Did not let me know when my repair was delayed. Also scratched the hood on of my car and did a poor job of trying to hide one of the scratches

Rowe just finished their fourth job on my car. As usual, they did another awesome job. Thats why I continue to pick Rowe Collision to repair my car even though State Farm wanted me to pick one of their approved repair shops.

The service was excellent. The customer service was Awesome. It didnt take long for me to get my vehicle back and it was quality. I would definitely go back to them and recommend to others as well.

Did a beautiful job fixing the damage from where a dead tree branch landed on my car in a doctors office parking lot. Fixed all the scratches, dents, and the broken tail light assembly. Very friendly staff, and only kept the car a few days. Highly recommended.

Not even two yrs after them refinishing my bumper for an insurance claim instead of taking it to the dealer paint is already peeling off my bumper when I picked it up the owner said we didnt even pull it in we just painted it outside the dealer said he didnt believe theyd do that apparently I heard them right cuz the one day job shouldve taken two to three according to GM now Im out $1500!
