Spoke with them on the phone and was quoted $69 out the door with the $10 insurance policy. Reserved a unit then drove all the way over here to learn about a $25 hidden admin fee.

The BEST! I have had no problems with anything in the years I have been using. I have had several different units. Very helpful, good customer services! Would highly recommend. The only bugs I have seen are DEAD ones! Climate control has not ever been a problem other than after hurricane (no electrical).

I’ve used Prestige for several years, for different-size units as well as outdoor boat storage. They’ve always been professional, friendly, and helpful, including giving me tips for keeping rain from pooling on my boat cover (I’m a first-time boat owner). I’ve always found the facility clean and well maintained, but most important, it always feels safe because of the security cameras as well as coded entry gate. I’m an insomniac, and I don’t hesitate to access my units in the middle of the night or very early in the morning. I have already recommended Prestige to friends, and I will do so again.

Currently rent two units at this location. I have rented units here for the last two years. Excellent service from the office staff, they go above and beyond to give you the best service . Clean and secure facility. I end up here a lot early in the morning or late at night and never worry about security as the facility is gated and has cameras. I have never had any issues with my unit or van I keep parked in a spot outside being broken into. I would highly recommend using this facility. Its safe secure and clean. Rates are very reasonable.

Staff is great but the units do not have any rodent control. Had rats come into our outside unit (I definitely didnt bring them with me !) chewed into cushions and mattress to nest. Had to dispose of them. And price is a little higher than some of the other places, convenient to get moving truck is why we are there.

Love the 24 hour access. Carts you can use to move stuff. Staff has always been friendly and helpful. Long time customers of this establishment.

The whole Prestige Self Storage experience has been painless and pleasant. The facilities are clean and well maintained.The staff has been very help-full and a real pleasure to work and communicate with. All around its all good.

Dont use them. I have 2 units that are constantly being broken in to.The staff is very rude and unprofessional. They have no security air conditioning and are WAY over priced.Run, dont walk away from these dirt bags. JC.

Good place to party at night, easy to get electrical gate to open without a code, a lot of places to park to see on coming traffic and not be seen...

Two years ago when I posted this review this facility was actually Prestige Storage and I was moving my disabled mothers belongings into a storage unit. They became Storage King sometime last year. I dont know if the staff is still the same as when they were Prestige or not but as of the middle of last year, after my mom passed away in February and I moved her things out in March, the management continued charging me a monthly rent for 8 months after Mom passed away and I moved her things out. I have nicely asked them to remove these 8 months of charges for which I was not using the storage unit but they refused. Even after my mom died, then the world was stricken with the covid-19 pandemic, the whole time they kept billing that storage unit to my name along with late fees for every month. Im pretty sure it was a federal law that late charges were not to be charged to anyone during covid, for anything. Even people who couldnt pay rent and still lived in their apartments were not charged late fees, but this storage king doesnt care, apparently they think they are exempt from all the policies and orders given by our countrys government. So they intend to send 8 months of bills with late fees added to every month from April 2020 thru November 2020 to collections so they can put a bad mark on my credit report. I dont see any other reason for them to refuse to remove any of the charges, especially when I wasnt even storing anything anymore. I do not recommend using this facility, they are not the kind of people anyone should do business with. So Im removing my previous good review for Prestige Storage and replacing it with an accurate review for storage king.

Friendly staff, clean facility, reasonable prices, and easy to get in and out. What more can you ask for?
