Great staff in store and pharmacy. Very timely.

Walgreens has the best employees at the pharmacy. Havent had much experience with the front employees.

New management is rude to customers. Witnessed it myself. Im no longer shopping there. Price gouging and empty shelves for needed items. Maddox Drugs is better for prescriptions and Walmart is cheaper on everything else. Read the one star reviews.

The pharmacy has the worst customer service Ive ever experienced. If I could give negative stars I would. This review is not based on one incident but multiple incidents. The pharmacist Cynthia actually hung up on my husband when he tried to fill a script that they made a mistake with. We were able to go to Maddox a local pharmacy and fill the script with zero problems. We used Walgreens for over 20 years in a different location. This location Im afraid to say is not up to par.

Pharmacy staff is clueless. It took numerous calls to reach someone. Was hung up on once. Absolutely zero help due to an issue that was caused by an incompetent staff member of the pharmacy. If they would have done their job, I wouldnt be writing this review. Ive been dealing with Walgreens for 18 + years and have never had so much trouble with one location.

Always friendly and there to help. Think I have only waitted 20 minutes for medication. Fast service and very happy
