We’ve been going to Anderson for a couple years now for minor things. Our first big repair - replacing brakes - they quoted us $1200! I went to another guy and he charged $480.Giving them the benefit of the doubt, I called Anderson to see why their numbers are so high and if anything else was wrong with our car that wasn’t detailed on the invoice. They said that’s just what they charge for brakes.Do not recommend. Ripoff.

We were passing through and got a flat. We pulled in and they helped us immediately. The staff are all friendly and Within ten minutes our tire was fixed, and we were on our way!

My car ran into some steering wheel issue on Route 84 in Connecticut, so by accident, I found Anderson Automotive of Tolland at Exit 68 for assistance. The young lady manager wasted no time to check my engine light and corrected the issue with honest opinion. She was respectful and professional seeing me an out of towner from another state. I felt compelled to come back that afternoon to have Anderson oil change service...and, the oil change service was done swiftly and timely at a reasonable price. Honesty is the best policy. At todays day and age, having honest mechanics and technicians who will charge you fairly is hard to come by, especially for an out of towner travelling. I recommend Anderson Automotive to your auto care if you live not far from it; and, if you happen to drive by, stop at Exit 68, take right if East to West, take left if West to East, and get some gas there, a Gulf station to your right hand side. I can just tell that Anderson Automotive work very hard for their good business practice, and, we all need to support local honest small businesses for our economy. My both thumbs up!

I had been driving all day from Tennessee headed to Boston and this little Gulf station was the only pleasant thing about the trip! I pulled in to ask how much it would be to check the air pressure in my tires, as my car had alerted me one was low. The very nice young man working went above and beyond to make sure all of my tires were in safe working order. This all came for the cheap price of free. I was shocked! Thank you Anderson Auto.

While traveling with our two and a half year old grandson from NH to TN, we lost our exhaust system on 84 West. Getting off at the nearest exit we drove into Anderson Auto at 7:43 am in desperate need. The team worked hard and fast to help us get back on the road. Jessica was a delight to work with keeping us updated while we enjoyed a breakfast at DD’s next door followed by a nice walk. We were back on 84 West by 9:06 a.m.!
