Year ago i was in a bad motorcycle wreck bike was not even 1/4 mile away from the house charge was 350 to tow it because they felt the need to bring a second person. Today i broke down on my bike called a different tow company i was 15 miles from home and charge was 125.00 and only needed 1 driver. Bottom line do not use this service they will rip you off faster then they can spit in ya.. Btw it rolls fine

Id love to give them a five star review because staff was very nice but 12 days of storage at $23.80=$285.60 so when I pick up my vehicle and its $691.85 that feels like hwy. robbery to me and I feel like my butt still hurts and thats not from the 12 days in BCJ but Id be lmao all the way to the bank too if I had THE contract to BCSO and required cash only payments! My bad I said bank when we all know I meant safe. Its basic mathematics and it doesnt add up!

He didnt put the car where I asked - east/west next to my mailbox were his phone instructions. Come home to find the car IN my driveway north/south. WTH?? I walk with a cane & need my vehicle near my door. He blocked me from doing so. Plus he drove off my retaining wall - brand new huge scrape marks!! This drivers a liability.

Terry was our wrecker driver. My trucks engine basically blew up, I was upset and crying and he still managed to make me laugh and lift my spirits, he was very funny and kind and patient. Semi stuck in sugar sand duo came out,rather then be winched out properly, I was dragged out by crazy angles,traffic stopped,then had to meet back up with driver after he forgot to take back pull connector. Im happy the job was done,but left unneccessary ground tear up and time..I would use again but with my better direction to be considered to get the job done.

When told that he was stranded in Daytona they said they would go and see if they could fix what they neglected to fix. They towed my truck from a marina where I pay rent to dock my boat. So they shouldn’t have towed my truck in 1st place. They ONLY take cash which I didn’t know (and who carries several hundreds of dollars nowadays?), No cards or checks. I had a little over half in cash of the total bill, and they wouldn’t work with me so I could take the truck and return w/ remainder of cash! That took more time and the tow company bosses never responded to reasonable options! Finally, b/c the “drivers” duty day was finished and he wanted to go home, I convinced him to take me to a nearby ATM where the full cash was withdrawn. Additionally, my front molding to the grill was broken and the piece is missing - I’am sure that will be another battle to try and recover $$??

My friends car broke down while I was driving it and the owner was out of state. AAA gave him grief about towing it. Its a Mercedes, it needed to go to Melbourne. Mercedes came and picked up the keys right away. However, the car was a problem. I called C&L Towing. Professional and had several recommendations to get it towed thru insurance. As I stated the owner was out of town so that was an obstacle. I toldMercedes I was trying to get the car there before they locked up for the weekend. Ultimately, Mercedes did pick up the car.I didnt have C&L Towing tow the car. However, due to their exceptionally customer service, I highly recommend them. Thank you, Teresa!

During my Hurricane Dorian evacuation on Monday afternoon my 2012 F350 truck (with 40k miles) had a major malfunction on I95 shortly after getting on at MM231 and I was stuck in rest stop at mm227. I had horses in a large horse trailer stuck there. Friends came and rescued my horses and my trailer but my ALLSTATE motor club was not successful in locating anyone to come tow my truck to Ron Norris ford. Finally a young man at the rest stop spoke with C&L towing and Ron (a driver) came right out and towed my truck to my house. I was so happy with his work and kindness that I had Ron come back and tow my truck to Ron Norris the following week. NO ONE WOULD COME BUT C&L and the rate was extremely low considering a dually and hurricane. I am changing my roadside and locally will only use C&L for towing going forward. A shout out to Theresa on the phone call as well. Ron and Theresa you guys were life savers!

Midnight towing a 20ft trailer moving from Va to South Fl burned up an axle...AAA couldnt help. Found CJ on google maps they worked with me and rental trailer owner to repair as quick as humanly possible. They recommend hotel and offered great customer service. Absolutely recommend! My car broke down on our way to Georgia to avoid Hurricane Irma. Jim from C&L Towing came and got myself, my two friends and our two dogs 🐶 at 530 in the morning ! He knew we were leaving for the storm and Needed to get back on the road asap . So he personally opened up the shop early and fixed my water pump, timing belt, and since many auto parts stores were closed he got a radiator brought down from Orlando to make sure we were back on the road! We hadnt slept at all and he offered us and the Doggos the big couch and recliner to lay down and rest/sleep until he finished fixing My car! Plus the rest of the office staff was extremely friendly and made us feel at home. Amen 🙏🏼 I Honestly dont know what we would have done if it wasnt for Jim and the EXCELLENT service at C&L Towing . We were in a bad spot when our car broke down in the middle of the night on our way home from Christmas with our family. The company responded extremely fast and at a fair rate. Ike let our four year old soon see how everything worked and responded to our sons 1,000 questions. They took us to our hotel and picked us up as well. Really pleased with our service and how fast they tried to resolve our problem.

I received a call from my daughter on a Sunday that she was on the side of the highway due to her car overheating. I didnt want her stranded so I googled towing places in the area. I read the reviews on a few options and decided on C & L Towing. I called and spoke to a very nice lady who contacted her driver and had my daughter picked up, car dropped off at repair place and this mom was grateful that her daughter wasnt stranded any longer. I thank the driver for saving us and managing to fit 4 people in his truck and driving us safely to a public place where we would get picked up by a family member. However, it seems as though they didnt care to help my grandparents who had to pick up our car and didnt know what they were doing. My grandparents asked for help getting their broke down SUV hitched to the truck they will be driving and the employees told them no. That it was policy. I understand policy but I also understand morality and helping someone in need. Maybe the employees felt some type of way because my grandparents are Hispanic and my grandma speaks little to no English. Maybe they didnt want to help them cause of policy. Either way, I think its rediculous that you cant lend a hand to someone who is so very obviously struggling and never have hitched a car to a truck before.

These guys are the best !!! I broke down on Blackpoint Wildlife Drive near closing. I called them and in no time they were there to get me out from the reserve. They repaired my truck quickly and were very fair with the price. They are over an hour away from me but I will be using them in the future for repairs!

BEWARE!!! Had my car towed here for repair after a collision. After i declined their outrageous repair estimate they impounded the car for no apparent reason. Very crooked business would not recomend them to my worst enemy.

Got into a car accident, they came and towed my car. So the next day I called I got put on hold then hung up on so I called back got put on hold again n hung up on. So I decided to show my face n of course I was told I had to Pay a ridiculous amount to get my car n because it’s sat there a couple of days (because they kept hanging up on me) on purpose. The price goes up, they knew exactly what they were doing. $480 bucks to get my car. I will suggest no one goes to them!! Very rude and arrogant!! So.... .on Saturday April 30th ... I broke my car at Playalinda Beach and followed my insurance protocol by calling them first and having them set up a tow for me and requested C&L they informed me that they were going with another company out of Merritt island who in turn solicited me to pay the driver money in order to take me home with my vehicle. I immediately called Teresa at C&L and asked if this was appropriate because I had never heard of such she said absolutely not I then called my insurance company and told them C&L is picking up my vehicle they were appalled at the other tow company. Within 45 minutes of being contacted the drivers were out at play Linda hooking up my car they brought me home let me get everything out of my car and took my car back with them to be safe and secure until my insurance company could get their act together ....through all the tough issuesIve had with the insurance company C&L has been there for me the entire time thank you so much guys youve towed other vehicles of mine and this last experience really shows what a great company you are!!!

Mike is the nicest tow guy Ive ever met. He met me at the shoulder on the highway on a saturday morning after another tow, as fast as he could. Got a flatbed to properly tow my awd vehicle!

On Jan.15,2015 I was in transit towing my 24 trailer with my 2003 Dodge truck from West Palm Beach to St. Augustine with a rainy cold front rapidly approaching. I broke down in Titusville and was parked just off the highway. This gentleman pulled up and asked if I needed assistance. After repairing a broken radiator hose I discovered I had blown a head gasket and was in need of assistance. He proceeded to assist me and within 2 hours my problems were resolved (as the rain began to pour). If it were not for this gentlemans knowledge and actions to handle this situation swiftly I would have been stranded and in a dire situation. He was extremely friendly and an expert in his field. He stated he owned the company. This company is as one would say, a well oiled machine. I cannot thank them enough and my only regret is that they are not local if/when I would need them in my town.

Holds vehicle after payed for wont release

Worst experience Ive ever had with a towing company. They needed the exact location of my broken down vehicle, vin number, registration number, exactly where the vehicle was going. Basically they wanted all the information that is needed to put a lien on a vehicle before they would give a quote.

Even with the slight time delay which is understandable in there business in whatever the case may be, from the phone call to the drop off point, was an amazing service. At arrival to my car location T.P. made my day at ease on how he first interact with me which put a smile on my face even through stressful times like these. Thank you T.P. and even Kailey the ride along to get out the office to help out. Very wonderful and helpful people. I would recommend C&L Towing for everyone. Called me said tow guy would be there around 4 maybe little after. An hour after that phone call I got told tow guy is dropping a car off some where & will be coming to get my car. Two hours after that phone call, they called again saying the guy is running late but will be there. The guy never showed up. Worse tow service ever!!!
