Our old garage was built in the 70s and was essentially unusable. When we met with this company the salesman was upfront about everything and gave us a very fair deal with the price. We had a problem with the dimensions but they quickly smoothed it over. After construction was complete, they explained to me how the new opening system would work and I highly appreciated that.
