this kind of quality and STILL get a better fit on Amazon!), lazy customer service, and laughable sizing. My order included a swim bag I paid for, not a free gift, and I did not receive. I emailed in May and included every possible piece of information they would need and didn’t get a response until WELL into June. My “shipping label” or whatever they want to call it doesn’t even currently say my package shipped and it just shows up today ??? The suit has an underwire completely out of the top like it had never been sewn at all. Threads all loose and knotted and that are visible and janky. I figured the bottoms would be small bc I have an uncommonly large behind compared to most females my age/size but the size LARGE top is completely flat, shoulder straps way short (like WAY short) and too big around the rib area. Overall spend your $20 at a true small and local business. Save yourself the hassle and annoyance.

First of all I ordered a bathing suit from their website, And while I was waiting for it I ordered another one, I received the first one the quality was not the best, now for the second bathing suit, it’s been five months that I’ve ordered it, every time I emailed them asking for it to be delivered or to give me a refund they say oh sorry for the wait we re working on it we appreciate your patience...and ignore the fact that i ve been waiting for months, bad customer service and for the deals, it might seem like a great deal from $75 bathing suit to $15 bathing suit, but it’s a scam it’s just a way to attract you, I don’t even think that the bathing suit is worth $15 you can get way better for way cheaper on Shein, romwe, old Navy... DONT BUY FROM THEIR WEBSITE

I paid $13.99 for shipping back on April 30. Today (June 16) I received a notice from USPS saying my delivery has failed because I must pay $10.20 to complete the delivery.

Do not order from this brand. Such a rip off, I ordered two swim suits and they never even came. I never even received any emails about the details of my order and I never got my money back. Also from what I’ve heard the swimsuits are very back quality and they are cheaply made and overpriced.
