Excellent customer service!!
Lately for employees to help you with the payment of your bill is an ordeal. They take your information, they send you to the car to supposedly wait for a call when its your turn and they never call you.
Pity !!!! The service today my mother went to the cell unlocked by a senior and patient cancer patient and the employee told him that he had to go to another store and pay to unlock it when his company is Tmobile.
They do not answer calls. They are diverted and finalized.
