Calling this location connected me to Glass America, which is the vendor I dealt with. I had my windshield replaced, and about 9 days later there was a new crack. They sent a technician to inspect the crack, but I was told it was an impact crack and not a stress crack so they would not offer a replacement. I tried to schedule the replacement, but Ive not heard back from the business. They have been kind and courteous when speaking with them, but Im not happy with the outcome. Id recommend getting your windshield/glass replaced with a different vendor.Update: Glass America did reach out to me after seeing my review. They didnt offer to replace the windshield at no additional cost as I would have preferred, but they did offer to replace the windshield at cost of part and cost of labor. I took the offer just to be safe so that I didnt need to file a 2nd windshield claim so soon. The windshield has been installed for a couple weeks with no issue.

A couple weeks ago my car was hit in a parking lot. Thankfully it was a minor scratch but deep & noticeable. I took my car to Gerber Collision & Glass & they did an AWESOME job! You can’t even tell that it was hit! Hugeeeeee shout out to Matt & his team! If you need any collision or glass work, they are the ones you wanna go to! Excellent customer service & excellent work! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful job done by the good people at Gerber. I took my car in for body work after an accident and they returned it to me looking like it came off the showroom floor. Great communication as well, providing twice-weekly updates. The technicians care about their work, and it shows. Will happily recommend Gerber to my friends.

Had my truck repaired here, and I have to say....what accident? Its like it never happened. Thanks to Ms Jean and Matthew for theirs great service and multiple updates while my truck was there. Props to the repair technician who worked on my truck as well. Hope to never see you there again, but if I need body work, youre the only place Ill go. Thanks again!

Good and Bad. They are very professional, however, they installed a new hatchback and glass after an accident damaged mine. After less than a week, my brake light fell loose, hanging by the wires (obviously not put back on correctly) and the tint on the brand new glass they installed is peeling. Ive never had this problem before. Im hopeful theyll fix it since the work was guaranteed, but I shouldnt have to be inconvenienced this way. It should have been done correctly to begin with

My wife was in a car accident in Titusville and this is the body shop that all state recommended. Much of the problems are resolved to date, but the body shop did not seem that knowledgeable and helpful in dealing with getting this resolved, and as far as the appraisal of the accident they took a long time.

Very happy with their service, they were quick and kept me updated on the progress of repairs, the work was excellent and the people were friendly and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone.

UPDATEDFor the first few weeks of having the repairs done everything looked great! But after those couple of weeks I started noticing imperfections. Mainly Its not even where the primary damage was. My back driver side quarter panel was the original repair location and since they have to blend the paint job with the surrounding body panels I now can see a poor blending job on the front half of my back driver side door. The way you can tell it is a poor blending job is from the fact that you can see specks of paint from the blend job stand out from the original paint.(It looks like Google reviews doesnt put the photos on the review so they are on the photos tab in here. And its also only allowing one picture but it clearly shows the difference in how the finish looks compared to the front door.)In the photos you see here starting with the one on the left. That is the Quarter panel where all the damage was and the paint finish looks great.The middle photo is a portion of the front of my back driver side door. Notice all the specs in the paint??Now the photo on the right CLEARLY shows the differences between my Back driver side door and the original paint on the front driver side door.I have brought this up with the manager at the store and while he was very polite about the situation, I didnt get very far with that discussion. They took it to the back to do some wet sanding and buffing but thats not going to fix the problem that is under the clear coat that they applied on the entire door.No matter how many times I brought up the issues in our discussion with these paint specks he basically kept denying the issue. And avoiding that problem and kept offering to help with the orange peel by doing a wet sand and buffing job on all the parts that they worked on. Now thats nice of him to offer, but like i said before... thats not going to fix the faulty blending job on my door.At the very end of the conversation he states that the cars painted now and if they were to fix the blending job that they would have to then blend my front door along with the back door. BUT he didnt offer that even-though this company offers a LIFETIME guarantee. No call no show for glass replacement. I was promised they would be here today. I have been waiting over a month now. I think it is time to find a more dependable company that is more customer service oriented
