Incredibly unprofessional staff that will tell you theyll fix things just to sell you a bike, then you schedule an appointment to have it fixed and youre told, Sometimes it works sometimes it doesnt... Not my problem. Not my problem was a direct quote from the manager of the dealership. Take the drive and go to a dealership that cares about honoring what they say. Dont make the same mistake we did and try to support this dealership. I would give then 0 stars if that were an option.

I love my bike, but Miracle City...😔It would be a miracle to get a call back from the service dept! My handlebars were loose, my front left turn signal was loose, I wasnt given the spanner wrench for the rear suspension and the service department set my first service appointment wrong.When I showed up 45 minutes late (15 mins early😁) I was told they couldnt fit me in (I performed the 1st service myself). Now my gas cap rattles louder than the motor and for weeks I have been trying to get a warranty gas cap. With each week that goes by, I have to call the service department to find out what the deal is. They dont have a stock gas cap available... they cant get a stock gas cap...they cant discount a Harley aftermarket gas cap...and they cant call me back...EVER. This is my hometown Harley dealer and at this point, I have decided that they will never touch my bike. I even got a gift card for returning a shirt that didnt fit, unfortunately when I showed up to buy something else, the gift card had no money on it😜😝 (the nice ladies in the clothing department handled the situation) Seriously, these folks seem to be FAIL MASTERS. I get the impression that Miracle City is on the fake it till you make it program.The gentleman who sold me my FXBB did a good job, and I believe I got a square deal.I have waited and waited to make this review hoping that something might change, but 1 star is all I can give them and that is for the young man that sold me my bike. Im afraid this is a destination destined to disappoint. Perhaps they should spend less time throwing parties and giving away free beers and spend more time learning their trade and how to treat customers.

Charged over the posted shop rate.I had my tire mounted and balanced here. When I pointed out the shop rate on the wall was lower than what was on my print out I was told Yeah we changed the rate and havent updated that yet.I tried to let this go but its not sitting right. You shouldnt charge over your posted rate.

Bought a bike here, and the day after delivery pointed out an oil leak. Turns out the bike had a blown head gasket. They refuse to do anything about it. Their repair quote to fix it was over $1100. I have gotten two quotes from other local shops for half of their cost. Once they have your money youre done. BUYER BEWARE!

I like Harley davidson but was disappointed with not getting a veterans discount, I believe vets promote Harley and hope Harley Davidson reconsider their actions on this poorly thought out decision.

Three times Ive brought my Harley in for ESP service. Three times I have had to call in myself, days after my appointment date, to find out whats going on. The 2nd time I was forced to pay for work that was done to my bike without my knowledge or without me approving the work. Now my bike has been there for 8 days. Had an appointment on a Friday morning, never heard from them so I called after work and was told they found the problem but now its to late to call ESP to approve the work/parts. 7 days later and I still havent heard anything. Could I just call them? Yup. Sure could, but thats not the way its supposed to work. I will not be taking my motorcycle back for service ever again.Side note, everyone there is super friendly, but three strikes and youre out.

The sales people are great especially Russel, but the sales manager Bobby and Trey in the financing department are not so great. When I first arrived and was looking at the bikes, I asked for the prices of three bikes, I was quoted $26000 on a 2021, $35500 on another 2021 and $26500 on a 2020, I took all three out for test rides, decided on the $26000 bike. when started the process the raised the price of the bike to $28500 and only offered me $6000 for my CVO road king that carried a KBV trade in value of $17000-$18000. After going through some rounds I got the price down to what I felt was agreeable along with a new exhaust from the headers to the slip ons and tuner. After going through this process for 6 hrs, the finance officer asked if i was adding the exhaust, rear storage package, new handle bars and grips and road pegs. I told him I was not getting anything added but the exhaust system. He said fine and asked if I was including any cash in trade, I said yes part of the deal was I added $2100 to cover the new exhaust. He instructed me if I added more that would drop the monthly payment so I put $4000 down. I went out to the parts department to find out when my new exhaust would be arriving and was told it would be in 2 weeks. After 2 weeks I called them and they said there was no paperwork turned in for the exhaust. After returning to the store, and confronting the managers, they admitted that they made a mistake and that the finance officer misunderstood the deal made and voided the exhaust off the deal. The manager Bobby in the front and Trey in the financing department openly said that even though made the mistake, that they do not have to correct their mistake nor honor their deal and that is how they do business at this store.My family has purchased and sent friends to this store to purchase over 5 bikes over the last 2-3 years. Not sure what has happened to the management level but they have lost our business and our friends. we just bought two bikes from them in two weeks last month, but I guess we will be going elsewhere. Sadly for them they lost a deal on a Trike, our family member went elsewhere and bought a new bike because of this.In the long run they end up getting extra $2000 out of me, so I did not get the deal they promised me.

Weve been to MANY HD dealerships throughout the years. This one is lacking in many areas. 1st, apparel options are very limited. 2nd, try to find someone to recognize that you are wanting to purchase something. Most avoid eye contact. 3rd, NOBODY from the customers to the staff wear masks. I guess the health and wellbeing of their community doesnt matter.

UPDATE: They deleted my Husbands Google review.After bringing so much business to them and purchasing bikes from them and having a great experience every time, I am so shocked at how they reacted to this situation.We brought my Moms Boyfriend (Don Hall) in to trade in his CVO for a new Harley. He decided that he wanted to upgrade his exhaust and have it incorporated into the deal. Tim worked it in and everything was flowing smoothing. The experience was great with Russell and he left with his bike.A few weeks later, Don called to schedule a time for my Husband to bring his bike to have the exhaust installed. They had ZERO documentation of his purchase of the exhaust on his deal. Don told the person he talked to that it was incorporated into the deal and they need to figure it out. We messaged Russell about it and he told us to come in to figure out what is going on.My Husband and Mom went up there due to Don working out of state and was told by Bobby and Trey that they did make a mistake but they DO NOT have to validate their mistake nor fix it.This is exactly the reason why people have hard time trusting in dealerships and believe every dealership is awful. I’m so surprised that this is how they treat returning customers but in the end it shows their true colors.We will take our business to Space Coast going forward.

The minute we walked in, we were greeted from a comfortable distance. We didnt feel like we were fresh meat and getting pounced on.Even as i was looking at the bikes i was not pressured to do anything as thats how it should be. I was treated with a lot of respect. I would definitely return there and recommend my friends to stop by. Ask for Randy and Ray.The girls were very helpful as well...i never got their names but many thanks to them for their assistance.

We have been to this dealership several times since they opened in March. They have put on many nice events since opening to promote the business. Over Memorial day weekend they hosted 3 days of live bands, how much better than that can you get? I have had great experiences in the parts and apparel departments.

Way too loud, since day one of them moving in, for being right next to a residential area. Not breaking any noise ordinances, but noise ordinances arent created for being this close. I took some polls. Half of us like it. Half of us dont.No one wants Harley to leave or stop. But it would be nice if they could turn it down a little.

My husband made a appointment for a Monday morning at 9 He wanted them to drive it when it was cold so we brought it on Sunday in the rain. All they had to do was put it on the machine to check for hidden codes which costs 150.00 with the tax. By Tuesday afternoon didn’t hear from them so we called They said they didn’t get to it yet. Well by Thursday at 12:30 we stopped They still didn’t get to it. They said they had no excuse.So we took the bike home . Dear god we had appointment at 9am on Monday I would never buy a bike at this dealership There service sucks

Great people, friendly and ready to assist

I will definitely be doing more business with this dealership. It seems good customer service is hard to come by anymore in a lot of businesses, but my experience in purchasing a new Road Glide was excellent. Also, The service department did an outstanding job on installing my new bars, intake and stage II cam. The service manager went out of his way to get a missing part for the installation of my handlebars by sending a rep to another dealership an hour away. The service writer, Curtis, coordinated to get my bike back to me early Saturday morning, before opening hours, so I was able to attend the annual, Brevard Law ride. I truly appreciate the hard work.

Great selection of motorcycles and a staff that is super friendly and ready to show you whatever you want to know about the product line. Enjoyed some good conversation wit a couple of the staff.

This place is a joke went to look at a used bike for sale brought mine down there the guy is showing me a used bike out back and a guy comes out back and says you have a customer out front and he leaves me Im not a customer unreal what a bad experience never go back there again

Staff is very friendly but I have been in twice for what I consider maintenance parts and both times I had to order them. 7 to 10 days is slow.

And Im very hard to please

I was riding down 520 on my 08 Road King and my bag fell off. I had to go back and collect it and found that the clips and bolts were gone. I took it to Miracle Harley Davidson and they stopped what they were doing and immediately tended to my problem. The service manager helped me and found the parts that I needed and had me back on the road in a total of about 15 minutes. These people put a real premium on customer service. If I ever find myself looking for a new Road King, Im going to Miracle first.
