I did drive over 30 minutes to use this facility even though there was one a few minutes from my home. I was offered the first month free so I only had to pay an administration fee of $29.00. Kristina went over and above to make this facility work for me. The facility is clean and I feel safe coming and going alone. I would have given 5 stars, but the entrance gate was broken. I was told someone had a medical condition and ran the gate, breaking it entirely loose. I have been told the part has been ordered and it will be repaired as soon as it comes in. Time will tell. I will need the gate repaired if I am to stay at this facility.

The most conveniently located storage facility in the area. Rental trucks and fuel stations are within walking distance. The customer service is outstanding. We have been welcomed on every visit. Kristina is a superb administrator and operations manager. Several weeks before visiting her specific facility, I talked to her on the telephone about the availability of drive-up units. I had great concerns about my shipment showing up and not having a drive-up unit. I didnt want to climb stairs or negotiate narrow walkways. Kristina reassured me that a unit would be available.Upon receiving a firm delivery date, my wife and I went to the Life Storage site to complete paperwork and to pay for the unit. Kristina was on duty and guided us through the paperwork. The desired type of unit was available. After processing the papers and listening to Kristina, we felt it was the ideal place for our shipment. The selected unit was clean and easily accessible by a large vehicle.During move-in day, Kristina was there with timely advice about the dos and do nots of her facility, such as the cost of using the onsite dumpsters, ultimately saving us the 100 dollar dumping fee.On a subsequent visit, Kristina went out of her way to assist with the cancellation of Life Storage provided insurance after we provided her a copy of our homeowners declaration page.After three weeks and repetitive visits to our unit, we remain impressed. The worst storage company. Twice I have been denied 24 hour access when I pay for it. Will never have a unit here again. Staff is lazy, the after hours call center is lazy. Horrible customer service and all around theives. Thanks for charging me 24hour access and not give it to me.

Manager likes to create and impose her own policies. She then will lecture you about mask wearing, told me if you dont like it maybe you shouldnt go anywhere. We live in an area that does not enforce mask wearing, and it is not a life storage company policy, I called. And even by the managers own admission. Its a preference. I will no longer be renting a unit here. That is discrimination. Regardless of how you feel on masks

Life storage has been one of the most friendly storage places I have dealt with in the past. Christine helped me out tremendously and is a person of her word and contacted me to keep me informed which was appreciated very much.

My mother and I were in inquiring about a new storage unit 2 weeks ago. The manager ( Donna) was rude, nasty and foul mouth about wearing a mask. She said it was store policy and we needed to wear them or leave the property. My mother is 89 yrs old and has health issues. Why is this manager making her own rules? I asked for her supervisors name and phone number. She refused to give it to me and stated this is her place and she is the supervisor.

This is by far the most unorganized storage company in the business. Be very careful if doing business or storing here. You may lose your valuables and possibly your mind when dealing with them. You’ve been warned.

I rented a unit which was supposed to be an inside unit but was outside 2 months ago I went somewhere else to get a inside unit never used this facility requested a refund immediately after I found out it wasnt the unit I wanted and I still am waiting on my refund even after speaking the three different people. Extremely upset and annoyed

I have never been treated so poorly in my life. I was treated as if I was a homeless person. She even said I’m afraid you’re going to move into the unit. She started telling me about the cameras as if I was planning to break in. There might as well be a for whites only sign.

The great reviews are probably written by workers- they will pro- rate the unit prices when you first rent, but when you go to move your stuff out, they make you pay for the entire month, even if you only use it for days, and they do not go by the paperwork you sign, we were not told that the rent was due on the 1st of the month, we were under the impression that it was due one calendar month from when we moved in, and when we went to move our stuff out a month later, they had put a lock on our unit, and they refused to pro- rate it at that time, even though we were only 4 days late- thats a ridiculous way to do business, and obviously they are just doing anything to get that money out of you, my family used to own a storage business, and we would never lock someone out that quickly, and would never treat them like that- and the prices are high. I wouldnt waste my time or money with this place- you cant even access it after hours, and its not well lit, so I would say security is minimal at best.

Kept my items there for 2 years. I removed everything but 3 fairly expensive glass topped tables. They called and complained that it was not all out. As I understand it there were only those items and everything was out. Yet they are going after me for almost $1000! Id NEVER recommend because of this. Id even written an email explaining, apologizing and telling them they may sell the items as I didnt have a truck to haul them and no place for them. SMH $1000 for a storage unit I paid monthly $150 for.

This spotless and well secured location is within walking distance of the marina and a great place to store our boat stuff and car while we are out cruising to the Bahamas for the winter. Dee Dee and Jean, the on-site managers, are super friendly, professional and customer-focused and a delight to see out patrolling in their golf cart ensuring that all is well maintained.
