John is beyond an asset to Toccoa, GA!!!He was immediately responsive to our call (after normal business hours). Being from out of town and not knowing who to call we were delighted and fortunate to have him at our location within 15 minutes, diagnosing the problem from multiple angles of possibilities. He had us up and running in about 10 minutes.His knowledge and resourcefulness was worth MUCH MORE than what he charged us for coming to see about our cars ailment. FIVE STARS, FIVE STARS!!! C & J Tires and Towing should be at the top of the locals list for the quality and honest automotive services that they provide.

When you can reach John he does great work. Communication is lacking unfortunately.

Our van died on the side of the road on Thanksgiving Day. We had no one to call for help. John Cleveland came out. State troopers gave us a couple of people to call and he was the ONLY one who answered our call and came out immediately. We were fully expecting to pay an arm and a leg for someone to get the van on a holiday. C & J Towing put it on a rollback and carried it home for us for $50. He was so nice and so professional . Would recommend this business to anyone and everyone.

I had to call my roadside assistance plan and they called a company with a similar name to this one but in a different city to come pick up my vehicle, however this company after almost 2 hours had not shown up. I called this company on the phone and he explained to me that I needed to call my roadside assistance back and have them call someone else as this other company had done this to several people before. If he hadnt been so far away I would have had them call this company as he was very helpful and honest with me. I appreciate your help in an already stressful situation.

Took almost 1:45 mins to get there and was expensive based on some others Ive used.

I didnt get the guys name but did he know his stuff. We had a beetle drive over the dolly and he knew exactly what needed to be done. 15 minutes and I was on my way home! Totaly professional work. GREAT JOB!!! THANK YOU
