We have always enjoyed our interactions with the folks at the Thousand Oaks StoreQuest facility. Site Manager Caitlin (spelling?) took it up a notch with her professional aplomb and good humor when she had to drill out the lock to our unit because I lost our keys. Rather than delay our access to our unit by calling in a locksmith, Caitlin tackled the job herself, and had our lock removed in relatively no timeFive Stars for Caitlin!

I chose StorQuest because a friend of mine uses them, but the customer service made me feel great about the decision. Talking with a rep over the phone, they helped me figure out what size unit to rent and explained everything in detail. I was able to pay and sign the lease all over the phone or online. When I went to the office to purchase a lock and find my unit, they were equally as helpful and showed me everything from the unit, how to ensure I lock the door, where to enter and park, etc.

I arrived on time, and Jesus did as well which coming off a lunch break, is very nice of him. Was very professional and personable, and didnt make me feel like an idiot for doing the contract wrong. Was even picking up trash outside while showing me around, someone deserves a raise! Clean and easy process, thank you! 😊

Good service the outside of the location is kind of small theres 3 floors. I wish they can open the access hours to a later time.

The pricing is high for what you get and not being able to have access after 7 PM is even more ridiculous. Your payment page doesnt seem to ever work right and I had to call every month to pay my bill. Definitely not using your facility ever again.

This is a clean, well-kept facility. For me, it was a super location. We got lucky with a unit on the bottom level near the loading entrance. Its probably not the cheapest place to rent storage but for me it worked nicely as far as convenience and reliability.

I rented a unit yesterday and the property manager, Ms Atwood was very friendly and helpful. She was able to accommodate my needs. She answered all my questions, the process was quick and prices were within my budget. I would recommend StorQuest to any one needing self storage. Very pleased.

Storage unit is clean, and I personally like how many times you have to enter your code to get into the units, it makes me feel safer. However, I was slightly upset that they offered me 50% the first month (valid for 5 months) when I first called to inquire about the unit, but then when I went to book they said it expired-- I had the text message still that showed when I received the 50% off promotion only 2 weeks ago. I only need the unit for 1 month, but they said they could honor it next month if I wanted to stay another month.

After looking everywhere for a storage unit we finally found StorQuest which had exactly what we were looking for. For someone who moved from out of state, working with StorQuest was a very smooth and stress-free process. The pricing is reasonably great considering the space. The security is great as well.

Years ago my my mom rented a storage unit from StorQuest. I helped her move her belongings in there and the staff was really friendly and helpful. The reason why my mother wanted to store her stuff there because it was brand new facility that had security cameras everywhere and it was climate controlled.Fast forward to today, I needed to rent a unit for my stuff and the first thought that came to my mind was StorQuest off of Skyline Dr. I went there and sure enough the staff hasnt changed. Nice, professional, easy going and friendly. They showed me available units and each size so I could get an idea of how big of a unit I needed. I was still needing to figure out a size and they gave me a 7 day hold on a unit so I can figure out how to store my furniture and items. Once I had everything in place, I sat down with the Store Manager Caitlin and she thoroughly went through the process and broke down each individual rules, fees and went over the contract. Just like when my mom went to rent a unit and how nice they treated her, they treated me the same way. Professional people, professional business and overall a great facility. I highly recommend this storage facility to anyone looking to rent for the first time.My only negative feedback I would give is, when StorQuest was following up on my appointment, they called from a call center rather than calling from the actual place itself. There was no hassel from them but I figured if it was from the place you wanted to rent from they would call you from their facility. Not a big deal but that was my only negative feedback. Otherwise Id give this place a 5 out 5 stars.

I can’t say enough about the excellent experience I’ve had at StorQuest over the last three years. I’ve used many other storage facilities before and this one is far and away the cleanest, easiest to access and most organized. Whenever I need anything or have a question the friendly staff is always happy to help. The manager, Carlos, who always greets me with a friendly hello, is especially helpful and answers any and all questions I have. He is very on top of things & happy to do what he can to make sure I’m happy with the facility and service. In addition I always receive a very prompt email when a package is delivered for me. Life is so busy so it’s nice to know I can rely on an organized & exceptional experience when it comes to my storage needs.

Still a great place to store your stuff!!- TimGreat place to store your stuff, Ive been here a couple years now.This weekend I dropped by to ask for a smaller unit since I have less stuff now and they made it easy and simple. The rep gave me a couple options and walked me up to check them both out -I took the 5x10 unit, half my 10x9 and saved $75 a month. They allow 72 hours to transfer my stuff which took about six hours yesterday. The staff are all very nice too!! Thanks StorQuest!

Storquest TO kept my items safe for about 3 years while I was away on the East coast. The facility is very clean, the units are nicely climate-controlled, and the team provides consistently excellent customer service. The ability to call in your payment by phone or set up auto-pay is very helpful while in a different geographical location. Overall I would recommend this location to others in the area looking for short or long term storage.

Ive been using this SQ storage unit for several years and its been great from day one! First of all the staff are top notch. Very friendly and helpful. When my moving truck wouldnt give me a concrete time frame, SQ worked with me and it really helped make the moving process less stressful. Secondly, the units are incredibly clean and safe! I love that they have a secure gate... oh, and a clean bathroom too! And the price is really good too. An extra perk is they have a donation locker that you can use for any items you want to donate. Great place! I highly recommend them!

Carlos was very nice but was not there when the business was to open at 9 am. He went to post office and bank. We left and loaded up the trailer. Had to call again when we could not locate him later after we unloaded. You need more help so people do not need to wait to have their questions or problems resolved. Overall I am very impressed with your buildings.

Thousand Oaks Storquest is exceptional. I have been with them for over 5 years. The facility is very clean, secure and convenient. The on-site managers are always there during business hours and are highly responsive. They offer online bill pay and auto-pay which many storage facilities do not. I highly recommend this facility and commend them for their service ethic.

Best of all, yesterday, when I went in to sign my new contract for the year, I met Donna, the new assistant manager, who was very welcoming, and super helpful. He was no drama HE WAS NOT THE TYPE OF WORKER who is a not what he could not do but he was very what he can do and solution driven.He was very very pleasant and helpful. I like his level of customer service.Honestly, I can not say that about everyone here especially the other attendant that works here whos disposition is awful.But, It was a pleasure working with him and he is very professional, he gets it done and I can tell he really cares about the customers.
