My baby has a cold and I didnt want to take him into the store. So having the curbside pick up was great. As soon as the store opened my order was ready for pick up!

Upon visiting this store is going through a expansive renovation and remodel but everything was still available and in stock store was very outdated and desperate need of an update for overall highly recommend shopping at this store.

I think there should be more Cashiers....today wasnt bad because i was waited on very quickly

Went there today and Nicole from Electronics was so helpful and went out her way to assist me with finding affordable kids headphones. Seriously made my day.

This is the last standing old school Target in nlNorthwest Ohio. All of the other targets in the area have been remodeled to look modern and compete with places like Walmart. they take out the classic food court and put in a Starbucks. However! this is still the original Target from probably the early 90s very clean and well organized with a pretty awesome food court. It has a bit of 90s nostalgia to it which makes this place one of a kind in its area. I highly recommend going here just to check out this place. Its very clean and organized. Also the employees are very polite.

Customer service was outstanding. Several months ago we had bought three bookcases in boxes, but due to our dementia we were unable to put the first one together. We asked to return the two unopened ones, not very hopefully; but everything went well. We were told to bring the two back, hopefully with sales slip, which I could not find but was content with the offer of a store credit. I called from the parking lot, explaining that the boxes were too heavy for me; and a fine young man and his helper came out immediately to carry them in. While I reparked the car he had the boxes on t he Customer Service desk. A scan of my credit card brought the transaction to light immediately, and a credit was issued to the credit card. I was delighted, and could not be more happy!

I’ve been trying to reach customer service for the last three days and no one answers. Then I tried calling various departments until someone answers and then you get transferred and hung up on again. Then it’s a constant frustrating cycle. Even had close friends try to call customer service for me and still no luck reaching anyone.

This was my first time ordering with the app and it was incredibly easy. I will definitely use the app from now on instead of stopping in the store.

Husband and myself went into purchase a very popular boys bike, we needed two, but only had one at Alexis rd location, and there were no other ones remotely close. Upon arriving to pick up one, there was two setting up at service desk, fully assembled and ready to go. We were so happy and surprised, I cried, happy tears. The staff there has ALWAYS been very kind, and helpful.

Horrible customer service. I called looking for a electronic scooter and got hung up on three times, I never got transferred to the proper department. The lack of communication seems to be a major problem there.

There was a problem with my order and the associates were so nice to help figure out what happened and correct the problem.

We just moved here from Seattle, and I have to say that every employee Ive come in contact with at this store (and Ive been there many times!) has been not just polite, but incredibly kind. I cant imagine what they have to put up with especially now with enforcing mask mandates and cranky people, and they are always just the sweetest, nicest people!! The store is not flashy and has not been upgraded like pretty much every other Target in the country at this point, but its still clean and well organized, and I am grateful to live less than 3 miles from this place now that we live here! Keep up the great work, and thank you all for working so hard during these tough times!

Not enough selection in the store at a reasonable price. I drove quite a ways to find a specific item that was listed as in stock online but when I got there it was not available.

Went to look at sketchers shoes not alot of selection, but prices were good...However what I find totally unacceptable was the fact that there was no place to sit and try the shoes on...come on...having a couple of grey haired gals sitting on the floor trying on shoes does not reflect well on your customer service!!! Step it up target!!!

I love Target and this is why. I had a legit delivery issue and Target customer service not only took time to investigate the issue, but they patiently listened to my issue which was quite confusing. To be heard felt so dern good. To top it off (I should have took a picture of this) I was sent an email for a CS review and at the end of my review it said in big bold letters We Are Listening. That right there is HUGE!!! I hope they know that those words were bigger than they probably those when they came up with them. Sorry Im just on cloud 9 right now. Great Job Target!!!!!

I dont know who posted the last review on here but the STAFF is working hard to make sure you can still shop safely during these hard times. While many are sitting back getting paid to do nothing they choose to help and serve YOU. I frequently shop here driving 30 minutes from Michigan, I always have great service and the store is clean and carts sanitized. Even after someone broke in and destroyed their store theyre open to help their community. ♥️

It was done before the time they gave me and I was in and out of the store in 3 minutes. Didnt take long at all. No hassle. I love that.

The guest cashier was very kind. I received two emails for my order. I didnt see or notice that I had two different stores listed for my order pick-up. I was a little worried. She gave me a minute. I realized my emails arent on my phone. She realized my mistake and said that I probably had an item available at another store. I got home and she is right. She explained I could just cancel and re-order to the Alexis, Toledo store. I had never ordered from Target before yesterday. I was just searching for what I needed and decided to try a pick-up. It went fairly well. Unfortunately, I didnt understand why I had two emails. I accidentally thought it meant 2 different people had collected my order. I was correct, but it is because they were sent to two different stores.

Wonderful store! Worth stopping in to see the neon! They still have the classic Target popcorn! A real vintage gem. Never change this Target! The new ones are very generic looking and have no charm. Theyre very stark and hard on the eyes.

Extremely easy returning my online purchase of sons school clothes in store. Even though I did not see any of that particular brand in the store itself. Took less than 5 minutes to complete the return transaction.

05/04/2020 This store on Alexis road is a mess and the manager on duty was very unhelpful when we asked for a product that was not on the shelf but in inventory after an associate scanned the shelf, he said that inventory was wrong and it was not in the store. This was 10 minutes before closing and he did not want to check. I have a Target Red Card and have shopped with Target for many years but this store was terrible! I will be taking time to travel to the Perrysburg location from now on to buy all the things I need. #targetreviews

Had the product I wanted. Had store pickup within 2 hours, compared to 3-10 days if shipped from somewhere else. Easy pickup. Store close to me. Whats not to like about this!

Customer service is awesome... ... every time I am at the store, all of the representatives are so helpful and willing to make sure that I have found everything that I had come into the store to buy. We received excellent customer service from a rather nice woman who went really out of her way to get us what we were looking for (in this case a copy of the new Villainous expansion). She was friendly, funny, and more than happy to stop what she was doing and help out a couple people trying to find a game.

I shop at this Target from time to time since closer to house. No real issues and people seem friendly enough, but dont have much interaction until check out and then pleasant enough, some more than others. Today was the first time I actuall had an issue. I was dumb and left some pop in the under part of my cart trying to hustle daughter into car. Got home, less then 10 min, thought probably gone, but never know so I called. Transferred to Customer Service only to be told we dont have anyone that can go out there and look, there are no cart people right now and its probably gone already. She kept talking and then changed to all the carts were brought in a few minutes ago and nothing turned in, someone probably already grabbed it. All I could reply was okay.Really? I mean I know its only a few bucks, but a few bucks is a few bucks and didnt even take number just in case showed up, nothing. I should have asked if I really was talking to Customer Service. It wasnt the fact that it was gone, could be, but it was the total lack of concern not only in the words and the pessimistic attitude that someone already got it, and the change from we dont have anyone to go look to carts were just brought in, sounded unbelievable with the attitude. Everyone has choices and I guess since now I know the attitude towards customers I have a choice to go elsewhere for my shopping so IF I do have a problem I hope it would be better satisfied elsewhere. Shocked Target, really shocked.

Manager wouldn’t let me price match with Walmart’s website after I had called guest services before I drove all the way there to confirm that I would, in fact, be able to price match. Wasted trip and unhelpful management.

Target online ordering and pickup in store saves me sooo much time! I recently used it and was extremely satisfied with the service! The customer service employee was also pleasant and friendly!

Great store, great selection. Sales staff is always off-putting and dont provide the friendliest of experiences once Im ready to check out. Usually never enough lanes open and no self-check out so its difficult to rationalize shopping here or Walmart. I choose here because the selection of little girls clothes for my daughter is much better than other retailers.

Much like any other Target store... has most of what you want and occasionally the employee who doesnt want to be there. It would be awesome to see Target redo their checkout lines... totally stuck in the 80s.

Usally find everything I need and service is always friendly. The return policy is generous. Never have issues when I need to return an item.

2/22/2019: One of the oldest Targets Ive been to, Im glad I preserved this Target as a P97 before 2.0 came along.

I always have a pleasant experience at this Target. Employees are always helpful.

It was great! Wished we were able to get popcorn though.

I cannot thank these employees enough. I was shopping at this location within the last week & misplaced my wallet. After numerous phone calls, I called the store guest services and told them everything I knew and was told nothing was left behind and to call back to check again. A few hours later, I received a message on Facebook from one of there managers letting me know my wallet was there & where it was found. Once I got to there, the original woman who first told me they didn’t have it was so nice! She kept apologizing for not knowing it was originally there and didn’t have the correct information. She went way out of her way to google me and found me on Facebook. I’m forever grateful that these ladies had it & were able to let me know they had it!

Most defiantly dont recommend this target I have been a customer of this target on W Alexis Rd for years and spent thousands of dollars over time there and because target and the manager Chris that I talked to refuses to correct a issue they made then they lost a good customer. I want to let people know to watch out when buying a TV from this store either dont buy a TV from them or have it checked before you leave the store with it, because I bought a Samsung TV got home to open the Samsung box and pulled out a broken element TV so now target wont give me an exchange or my money back on something that happened with them.

Usually always can find what I am looking for here. Only thing I can not say is good here is the service at the snack bar. Since we do not go to Target often it is a treat to get popcorn and an ice but there is either not anyone working snack bar or have to wait awhile for someone to come over

Okay as a store, Monroe St. just has a better selection of goods. Still shop here. No Starbucks inside store - an upgrade that would definitely increase appeal.

I use to visit this target location at least once a week, now I make the farther drive to go to the Perrysburg location. Most of the cashiers and employees are not friendly. They seem to have a smaller selection then other locations and the store could be more organized. I hope they change so I can continue to shop there.

The snack bar had no ice!! They charged me $1 for a med soda which was cold, I then purchased 3 small chicken strips for 2.99 and was astonished at that. The hotdog was 2.69 a dog and I seriously contemplated although I had children who couldn’t make it to the drive thru of McDonald’s.

Target has so many cute clothes and decor for the home! 4 stars because this isnt a super target and because the one in Monroe closed so now I have to drive 35 minutes!
