Fantastic customer service and good pricing. Shipping costs were not cheap but items arrived quickly and well packaged. Company reps even called with a status update that FedEx wouldnt deliver the package as scheduled. After delivery a day later, they called again to see if the everything arrived in good condition and if I was satisfied with product quality (it had and I was!).

Purchased a pedestal base for a conference table my company is building. It shipped about 2 hours after I ordered it and arrive in Las Vegas about 4 days later. It arrive very well packages and in perfect condition. I even received a follow up call to make sure it arrive and in good condition.

While the products sold by Osborne are of Superior design and quality, communication from their team has been a MAJOR disappointment. I’ve been in business since 1995 and recently the specialty corbel and leg company I used decided to retire. Which has forced me to look for a new specialty company. I came across OWP a couple years back and decided to use them for the first time just this week (12-23-20). I won’t use this platform to go into detail but I will tell you new customers and existing, “buyer beware”. Communication isn’t OWP’s primary attribute and as a result of their failure in this area it has resulted in loss revenue and a poor customer experience.

Couldnt be happier. Just bought a new sofa and the bun feet had wheels that would of destroyed my newly finished wooden floors. I sent in some images and basic dimensions and within no time at all I received them in the mail. Amazing customer service and final product. If only everyone I had to deal with where like Osborne Wood.

We have used Osborne for about 15 years and typically they are very good. However, several years back they stopped supporting the modification of certain items is 2020 Design. For instance we used to be able to modify a height of a turning or to use a half turning. Now, without those possibilities it make design appear very awkward at times. The last time I tried, Osborne wouldnt even discuss it on the phone. There are other suppliers that offer better design service. Too bad, because I like this company otherwise.

I am a woodworker and have been a customer of Osborne for many years. My most recent project was a farm style extension dining table using their table legs and wood extension slides. The table extends from 5 feet to 11 feet. They provide excellent quality and excellent service!

Inflexible, not for small buyers. Almost $40 in shipping for a $20 piece of wood, which was a far bigger piece than I needed anyway. They would only sell 8 foot lengths or greater.Asked them to cut it smaller to lower shipping costs and they wanted $30 millworking fee. Never again.....

I found this company through Google and was beyond impressed about products, pricing, delivery, and quality.I am a Remodeler, and am looking for more ways to include them in my designs.
