Love this place. Clothing & then some for all, great, great prices and always smells good inside!!
I went to Zara store to return a wedge shoes I bought a week ago. The shoes are in perfect condition and used it for a few hours. Decided to return it since it is very uncomfortable but the Zara employee said, I cant return the item since I used it already! Horrible customer service!
I bought a bag and it broke as I was leaving the store. I went back immediately to see what they can do. They didnt have a replacement and wouldnt give me a discount for a broken bag that I would have to fix. The staff and management was not help at all. The quality of the product and the staff is very poor.
There is always something to find and the childrens cloths are adorable.
You should check your management at the Thousand Oaks CA store. Horrible store manager! I have a pair of pants that I got when I returned another item. At the time I wasn’t aware I didn’t get a receipt I was preoccupied with a toddler. I went back in today to either return or get store credit and was told it was MY FAULT that I didn’t get the receipt. Needles to say I will be disputing the charge and not shopping at Zara anymore if this is how you handle your customers. Terrible!
Friendly, helpful staff
Quick.
Love.love.love.
Cute clothes. However poor customer service. With most of the clothing being the same quality as other budget friendly stores (forever21, H&M...) with the staffs attitude I pass.-update-I really don’t want to give bad reviews. So I went back for clarity and I had a good experience. The teller was quite pleasant and friendly. All in all I believe that the last floor employee was just having a bad day. So I have updated my review based on the new experience. Clothes are a mix from trendy, business casual and occasional street wear.
Love this place cute stuff at a good prices.
Rudest staff i have ever seen all zara store in cal
No one offered any assistance. Bought a nice thick coat. Clothing is smaller then reality. A Medium is more of a small
My daughter recently celebrated her 7th birthday and was gifted a pair of skinny jeans in a size 6 from my older daughter. I went in to exchange for a sweater, since the skinny jeans don’t work for her. Apparently according to Martin, there policy is to exchange only for the same style. I guess if you can’t fit into skinny jeans, your out of luck. Nice way to make my daughter feel bad. I would’ve been OK with a store credit. Terrible, terrible exchange policy. Beware to never lose your receipt. Then they send you a customer service number.
Hit or miss. The hits are great things I promise be to wear. Plenty of misses...Euro-chic.... Reasonable prices.
Love this store but you guys are closed currently as I’m writing this. Disappointing since I drove over a hour for the visit. Why the early closure as of 6:30 pm on October 30, 2019?
If I could give 0 stars I would. I religiously shop with them and know my size so one day ran in grabbed a pair of jeans I liked in my normal size there, tried them on at home and they were too big. Went to return them 3 days later with all the tags, the receipt and EXACTLY how I purchased them only to be told super rudely the tags on the inside that say the fabric and how to wash them were ripped off and I couldnt return them or even exchange them for a different size! So Im out $50 because I was sold something that was faulty to begin with. I had to call customer service and send them in photos and am waiting to hear back.. If this doesnt get resolved I will NEVER shop with them again and will have to find another place to buy all my clothes. Horrible customer service!
This store is awful. I bought a shirt and Ive only had it for a few days. I wash it in cold water didnt use any detergent or softener hung dry and the collar that had color bled out onto the entire shirt and the store wouldnt return it and said that sucks. The best part is one manager said they would help me but when I came back a diffrent day that manager just said sorry cant help you. Will not be coming back again worst experience Ive ever had.
I want to start off with.. I LOVE zara. It has been one of my favorite stores for as long as I can remember. Im not rating the store 1 star, Im rating Zara Thousand Oaks store manager one star. I bought a pair of pants for my boyfriend and unfortunately they didnt fit him. I went to return them four days later, tags still in tact, perfect condition. The store manager turned them inside out and said that the inside store tag was missing and that they can not take the pants back. When i bought the pants ... no one turned them inside out to make sure the inside store tag was there? and if the inside store tag is missing then it wasnt there when i bought them. I even begged to do an exchange and the store manager STILL did not work with me. In fact he said Store policy, nothing we can do, sorry and plugged his little earpiece back in and walked away. The poor girl who was handling my return kept apologizing, obviously left in an awkward situation. I walked away with a pair of mens pants I have no use for and for the first time ever, a desire to never return the TO Zara store. FYI to Zara store management ... If customers cant return items that are missing inside store tags - train your employees to check and make sure the tags are there BEFORE you sell your products. Especially if customers are purchasing your products as GIFTS for other people.-- My usual gifts for Christmas WERE from Zara, guess I know where I am NOT going.
Clothing selection is fabulous but dont expect any customer service let alone a hello from anyone who works there
The most worst customer service I have ever seen. The store manager attitude is very rood she doesnt really care about give a good service to the customers. Very sad !!! By the way, I have been shopping at Zara for at least 20 years now and have NEVER had an issue anywhere else except for this place.
No one helps you on the floor. They have a horrible return policy and their clothing falls apart quickly
Had a bad experience in this store. We walked in at 8:50pm tonight and were very aware there was 10 mins before the store closed. We had dinner at Pizza Rev, so we just wanted to walk around for few mins then head home. My wife likes Zara and she wanted to browse around to see if there were anything new. (Both of us worked at retail stores before and we know how that feels when you were ready to close and there were people who try stuff on and on.... we never want to be that kind of customer). Plus, we had a 5 months old son with us in a stroller.Anyway, there was a male employee who came to us right when we stepped into the door and very nicely informed us that they will close in 10 mins. We thanked him and told him we just going to browse around the store, and that we would be out close. He said, Ok. Then a lady charged to us right after him and said, We are closing It was 8:51pm when she said that. I said, I know, I will be quick. She then said, No, we are closing right now I looked on my watch again, it was 8:52pm....She literally kicked us out at 8:52pm. I truly do not understand why....It was discrimination at level of the US law. I wanted to say something to their manager, but we did not want to end our lovely night out with a bad taste in our mouth. Zaras management team should make sure you train your staff in basic customer service. We did not get the ladys name. I am sure if Zara company wants to make sure the business keeps going in the long run and take care of their customers. They should not have any problem to find out who THAT lady is. Todays date 08-17-2019! Walked in the store at 8:50pm, and got kicked out by THAT LADY at 8:52pm.
The web site is horrible. No times, no contact info. just online sales.
Great store great variety to choose from clean store and friendly costumes service.
It’s the worst Zara store. Customer service and current manager are awful and rude.I bought some shoes for my daughter and three days later cane back to the store for a bigger size. To make long story short, just to ask for a bigger size the manager wanted me to pay a higher price because they were not on sale anymore. Why should I pay more just for asking a size exchange ?The manager actitud is not focus on customer satisfaction.Honestly don’t want to come back ever again to Zara Thousand Oaks.
No one says hi, dont offer to help but store is big and has a good selection
Love, more selections than the other zara
Best customer service Ive ever had in clothing retail and its all thanks to Chris. Everybody there was great but he was above and beyond helping me find things, giving input, and making me feel welcome. Wound up with two pairs of pants and two button ups after just going in to look. The selection there is incredible, and the sale prices made styles I thought were much more pricy before walking in there even more reasonable. Again I have to reiterate how great Chris was though. As soon as I told him it was my first time he ran me down through background on the company and some fun facts on how well it treats employees as well as helping me around the store. Seriously couldnt have asked for better service. Ill be in here often now!
Always a stylish item ot two in Zara.
Great fashion for everyone all ages and sizes!
Staff is very rude
Great clothes and a great price...something for everyone...
Hi love the store I am from new York when I go to zarz I feel like I am in NYC I love it good taste your store is the best in the oak mall Jeanette
This place is very nice because theres a lot of good clothing a lot of sweaters. You can also check out the womans ZARA and the mens also!
Great place. Not many things on sale though.
If I could I would give this store a zero, no this COMPANY a zero. Not only does the Thousand Oaks location individually suck and have terrible customer service but the company over all is terrible!! The clothing quaulity is subpar to awful, the sizing sucks, and the are the worst ever when it comes return policy and refunds!!! This is why I dont stray from Nordstroms and target because: 1. The customer service is always amazing and 2. The return policy is amazing and youre never left optionless or throwing away your money on crappy product or credit to a crappy store. I can easily go my whole life without ever shopping at Zara again.
Department store with great taste in Spain!
Today I had the worst experience at Zara Thousand Oaks location. I shop here often and am so disappointed at the customer service I had there today. There is no one controlling the fitting rooms, instead everyone is at the registers talking to each other. When I finally did find someone to help me she had a looked on her face as if she was confused on why I was asking her. She then had no idea who to contact regarding where my clothes were taken to put into a fitting room. Very disorganized group of team members. The manager was then very unprofessional and began to talk about the situation to an employee in front of me. I then put the shirt I was going to purchase on a rack and walked out of the store. This location has lost my business.
Love their clothing for kids ❤
Really helpful staff and good prices
Closed 10 minutes before 9pm. Was waiting outside at 8:51pm
Store was messy, so many sale items! Fashion chaos, didnt feel like the clothing made any sense, no theme.
