I had a situation where I needed a quick service on my car as I couldnt use it at all. The company acted professional and had my car running in a matter of hours. There was also clear communication about what else could be done to the car and the costs it would take. Speaking figuratively here, Goodyear has been a lifesaver in a situation which could have easily inconvenienced me in the long run.

The gentleman that helped me was an absolute gentleman! Knowledgeable, caring. Felt like my dad was helping me!

I always used Goodyear on ReynoldS when it was Toms tire and was happy but now it’s strictly Goodyear and new employees that make me wonder if they know what they’re doing. Only 1 man at the front counter and 1 mechanic with many cars on the rack and people coming in the front door. I wonder about the man at front counter even understands auto mechanics.T

Went in for a low tire and ended up getting for new tires. They also suggested an oil change which I had done. I’m disappointed that while the hood was up for over an hour, numerous employees walking past my vehicle, no one bothered to remove the leaves from the venting under the hood. Learn to do those little extra things. Kindly explain why you would not do this Mr Goodyear.

Rob was great. Great prices. The wait was a little longer than I expected but not unreasonable. I recommend coming here. My only experience is with purchasing tires.

Good service and prices

Prices are quite high. Bought 4 new tires which they tried to charge over $700. Then i said no, quickly dropped price over $200. I spent over 5 hours there which was nonsense. It was very slow that day too.Mechanic asked how to open trunk how to open hood of my car. Lol.Every couple hours they tried to get me to fix something else. Very frustrating experience.Goodyear does honor their work.free tire repairs, but this branch visit was less than pleasing. I am happy with the tires though. Just prefer the branch on Alexis road in Toledo.

Not prepared to deal with a medium duty truck. Nobody was there to work. Not a single tool was moving. Employees parked in garage. Must be a cover up business for something else like vape juice or something lol..

2 30 min to get 4 tires 8 am appt told price day before did not honor it had to call goodyear 800# to get them to honor it they try to sell you all things you do not need SCAM

Yes, buying tires is a necessary and expensive endeavor, but this place goes above and beyond for the customer. I worked with Rob, and recommend you seek him out if you go here. He spent time discussing the pros and cons of certain tires, made me and my 5 year old son (in a hyperactive stage) feel welcome, and when we were told it would take two hours (very difficult for my son), I mentioned wed Uber home. Instead he offered me a ride home, and actually got his truck and drove us himself.I hope I dont have to visit a tire store again anytime soon, but if I do, this is the place. 5 stars.

I always purchase my tires from goodyear, but I had to head out of town to a studio and had my mechanic throw on some eagle RSs...three weeks later I got a bubble in one of my new tires (Toledo roads!). I didnt have a warranty or even purchase the tire from them but they called Goodyear on my behalf whom offered to cover half the cost of a new tire.. good business ethics =happy costomers, thanks!

When another store totally dropped the ball on my alignment, these guys picked it up and got me right in. They were more apologetic than the other store for the inconvenience and were super nice and friendly. Great service, clean store. Excellent example of what an automotive shop should be.

Tireman has way better prices. Goodyear try to charge me 225 and tire man charge me 140 for the same tire. They are right down Street from.

Randy deserves a pay raise and the promotion!!! We were on the way to our camping spot from Cleveland heading to Silver Lakes, MI when out trailer tire exploded on 80. After getting it of the highway and to the Randy’s shop we found out that for the price of repair (and the tow) we can buy another trailer (no Randy’s fault), we bought a cheap Harbor Freight trailer and were expecting to last forever. Long story short, Randy allowed us to keep our trailer in his shop until I managed to borrow another trailer from my buddy to bring my crappy HB trailer and the canoe that was on the top of it back to OH. Randy and his crew helped us to load it up, secure it and did not charge a dime! Now, in today’s America – you tell me who is working for a corporation, would have the balls to help the customer like me in the way that I never expected and not charge for the service?!?! The moral of the story is that I could still enjoy my vacation with my family, without worrying to much what happened, because of Randy Wineinger, the Goodyear store manager!!! Elect randy to the CEO of Goodyear!

Great, speedy service! Had a flat tire. It was fixed in 60 minutes for FREE! If I ever need paid service, Im going back to GYAS on Reynolds.

I took a tire in to have a valve stem replaced . After the desk clerk did paperwork . He said it might take a while cause they were busy. Two people came in after me that needed work done on their cars . So I left and went to get some lunch. When I cam back, half hour later, the tire was still in the lobby. So I sat in waiting room . The two people who came in after me had their cars done and gone. Then another guy comes in for tires . Its been two hours now . And im still waiting for a simple valve stem to be replaced!!! So I went to the desk and asked how much longer it will take. He said well that guys next, then your tire will be done . So I took my tire and went to Tireman in Maumee. They had it done in 15 minutes ! Even cleaned out the fix a flat I had put in . All for FREE !!! When I get new tires, it will be from Tireman .

They got me the tires I wanted even though they were a competitors brand.

Very helpfull.Called 5 minutes before closing had two tires blow on the road and I was 15 min away so they were kind enough to wait and install 2 tires to put me back on the road

Bought a lifetime alignment awhile back. The last time I had an alignment I was told it was actually only 3 years. Now they tell me I bought a one time.. good people but horrible follow through.
