Before purchasing my ram 1500 I went to about four other dealers looking at other brands I went to a ram dealer before and they didnt have the inventory I was looking for. So I called this dealer and spoke with Thomas he informed me of the inventory that they had and told me if I wanted to come in and look at it they will start detailing the truck. Inform me that they had three trucks that I was looking for an expensive one a less expensive one and then one in the middle. I pulled up to the white truck that I was going to buy I thought it would be the expensive one to my surprise it was the inexpensive one. Thomas was very transparent throughout the whole sale help me negotiate a better deal even the sales manager I forgot her name was very friendly and transparent. Im very happy to say it was a stress-free transaction I would definitely go back and specifically use Thomas.

A very positive 5-star experience all-around. I stopped by to take a look at a vehicle I saw on their website. I was greeted by Dayl who showed me to the vehicle and gave me a once over. While on the test drive he took the time to show me the features of the vehicle which I really appreciated. We agreed on the price; the paperwork was a breeze and the rest is history as they say. They worked as a team to get the vehicle ready (full tank of gas, washed & detailed). He made sure the vehicle had the tool required to remove the doors and hardtop. We took a few pictures and I drove home with the vehicle that day. I spoke to Denise a few days later who ensured that I was taken care of. I live 35 minutes south but with customer service such as this I would have no issues driving up.

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Oil change went as expected. When the mechanic got to my tires, he informed me that it was hard to turn my wheel to the right and that I needed calipers on both front wheels urgently for $600 and that I also needed a brake flush (just had one done by then 6 months ago). Every time I go in to this dealer for an oil change I end up spending over $500 on something extra. Since I was having absolutely no problems turning my car or with my. brakes, I had another mechanic look at the calipers. He said they are absolutely fine but maybe needed a little grease to loosen one up. The other issue I have is the guy that rotated my tires chipped 3 of my 4 wheels when he was loosening the lug nuts! Now they look horrible and probably dropped the value of my car. I will be calling a manager and will update this review when I get a hold of someone. I even have a third oil change that I have already paid for, but there is no way I will take my car back to them.

I generally like to work on my vehicles myself, however I found myself in a situation where I was unable to diagnose my rough idle problem with the tools I had. I brought my truck into the dealer and was met with a very nice and professional staff. The tech took the time to listen to the problems I was having and what I had already done/changed to try to remedy them. After a quick diagnosis, the problem was found. Originally I told them I just wanted the diagnosis, and was wanting to fix the problem on my own. The tech explained to me the price for the diagnosis as well as the price for the dealer to fix the problem, WAS NOT PUSHY, which you find too often. Since they had the intake manifold and other things pulled apart already, and the price was right, I elected to have the dealer fix the problem. Maybe two hours later and I was told my truck was ready to pick up. To make it better, the dealership flushed my brakes since they noticed it was time and did not charge for this service. This was my first time at this dealership and was very impressed!

Our salesman Mr. Northcutt went above and beyond by giving us a Facetime tour of the vehicle so we wouldnt have to drive 200 miles for our first look at the vehicle. Service department is top notch. Told them I needed to be out at a certain time to get my daughter to work and they accommodated me. Then I had a little mishap on my way out of the lot. Got my brand new Jeep stuck! Well Justin and another gentleman with a J name (sorry) immediately jumped into action. Went and got a Jack to move the Jeep so as not to scratch it anymore and even buffed out the marks. So impressed with these young men! They didn’t even blink an eye!! I was gonna play the “What Happens in Vegas Card”. But these guys need some recognition!! Thank you from the bottom of the embarrassed heart!!

They fixed my truck well of course. But the reason I turned my truck over to them was due to a failed EPS( electronic power steering). This issue caused my steering wheel to lock while driving (almost crashed very dangerous). After researching the issue this issue is persistent between 2013-2018 and it is not due to driver error but a manufacturing issue. This problem should be covered under a recall and it was not. $3,000 to fix my truck. Very disappointed.

I made an appointment for a simple oil change. I had a coupon that the dealership sent me. $24.95. I purchased my vehicle from this dealership, so they had my information on file. I was told this coupon does not cover an oil change for my vehicle. I ended up paying $49.60. Instead of $25! Then they tried to tack on another $200 plus of other services that they suggested I needed. I will go somewhere more honest. 🤔

The service reps are awesome, however when the truck makes it into the shop thats where it goes down hill.Techs( at least the ones Ive had)are clueless.Not even sure if the work is being done.

New to Florida and new to Parks for car care. I am very pleased with the service Parks provided my ‘old 2006 Jeep friend’.Now that I know where to get good care for my Jeep, to set a maintenance schedule will not bedifficult. Front office staff friendly & knowledgable; the techs must have been good too because my jeep has had no complaints.

Background:I have a RAM 1500. I had a appointment to have the front & rear transaxle serviced and an oil change. I also could feel something in the front end when I made a moderately hard stop.I was told by the person I made the appointment with that I would have to leave the truck. Their shuttle would bring me home. I could not get an answer if it would even be completed in one day.Results:The service writer I saw when I dropped it off, surprised me when he asked if I was going to wait for it. He said it was going to be several hours.He came to me about an hour later to tell me they had checked the front end. The brake pads needed to be replaced and the rotors were warped. Other than a loose bolt, that was all they could find. But the warped rotors could be what I was feeling.They did the requested work plus the front brakes in a little more than 2 hrs.The strange feeling from the front end is gone and it feels so nice when everything is freshly lubed. Everything is so quiet except that throaty sound of the Hemi-V8Nice job folks.

Sweet people in the service department, but the actual service is subpar. Went in for four tires, mount, balance, and alignment. Had to return to get tires rebalanced, told machine was not calibrated last time. Rebalance job just as bad. They counter balanced to fool the machine as I was told by another service station that corrected the worse tire. Now I still have 3 unbalanced tires and my alignment is getting knocked out of whack. Never going back. I deserve a refund on the balancing and alignment, since Ill have to have them redone.

Great experience. Spoke with my salesman Joe via phone. Was given a price for my trade (upon inspection) and a price for the new Van I purchased. No hidden costs or up selling.Found 2 small paint defects and brought it back. Was fixed perfectly with no cost while I got a loaner car for free.Would go back and recommend. I drove passed 2 other dealerships that were way closer to where I live due to the outstanding customer service.
