This dollar tree is one of the cleanest and best stocked ones that I have been to, the store was real clean and I found everything that I was looking for. Im real happy with their selection of items

Like most dollar stores its either hit-or-miss. For the most part staff is nice. Tend to be understaffed.

Terrible customer service will not return to this location!! Manager named Justin Woolrich was a total jerk to us as customers. There was only one check out, we were standing in line. He had somebody come up to open another check out, we assumed because there were so many people in line, so we let the persons in front of us go to the new checkout. When we got up to the checkout she turned off her light and Justin said that he had already told us to move to another line, and we refused, which wasnt true, And he refused to let the lady checker who wanted to help us check us out and he would not either. The new line was now full of carts and we didnt understand why he couldnt check us out which is four items which were four bottles of water. He did not ask us to move anywhere and he did not make it clear at all that he was closing her line. After this happened he said she was 20 mins past when she should have left, but how the heck would we know that and why was that true. His fault, not ours!! Bad Management!! No excuse for this disrespect towards customers. I asked him if he was the manager and he said yes and I asked for his name and he told us Justin which is what I put here. I presume that is true. Bad behavior.

Long lines with little help. The help was friendly, but do to staff shortage the place was a disaster!

My favorite dollar tree.Often find amazing finds.Great for crafters or people who work with, have or know ppl with kiddos. As there are some awesome gifts for the little ones.Also great for dnd gamers as theyniw have dnd dice sets.

Good item selection, well staffed for the time of day. Not an extremely clean location in terms of baskets and carts, however items such as hand sanitizer were readily available. Staff very nice and attentive.

Best DollarTree around other than no Freezer!! You can walk in no crowded aisles.Then check out the same way. If they added a Freezer it would be unbeatable.

They have plenty of everyday stuff you need at great prices.

The Dollar Tree is just what it says. A dollar for everything. Its really quite amazing what u find there. Some good and some not so good. Worth checking out though. U can save a lot .

Really messy store not much clean up and limited supply of items that most other dollar trees have but with the current situation is say they are doing their best.

Always friendly employees, but the store seems to always be a huge mess. Never enough workers. Yes we are going through a pandemic and every business is suffering but they were like this pre-pandemic.

I typically love Dollar Tree, but tonight there was a man inside shopping without a mask and the employees did nothing. Disgraceful.

Its a convenient location. Though small they have a large inventory of just about anything you could need or want. The staff were friendly and helpful.

So nice to see how much pride the manager has in her store. She regularly sits on the curb outside smoking cigarettes with her employees with no care of all the kids passing by. She leaves her cigarette butts right there on the curb. This location is total trash.

Store is ok just have to be careful what you need to buy for a dollar

I found the coolest plastic bag.

Usually this store is organized and reasonably clean, but on the weekends, the store really gets trashed in areas where small kids roam free. On weekends, there can be long lines at the checkout. Best time to enjoy the store is week days. Some of their stores have refrigerated items, but this store does not.

The prizes are good

It has everything you could ever want--but very cheaply. The quality of the items you purchase will inevitably be low due to the price tag, but sometimes its absolutely worth it. The staff here are always happy to help you find anything youre looking for, and you can pretty much find anything here.

If I could I would give a negative star, Garrett needs to get a new job, I stopped by to get some things and he literally threw the bag right across the counter with my things, didnt even bother to say good morning or hi or nothing I have been in customer service for about 10 years and I feel Garrett needs to get a little more training on how to deal with customers just saying! Ive always shopped here and thanks to Garrett might be the last time!

This is by far the best Dollar Tree I have ever done business with. I first called to see if they had what I was looking for (as anyone should do because it’s just the smart thing to do) and I had the best over the phone Dollar Tree customer service ever. The guy on the phone was so respectful and quick, there was no being put on hold or any bs, he just went to the section of the item I was looking for and told me he had a couple. So I go to the store and when I arrive, the first thing I notice is how huge the store is. Then I headed for the section I was looking for (which was in the back) only to notice how organized, clean, and well stocked the shelves were. Plus, they had WAY more of a selection than the Dollar Tree off of Hall Blvd in Tigard. Then to close out my quick trip, the female checker was very nice too. I was so beyond pleased with this location that it will now be the only local Dollar Tree that I shop at. This store is a cheap craft lovers pardise!

A short female cashier definitely wanted to be somewhere else rather then serving customers. It might be wise to utilize your Hiring Event tomorrow to replace her, as my girlfriend and I would rather never shop there again.

Kinda messy inside but we like to shop here for the odds and ends that we use around the house (ei: batteries, sponges, office supplies, kids stuff, etc.)

This location was poorly stocked and messy. Kelly was rude and short tempered... Steer clear of this location.

Pretty clean store and usually have what you are looking for.

Fun store for lots of items....Wrapping paper /bags, bows, kid gifts, stuff you the kitchen, dining room, floral section, packaged food.... And how far can you go wrong for $1!

Bad product selection. Idk if its just the area or just the inventory management that descides what they have but wow dose dollar trees over here have the worst unknow brands and quality. Always just 1 cashier so lines are grosssly long.

You cant beat $1 per item. Once in awhile a great brand of food items.

Typical Dollar Store. However the staff is always helpful.

I take my son to the dollar tree very often, but this branch has the worst & most rude people working there, they yelled at my 3y/o cuz he touched some toys, & it didn’t happen once it happened every single time we were there, I understand that some kids make a mess but my child was actually arranging the shelves they didn’t care to see what he was doing they just yell at him the moment he put his hands on anything that is worth less than a dollar!!!!

The aislesare way to small and then the put up floor displays on them! So it makes shopping a pain in the ass! Also they do not have enough carts! So very hard to shop if you have a lil one!

Huge dollar store but staff are no where to be seen at the front cashier. Maybe it was because I went 1 hour before closing.
