Have taken two cars to get aligned. They told us the first one was too old and we took them at their word. Second time we took in a different newer car and it took 7 attempts (two different trips) for the alignment and it still wasnt fully straight. The front desk staff are nice but its not worth two days of hassle to just get an aliginment done. Weve tried to give them our business several times but we never seem to have a good result.

My dad has always used caseys pro tire for as long as I can remember and I take everything to them as well. Never a bad experience. Thank you guys.

Just got my tires rotated.And check to see if I need a couple of new ones.They said they could go a little longer.Thats what I like about them they are honest.Most people would have tried to sell me some even if I didnt need them.

Had a tire repaired at this shop. Went to Florida for vacation and had 3 lug nuts come off and the other 2 start to come off. When we got back I went and spoke with Casey, I was upset about the entire thing because it could have been deadly. He kicked me out of the store and invited me to never return. He never even had to ask. I wouldnt trust these people with a scooter tire.

Dont trust these people with your vehicle. They are unprofessional, mechanically inept and lacking in customer service. I will never give them another dime of my money. There are other more quality mechanics in Toccoa. These people have no clue what they are doing. UPDATE: The response below is in reference to taking the vehicle to another mechanic who is correcting their mistakes. We were NOT going to sell the vehicle. That is a lie. We also did not say we only had $150 to spend, we have PLENTY of money to spend, but want to keep the cost within reason due to the age of the truck. It goes to show just what kind of shop they run when they take no responsibility for their mechanics actions, or rather inactions. Throw all the blame on the customer, and wipe their hands clean. Again, I say. Dont spend your money here. With this type of customer service, they will be out of business soon enough.

We take our vehicles to Caseys when we need a reliable place to do the jobs we cant. They are always kind and their pricing is very manageable.

These people know what theyre doing! We highly recommend them. They do excellent work for a fair price. Our daughter drives from Atlanta to have them work on her car. Thats how satisfied we all are.

I got to looking at my wheels and noticed on the back passenger side on it had been scratched and instead of telling me that it happened they tried covering it up with black sharpie... thats a $150 wheel that they just damaged and said nothing about. I ended up calling them and i took it to them same day and they are replacing the wheel with no cost on my part. So im changing my review becuase of that.

I usually choose caseys. Lately, i second that emotion. I think moneys more valued than the satisfaction of their customers. I cant believe the amount of time that it took to fix the problem. Which wasnt fixed at all. Hey, you can bet your life that I PAID REAL HARD EARNED MONEY FOR NOTHING AT ALL. CALLED GOT NOTHING... I scheduled a alignment for my car and all that went great they where flexible and fit me in the next day. However, I was unable to take the car myself and sent my brother (who is 17) to get it aligned. He did however forget to pay/ thought I had paid since when Casey gave him the car he said “your all good to go” he thought that ment paid for and everything. So apparently I got calls from Casey that same day and voicemails but there are no such things on my phone not saying they didnt call just saying I never got a phone call from them. So this morning June 22nd 2019 at 9:02am I received a voicemail directly from Casey where in short terms he said that my “son” didnt pay for the alignment and that I need to get up there and pay or I don’t wanna know what the next step is gonna be. Which sounds like a threat to me. And I do have the voicemail in my inbox in case they try and say otherwise. But I called and made the payment shortly after receiving the voicemail and apologized from my brothers behalf and expressed how they should not be threatening there customers.

Messed up my moms brand new tires when they put them on. Had splits in them. They were super rude to my mom on the phone and told us to take it to the ford place next time. Unprofessional and rude. They don’t know what they’re doing. Don’t recommend.

Took my car to have the CV axle replaced. They charged me 280 and the axle broke two days later. The dealership fixed my car and turned their broke axle in for a core charge. Now Casey tire refuse to pay me a refund for the faulty part. I wouldnt recommend them to anyone.
