Cody and Krista have both been extremely helpful in resolving a major issue for us. They bent over backwards to accommodate billing and charges which were not ours. The employees in this store perform amazing customer service but the manager of the store o believe her name was Tiffany was very intrusive and kept pushing me to get things I didn’t want or need. I was just trying to open a new line and she kept trying to get me to get direct tv or that att tv stuff I don’t even watch tv

The associate in the store in Toccoa, GA was very helpful in upgrading and changing all information over to the new phones. He also stayed late to get this done . Even got my plan changed to be cheaper a month with upgrades like HBOmax and 30gb Hotspot. Great team great service

Really quite unbelievable. Call this store to make sure they had exactly what I needed. Sandy confirmed they did and we even discussed a plan. I told her that I was 20 mins away and already on my way. I arrived at exactly 6:01. There was a customer still in the store. The manager Edwin informed me he couldn’t let me in. Then lied to me that they didn’t have what I had just spoke to Sandy about. Then tried to explain to me that they did have what I had asked for. But declined to process the order. This was a $200 mobile hot spot device and an $80/month plan. Thanks to these two outstanding employees, I’ll be taking my business to TMobile.

My husband and I went today to get the new iPhone 12s. We were lied to and told we had to have insurance and pay for the more expensive financing option. After purchasing the phones I called AT&T’s customer service and they said that is not correct. If you are an AT&T customer you are under no obligation to get insurance or the more expensive financing option. Be aware of this when you go so that you do not allow them to lie to your face. I gave three stars because after speaking to the manager she said she would take the insurance off and put us on the plan that I asked for. The manager also called an apologized which I appreciated.

Worst customer service ever. I seem to get the same lady every time I go to the Toccoa store and she never listens to what I am saying. If you want to provide good customer service, LISTEN TO THE CUSTOMER!!!!!

I just left this AT&T store in Toccoa. I went because I was having problems with my Moto phone. The service people were TOTALLY awesome!! Sandy and Wanda fix my phone and also connected it to my car!! The car dealership had connection it incorrectly! They went above and Beto d!!

I had to rate it one star because it didn’t have a no star. My daughters iPhone 7 quit working the LCD clearly was damaged internally because of no light.We paid for insurance for almost a decade. The deductible for iPhone 7 was $200. So I figured I would Cut my losses and buy a new iPhone 11 for her.cash money. They literally got her grandpa to sign the paper to pay $140 deductible and she could get a iPhone 8. Terrible terrible. still would love to purchase an iPhone 11. But I guess I’m not allowed to get one from that location. Everybody beware !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people did not have a clue about their products. I asked why is this phone better than the one next to it. Every thing that they said was wrong.I visited this store again about a month ago. My phone was not set up correctly. The sales person told me there was something wrong with my phone. I asked to speak with someone else. She said no you need a new phone. I assured her the phone only needed the correct codes entered. the sales person was very rude. I called AT&T and they gave me the correct codes and the phone works fine.

Sandy was the AT&T representative whom I talked to. She was very thorough in explaining to me about my questions regarding my current bill and about Direct TV and about providing me with internet service which I dont have at this point. She gave me a detailed explanation about Direct TV channels and the costs ...after finding out what I was interested in. Also, she gave me a demonstration of Direct TVs channels on the monitor in the store. In addition, she went over in detail comparisons with the competition. At no point did she pressure me to do anything. I have two wireless cell phones and lines with AT&T. I have been with them since 2003.

Long wait, but knowledgeable friendly staff. Fixed me right up and went home happy. One staff even shared a piece of their pizza with me cuz i mentioned i was hungry. Thats southern hospitality .

I drove 78 miles on way to get something done at the store. When I got there they said they couldnt help me . So I drove the 78 miles back, called at&t and they did what I needed to over the phone in 5 minutes. So wasted 4 hours of my time and gas for nothing.
