I went here to purchase my first motorcycle helmet and felt very good and confident that I had made the right decision guided by the lady at the counter, my experience was good enough that I brought my bike in to have tires installed even though I had issue getting an appointment I dropped it off and received my bike back in the same day. The technician was nice enough to let me know that my oil was about a half quart over filled and that he had drained some of it out for me which was very nice of him. My issue is that upon inspecting my tires when I got home I noticed that one of my valve caps was missing. (No biggie) but neither of my valve stems had been changed which are now at this point at least 6 years old and my air pressure is were off front and rear by a lot and those two things are potential safety hazards. I really enjoyed how courteous the counter staff was and would like to continue to do business here but I will definitely want to speak to management before I pick up my bike for any kind of service to ensure the quality of work.--I am updating my review of this place as I have been back there several times and have not had any issues. Even brought my dad here to buy a bike. The sales staff are great.

Wasn’t a bad sales experience necessarily until I got home and reviewed my sales receipt and noticed all the things that a customer buying a brand new bike shouldn’t be charged for. Like $399 in labor and $700 in freight for a motorcycle that was already at the store. You’d think when they are already charging $700 in dealer prep you would be paying to have them install the necessity’s like a battery and oil. If I could take it back and do business elsewhere I would. I guess that free helmet wasn’t so free after all. So all in all I feel $1800 in dealer fees is a bit much. Will not even get my business for my first service.Edit in response to owner.If these details would have been gone over at the time of sale I would have said something. Also nobody has reached out to me unless you mean a phone call with no message. Honestly if your associate would have bothered to go over the reasoning for all these charges at the time of the sale I feel that would have been more appropriate. It’s not the customer’s responsibility to ask all the questions when it should be a open book and explained at the time of sale. Also yes just now I am noticing all this as I pulled out the paperwork for the first time since buying to make my payment. Also yes I complained on google because that’s what it’s here for. It’s not my job to call you and see if you will right your wrongs. Like I said at this point our dealings are done and I’m happy for that.

Stopped by for a battery maintainer and bulbs for my scooter. They were out and asked me to check the following Wednesday.Checked Wednesday and they still had not recieved them. It took some coercing to get to the next step of what they can do for me or what I can expect. I did indicate that I wanted to support local businesses instead of Walmart. They took my name and number down and said they would call me.It has been 3 weeks. I havent heard from them. I placed an Amazon order and am all set now after my Amazon order arrived.They were friendly though.

Yamaha scooter broke down, was turned away by the service person and told to expect a 2.5 month wait before getting an appointment for service., I only heard good things about the service department, I dont think I will return to the store.

I drove across the state to buy a KTM 890 and when I got there and tried to buy one there internet was down and the said that they could not unlock it 100 % and that the back break light was staying on so they said that they would deliver it to me I said ok .When the guy that delivered it to me knew absolutely nothing about the bike. When he left I went for a ride and 15 minutes later the bike died. I had to get help to get it to a dealer near me and they told me that the fule pitcock on the right side was turned off and he also told me that the bike did not have cruse control or quickshifter like I was told it is a app that has to be added when I called the salesman back he said that the GM would call me and he never called me back just shows they dont care about there customers.

We drove from Ocala to see Shawn to get a pair of new GP1800 R SVHOs. Shawn got us financed very quickly and got us the skis and color we wanted. We shopped around a few places and the other stops didnt seem real interested or motivated to really sale anything. I would never go anywhere where else to buy. Shawn is very honest and friendly and he dont beat around the bush.. We ended up getting a free double ski aluminum trailer. And everything we needed to get on the water that day!! Ive been buying motorcycle parts here for a while and recently bought a waverunner. Always had a great experience with both the sales and parts departments. The people that work here are awesome.

My experience was with the service department here. It actually happened a year ago but I ran into the receipt when I was filing some papers away and it made me mad all over again. We took our KTM RC 390 in for the manufacturers required check of the valve clearances, plus they did an oil change and a general inspection. We paid just over $500 for the services they performed. Two months or so later we noticed an accumulation of dirt and dust which was due to an oil leak. We called them to ask about bringing it back in and we were told pretty much that they would charge us and they would not accept responsibility for the leak. We ended up finding and fixing the leak ourselves and it was 100% their fault. When we called back to tell them the issue they offered an obligatory but insincere apology and nothing else. They already got their money and we already fixed the leak so it was a win-win for them. We were so hesitant to have the valve clearances checked but did it anyway because of the recommendation of the manufacturer. Lesson learned. They actually deserve zero stars.

Inquired about a new ATV and got the classic line...My GM says I cant discount any machines. Said thanks and went on my way. Got a text 20 min later from sales guy, if you have a $$$ figure in mind, let me know and I can relay to my GM to see what he will do... Wow! thats a tactic I havent heard in years. Oh, and to boot I was told there are no machines like this one available - oh really? I found 3 others in 10 min of searching on the internet.Like most dealerships, car, motorcycle, ATV - they are all trying to pump you to maximize margins. I say - dont do it! And dont buy from these guys either.BTW - read the other reviews - it was Shawn...LOL. Ill take my cash elsewhere. Oh my I might not be able to find another ATV for sale on the planet! What a joke.Update to Owner: Thanks for your reply. Here is an idea...Id suggest you try honesty as your first policy and dont follow-up with customers after you just told them you cant budge on the price when it sounds like you might be willing to do something. It only creates obvious malice and distrust when one minute youre told - no way are we discounting - then 20 min later get a text and say what did you have in mind to pay? Feel me? Some sales men make the buying experience enjoyable and positive while others do the opposite. Shawn made this the latter. He was extremely attentive over the phone and provided me all the information I requested. But then I spoke to a salesmen from another dealership in the area and realized that EVERYTHING Shawn told me was shady and untrue. Another dealership told me to confirm that the motorcycle I was getting quoted was in fact the one I wanted and to get a picture. I asked Shawn to confirm the year and he dodged and then asked me for a deposit. I asked him for a picture again and he proceeded to call me to try to twist my arm into putting a deposit on the bike without getting a picture. He told me that I was being shady for asking for a picture and confirmation and then proceeded to tell me that I need to take the offer or it’s off the table.. needless to say this dealership is not receiving my business. (Hopefully not yours either) also I am including pictures of my texts with himEdit for response-I did state exactly what I wanted. I stated that I received “x” offer from dealership “b” and that was the price to beat. If he could beat it perfect if not then I didn’t want to waste our time. He said he could so this continued. The problem came when I asked for that picture. In hindsight I see how he got offended because my phrasing wasn’t the best. But it is not my job to be professional, it’s his. The fact that he went from professional to unprofessional in an instant over my bad phrasing of “send me a picture” is the reason I’m rating this dealership the way I am. Although I feel that I was being misinformed I can’t prove that. I just hope he learns from this and doesn’t do this again.

This is a great place to go. The staff are super nice and really willing to help. Ive bought 1 motorcycle from here and its running great. Ive had oil changes done on both our bikes and it was very quickly done. The store is nicely laid out and they have nice Suzuki and KTM apparel. I like going here and I will go back.

Left my ZX14 bike out in the elements. When I picked it up my chain was rusty. They did do a good job on my bike. My only complaint was my bike was left outside and my chain got rusty. I told them about it all they did was put something some lubeon the chain.

Stopped in on a whim with my Yamaha Silverado S while out on a ride Memorial Day Weekend. Staff couldnt have been more knowledgeable with all the questions I had. I had a long term issue with my grips and they promptly took the bike to the back and fixed it without charging me. The mechanic also noted a vibration I had been dealing with and suggested remedies. On top of that, they have a lot of great inventory inside the building, if only I had brought the checkbook! Thanks again guys, I will be back.

Purchased my 2011 Yamaha V-Star 250 here back in 2012. They threw in all kinds of goodies and I left happy with a motorcycle and gear. Bike still runs strong and may go back there when Im ready to upgrade my bike.

Horrible serviceIve attempted to have my jet ski serviced here twice. Both times took them 4 weeks with nothing being done so I gave up.The first time I dropped it off was early November for cosmetics (a new body panel). The service manager said if I drop it off that it should ready late the following week. I did so. After 3.5 weeks they hadnt even pulled it into the garage to look at it and order parts. I picked it up and did the job myself.The second time I dropped it off was in March. I didnt want to, but the wife made me because this is the only shop within a 30 minute drive from our home in Titusville. They told us it would be probably be ready in 1 week, definitely within 1.5-2 weeks. 4 weeks later and again, it had yet to be touched.I highly recommend you make the drive to Cocoa, Melbourne, or Orlando.

Im no longer giving this stealership my business. I bought my factory replacement battery in a great shop in Melbourne.

I brought my R1 to this place to get my valves worked on and adjusted. They told me it would take a 1-2 weeks, they had my bike for about 2 months! On top of the slow service, I received my bike back and drove it home to find out it was leaking coolant now from the top side of the engine, took the bike back the next day and told them about the leak, so they tightened everything up and I drove it home to find it was still leaking. I took pictures this time to prove it was leaking because they didnt see where it was coming from and took it back again, they still couldnt identify that it was even leaking at all so I told them I would leave the bike there over night so they can see the puddle it will leave, mind you this is a drive from Rockledge to Titusville I am making, so this is about $20 in gas for me each trip especially since I had a vehicle follow me. The next day they called me and said they found the leak and fixed it, I went back up there and got my bike and drove it home, it didnt leak for a week and then a puddle was under it again after I took it for a good ride. Needless to say, I have to fix the leak myself, the idling still isnt good, so I am not even sure they did the valve job right, and on top of all that, I started to take the bike apart to fix this problem and they didnt even put the main bolt to my gas tank back in! My tank is just sitting on my bike!!! I spent over a grand to get screwed over by these guys. I will never take my bike back there again, nor will they ever get my service. I am better off doing the work myself, and now I have to order another freaking bolt and fix a leaking problem they caused...

Great people who work here. Correctly diagnosed a problem with my moms TW200 when we came in with a discription of the problem as a clicking noise when trying to start the bike. They tested the battery and said it was ok and ordered a starter relay for her enduro. I installed it and the bike started faster than it ever had with no problem. Very happy. Great service. Will be coming back soon. Thank you all.
