I went to Superior last week and got fitted for a vest. I got taken care of by a nice young lady named Beth. She was amazing!!! Very patient, kind, and, went above the expectations. We talked and laughed while she fitted me. Very down to earth and accommodating. I loved my experience there and will always ask for Beth when I visit now.

I had to order items for my program but wanted a chance to see the items 1st. Janelle assisted with finding the correct items I was allowed to order and I even had the opportunity to try the items on prior to placing my order (the items needed to be personalized). She was incredibly patient and extremely helpful even though the store had a constant flow of customers. She explained the ordering process & even priced the items for me as I was trying to figure out my budget! I greatly appreciated the amazing help I received from Janelle! If you stop in to Superior Uniform Sales, make sure to ask for Janelle!

Superior is a great company to work with.

Everyone there was so helpful and friendly. They knew just which scrubs my daughter needed for her nursing school. We are not local, so it could have been intimidating and overwhelming. Instead, they made it enjoyable and a real memory. They even offered us water as we waited in the heat for our turn to enter the store.

I have been a customer of Superior Uniform Sales for at least 15 years, and I have always enjoyed my experience there. The front desk staff have been there since inception, as are other employees, so the longevity of the staff is solid. They know their stuff. They have always been friendly and helpful. Their embroidery has been impeccable, and the quality of their clothing is exceptional.

Got my scrub top from school here. The store is nice and clean. The employees are okay.

Superior has been providing staff at the UTMC facility with uniforms and jackets. The customer service rep is very good about checking on orders and following up on them. Highly recommend Superior Uniform Sales.

Went to Superior Uniform last Saturday (4/19)..... waited to be helped for quite a while. The associates were currently helping someone when I arrived. However, neither associate said hi to me, or i will be with you, or even acknowledged I was there. I felt ignored. I walked away from the counter to look at merchandise and heard the associates acknowledged another customer who just came in by greeting them and telling them they will be right with them. REALLY!!!!! I work for Tarta, what a way to treat your customers who spend lots of money there.
