Ive brought a few of my cars here recently, one to replace a stolen catalytic converter, and the second time to replace an entire exhaust. Both times Bob was honest, professional, and got the job done when he said it would be done. Today, my husband brought his car in unexpectedly in the middle of the day, and they were very helpful and fixed the minor issues with the car on the spot, without a charge. Im not even sure if he recognized him as a prior customer, or if he just treats everyone that well! We will remain loyal customers.

Paid over $500 and Gave this shop a brand new Dual in Dual out Flowmaster muffler to put on my truck, (Black, 2005 GMC Sierra Denali 2500hd 6.0).A week later I crawled under there to change oil and noticed they didn’t put the muffler on that I bought. Instead they gave me two separate eBay cherry bombs. Not sure if there was a mistake during this process between management and service. Regardless, watch what these guys do and check their work.

Im almost offended at how anyone could give this location a bad review. Im a female with decent auto knowledge, and never have they taken advantage or tried to upsell with me. Bob even came to my home and jumped my car so I could get it there and not have it towed. They have also done multiple small things for me free of charge. You might wait if there are others ahead of you for an oil change, pretty standard. The only mechanics I trust in Toledo other than my Father. Would give more stars if I could.

I had a issues last week but spoke with Bob & everything worked out great.

So after being denied at Midas because they were booked, I called Tuffy and told them I thought i needed brakes for my handicap accessible Van. Bob told me to bring in the Van right away. And within 2 hours all my work was completed. If you are looking to be treated fairly, dont bother going anywhere else but here!! These guys will take good care of you.. they did me with very little notice and got me done without breaking the bank!

Professional, they showed me my vehicle problems in great detail. Only came for an oil change...but it was much needed repairs. Gave me a decent estimate and saved me a lot of probable future expenses

I took my truck there for an exhaust system Muffler tailpipe and extension. On a weekend early they did a wonderful job got me in there within 10 minutes they had my truck up on the lift gave me a really good estimate they were very patient the estimate I thought was very reasonable my truck was complete and done within 30 minutes with no problems.. I highly recommend going to Tuffy and they do shocks ball joints as well

Bob and Charlie are both great and knowledge. They do it all, from oil changes to putting a motor and transmission in one of my cars.I shopped around before I started using them and they are priced very fairly in my opinion. I save a nice chunk of change using them over the dealership.

Came in for engine light, my catalytic converter was toast. They replaced it. Light came on again the next day and they tested my 02 sensors again free of charge. Thanks Bob.
