If I could give negative stars, I would. Took almost 4 weeks to fix my car, and after spending almost $3000 dollars, the magnetic decal I use to identify my car in parking lots was stolen/taken off and not put back on. And when they say they will call you, they won’t.

I went to this collision center today for an estimate to get my Honda fixed after someone backed into me. My insurance was the one who told me to go and get an estimate but the 2 guys here rudely told me otherwise and refused to write me out an estimate claiming “ no matter what the insurance company is going to lowball me “All I wanted was an estimate. That was your job and you couldn’t do it? I don’t recommend this place if your looking for an estimate.

Everyone was polite and helpful, the work was carried out efficiently, the respray looks original. Car was washed, interior swept. It looks great!The only issue is the interior was sprayed with a chemical fragrance which set off my allergies, it would be good if the client was consulted before spraying fragrance into a car.

Thought they were going to repair my 2001f150, but they deemed it totalled😭so i dont know first hand how their services are. Yet.

Amazing customer service and my van looks brand new again!! Very friendly staff and I highly recommend them to everyone!! 5 stars!! The entire office staff is professional and dedicated. Angel was especially great! He kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and was always courteous, friendly and made me feel like I was his only customer. Chuck, the manager and Kelly, the receptionist are also wonderful. Will use them again! Thank you Ron Norris!

This collision center is the best!! The lady at the front desk, I believe her name was Kelly, is phenomenal! Not only is she personable but it sets the tone for how this collision center does EVERYTHING! Efficiency, friendly, professional. To everyone that I walked past working on vehicles or just passing thru. They were friendly and they knew their stuff. I was walked through, step by step, by Chuck. He was kind and understood that some of my vehicle knowledge was not as broad as it should have been! I can never thank you all for your kindness, your patients, and how amazing my vehicle looks and runs after it left your shop!

The staff at the collision center are just amazing. I continuously see them give customers updates and assure customers that their car is in good hands. Great professional and honest people who explains exactly what will be done to the customers car.. If I ever need work done to my car they will be the first people I contact. I have also recommended them to others. TOP NOTCH SERVICE.

I brought my vehicle there for repair recently, i was very pleased with all the office staff. They were very helpful and caring in my time of need. It was my first accident and I wasnt sure what to do. Kelli was very helpful and walked me through everything i needed to do. The manager Chuck was also very helpful! They made a bad experience much easier to deal with. I would highly recommend ron norris collision for any body work you need.

Ron Norris repaired my vehicle a couple of years ago an did a great job. unfortunately I had another incident. fortunately they are still there doing the awesome work they have always done. got my car back as promised and on time. again they did a wonderful job. you cant tell. hope not to return but if needed again I would never go anywhere else. thanks to all the team there.

Im not happy with the work done on my car or their sense of urgency as I was told 10 days that turned into a month and 1 day. When they finally were done I get a call to be there in 30 mins like I dont have a life and it was completely inconsiderate. Not to mention my door is still messed up and now I have to call my insurance cause I honestly dont want to communicate with them myself considering Im suppose to be thankful they stayed open a whole minute longer after getting a 30 min heads up to be there!!!!!! Dont get me wrong Im not saying they were rude per say but i honestly expected more professionalism. I will never use them again nor would I ever recommend them unless it was an only resort cause yes my vehicle runs but it doesnt sound they way it use to and my door was not done properly. A friend that paints cars said it was not a very good paint job decent color match but it wasnt cured properly and you can see orange peel ( i honestly dont understand any of that stuff it doesnt look bad to me but i know nothing about car paint jobs and such.). We went through them because they were highly recommend but I honestly dont know how. The only praise I can give them is that my car runs. The receptionist or whatever she is in my opinion had an attitude I was not fond. All around not happy with my experience.

Have used them before and had an excellent experience. This time, the windshield washer fluid pump doesnt work after the repair. I called them and took the car back, and they claimed no responsibility and wanted me, or my insurance to pay for what they caused. Rick said negative things about my car and that he did not like this particular type of car. This all occurred after they were paid of course. I was very disappointed after having such a great experience before with these guys. Will not go there again! They got 1 star because I dont know how to leave less than that!
