I have visited many T-Mobile stores around the Island before, everything its almost the same but the different with this one its that you get the best customer service here. Cant thank Laura enough (sales representative). If you you need to change your device whether if its for an insurance claim or you want to get a new one, I will definitely recommend this T-Mobile store.

The customer service in my case was slow and having an appointment scheduled at 10 am they attended me 45 minutes later but I could not enter the store to receive a phone that I tried the medical plan m m m m. The person who attended me gave me the phone while I was in the car and I asked for his employee card for one more information or claim, he told me that he did not have and told me that any other employee could assist me just by returning to the store, at Personally, I never plan to return to that particular store, excuse me but that was my experience with mobile t 📱.

It is a store that needs more staff. You have a good flow of customers and the waiting time is too long. The staff is willing to help but if something happens, any situation the staff is very slow to resolve. I went on Monday, December 17 and I could not complete the purchase due to situations with the system, I could not make the purchase because the system went into maintenance so it could not be completed and they asked me to come the next day. We decided to let two days go by (Wednesday) so that everything is completely fixed and because the employee -who gave and made every effort to help us- would have her day off the next day (Tuesday). When we arrived on Wednesday the waiting time was one hour. This added to the almost two and a half hours added three and a half hours. Faced with this discomfort, we left and did the shopping. This consisted of two Galaxy S9Plus.
