Aaron and John are men of their words. I loved the truck I bought, and there wasnt any hassle except for working with my bad credit score, they were still able to get me into the truck I wanted. Of course buying a used truck can be scary, for if anything goes wrong with it down the road its my responsibility, however they did promise me, on a hand shake, that theyd take care of me if something happened or I discovered was wrong right away. I did notice the truck struggling in some areas and they took it in and resolved all of the issues for me! Best customer service Ive encountered, EVER. I have nothing but good things to say about this place! I dont even know where to start here!! Ill start with Trevor, whos youthful smile & energy were bright enough to light up a dark room! This young man is honest, helpful & personable in every way.When we made our decision to go forward with the process, he introduced us to Avian who was just as wonderful! She was a rockstar when it came to getting our paperwork taken care of and was completely transparent about the issue we were running into regarding an expired DL. FOX made us aware of how It was affecting the loan approval process, which limited us to an option we could not afford. I had an appointment to get my DL updated but it wasnt for over a month.. Avian suggested I go to the closest DMV as soon as possible (very next day) to at least get an OR ID and GUESS WHAT?? I walked away with my New OR DL instead! I called Avian as soon as I was out of the DMV. It was an exciting moment! Now I dont have to drive to Roseburg in late August to get my DL, yall!! 🤭🤣😎 A few hours later, I was driving off the lot with my new vehicle!Do not hesitate to visit this dealership when searching for a vehicle. This team at Roger Kehdi is quite different from the first team we dealt with, although they were equally helpful. The difference is though, Fox, Avian, Trevor, even Madison who I met while waiting, put off such a welcoming, honest, vibrant, youthful, Ohana like energy that I feel is important in any workplace environment. It was wonderful seeing how individuality was embraced & encouraged.

So, I wasnt super sure about this place when I pulled up... The service area has a different companys name on it, and I did not see anywhere else that you could go on their lot for service. I went inside, and was greeted with a nice gentleman who happened to be the mechanic. I came in for just an oil change, and to have my car looked at, since I had purchased it a few months ago from a different dealer. The mechanic was great. He showed me all of the things that I should know about my car, and told me what I should be looking at, and be replacing, etc. I for sure will be back in a few months to get my brakes changed (and upgraded). I would highly recommend this place if you have a Mitsubishi Car or SUV.

Just got a new car there today; worked with Josh the Sales Manager there and it was truly a 5-star experience! I’m in sales myself and he not only came across as personable & knowledgeable, he didn’t take “No” for an answer and was never pushy I’m doing so. My uncle, who is also a Sales Manager in car sales, gave him high marks as well after a couple conversations during the transaction. I purchased a vehicle from here back in December I told them what I could afford and of course they made it for over on top of sending me with the car with owing $1,000 deposit that I had to pay within the first 30 days then recently I received a call from Jaden here at Rodger Katie and I was told that I built up equity and was up to refinance if I wanted and also or it was an option to trade in and get a newer car so I come all the way out here from Tigard to Tigard from Newburgh to be told that if I only want to refinance that they cant help me I have to call the bank so I wasted a good 80 MI round trip my time gas for absolutely nothing not a thing because I didnt want to trade in and I owe another whats 20 $40,000 I just cant afford it but I need to be refinance what bothers me is that I felt like I was misleading and the coming out so they could try and talk me into purchasing a vehicle that yet again I was going to have a hard time affording not good business so just be aware if you dont know like I didnt cuz I have never purchased a car on my own from a dealership that if they say youre up for refinancing clarify with them if you can refinance through them here or if it has to be done through the bank or if how they feel refinancing is purchasing another vehicle from then in trading in yours Jaden and the falls at Rodger kehdi Mitsubishi where completely misleading. Iam a dissatisfied customer i will not referr anyone here!!

Worst car buying experience I’ve ever had..I’ve purchased two vehicles from them in the past when they were Fidelity. But this experience left the worst taste in my mouth. Very Unknowledgeable and scattered and weren’t very helpful with much of the process..I should had listened to my gut when things started going a bit sideways but I was already in on the car I wanted and decided to follow through..wish I hadn’t..won’t be buying from here ever again

John worked with the banks and did a great job to get me approved. Him and my salesman Rocky worked out all the issues and were able to get me out of there in a great car at an affordable payment. Dropped my car off here to get it checked. Had several lights on the dash come on one day. After a day there when I called to check the girl said its ready. When I asked her about ther lights she had no idea what I was asking about. Went to pick it up the next day & nobody was at the counter. Waited for 10 minutes & still nobody. Called the service number& no answer. I saw my keys hanging up behind the counter so I took them and left. I would not recommend this place.

Would honestly give 0 Stars if I could. The Buying process was alright, but...was sold a 2013 GMC Yukon Denali that in 7,000 miles the A/C quit working, and the Drivers Front Coil Spring broke. During the sales process, I was sold an Extended Service Contract, that I was told covered everything Electrical, Suspension, HVAC System, Engine, Trans, Running Gear, everything. Come to find out, I get a Basic Plan that literally only covers an Engine, and Transmission and Fuel delivery system. No Suspension, no Climate Control, NOTING ELSE. Then you try to call someone, and all you get is, This Voice Mail Box is Full. Will NEVER Recommend this Dealership to ANYONE!!!

I bought a used ram 2014 1500 eco diesel from John fox and I have to say my experience was awesome. He was strait forward with his pricing and really easy to work with. After several months of owning the truck I had a bunch of problems with the engine and come to find out that year of ram 1500s had a lot of problems. After calling the dealership John and Jeff was able to help me out by having me trade them trucks. For all my troubles I got a 2015Ford F-150 lariat which was a more expensive and nicer truck than my original one. The new truck costed a lot more but was able to get the price down so it can be an easy trade. I was well taken care of and still loved the experience from buying from these guys. The new truck is awesome and have zero problems. They said they will sell the truck in the auction and not on their lot so that tells me they are a good and trustworthy dealer and won’t screw anyone over.

My wife and I are in the market for a minivan with a 3rd kid on the way. We’ve been shopping for a 2018 Honda Odyssey and found one at the Mitsubishi dealership. The website didn’t reveal much about the car (color and miles and that’s about it).We decided to go look at it in person on a Saturday, Overall the experience was good although it didn’t have the tech or navigation package like the website advertised, but we overlooked that. However, since the car had not been appraised or inspected yet they couldn’t give me a price, nor could they sell the car. We couldn’t even drive it off the lot. So we took it for a spin in the lot and were interested but the service shop was closed on the weekend. So they were going to have it inspected/ appraised on Monday morning and then give us a call back to get us a quote and we could actually drive it on the road.So no call on Monday, and I call on Tuesday to follow up and the car has already been sold, it wasn’t even on the lot... No appraisal, no inspection someone bought it outright.My concerns with the dealer are 1) why just ice us, rather than keep the commitments we made when we were a customer and 2) how can you sell a car without it being appraised? I get that another buyer beat us to buying the car, but I would think that there’s a big risk in buying a car without an inspection or appraisal.We have two toddlers and a baby on the way so I would question ethically/morally how can a dealership sell a car they don’t know is safe. Again, buyer beware so they had to know the risks, but if a dealership can’t vouch for a car being safe for ones family, I have to question the ethics of the dealership selling the car. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!! They don’t help people they just want to make money and don’t care how they screw over people !!!!

Tyler was so quick to help me and my family! He found us a good car, we had good conversation while we were waiting for our loan to be calculated, and he was just kind overall. Chased around our son and kept him busy so we could do paperwork and everything! This dealership has really outdone themselves to help us out.

I purchased a brand new 2019 Mitsubishi from this dealer, shortly after I had some questions for the service department. It is like trying to call into a radio station for some concert tickets or pulling teeth at the dentist to even get in touch or get an answer from the service department at this dealer. I have called for a couple very simple questions in the short 6 months of owning this car, and I never get a call back after leaving a message. If you call directly to the service department it rings and rings and rings. It is like nobody works there and you will never get a call back after you go through another department to get a direct line that actually has a voicemail. I highly recommend that you do not fall for their “best warranty in the market” and you go somewhere else to buy a vehicle.

Both Tyler and Jeff were great while they worked with me to get my Mitsubishi Mirage. They were both super friendly and helpful with the process. Theyve both wanted to make sure the process of getting the car and the first month or so has been pleasant for me. I highly recommend them if youre stressed out about the car buying process.
