Samantha was amazing! Hands down the best cell phone buying experience I have had!

We brought my dad today to this location of Metro pcs and have never felt so disappointed and mislead. He is a 77 year old man with health problems and he came out to this location to try to start new service and get a new free phone, against the advice of his heart doctor due to Covid. They asked for his Id idand then informed him that his Id wasnt working so then they asked for my Id and then told me the same about mine. The lady that was trying to help us was not the problem and was doing everything she could to help but something is just very suspicious and fraudulent here! Ive been with At&t for almost 20 years and so has my dad. They kept asking if we were ever Metro customers before, but neither of us has ever even been in their stores before or bought anything from them. Something very very fishy here !!!

I really like the efficient staff working there. They know their stuff. Always put me onto the best deals. I trust them to take care of my service. Any problems I might be having. Exciting programs or phone deals coming up. I enjoying going into store each month. Thanks Guys

They gave me wrong info about returning a upgrade. They werent helpful and very rude manager Corey & employee Joseph. If you need help ask for Brittany she has all the right info helpful and very nice !

Love this store and the one in Cornelia the sales reps are always willing to help and dont mind if you look around and are always willing to answer your questions.

They sux their towers are always down so what good is it to have a phone through them because you cant make a phone call and you still have to pay the phone bill

Do not purchase the LG K7 in Toccoa, Ga. Was told I would have a good signal where I live. Not true the only thing I can do with this phone while home is txt. Forget abt talking on it. So be ware the sales people will tell you anything to make a sale. You can only return it if it has less than an hour of talk time. If you are out after your purchase chances are you may talk an hour before going home. Again be ware. I would not recommend it for a child. This really sucks to have a phone you cant use while at home.

There afordable thats what its all about helping other because we may not always have money to do so i made a way we can All aford to least have that choice.
