Absolutely the best mechanic shop Ive ever experienced. Professional, knowledgeable and extremely courteous.The first vehicle I entrusted Jack with was my 1973 FJ40 Toyota Land Cruiser. They fixed multiple electrical issues, a timing issue, the heater core switch along with several other issues. All this was done in less than 2 days and cost less than $300.I am currently in the process of having Jack install a Vintage Air A/C system in my FJ40. I have not one single reservation of the quality this project will return.The second vehicle I brought to him was my 2020 F-250 King Ranch diesel. Albeit only for an oil change and three or four filter replacements this service took less than 1 hour. The amount of time it took wasnt the best part though. Tomball Ford quoted me $317 more than Jacks price. Tomball Ford also needed the vehicle for three days to perform this service.

I been going to Toy Tech for 9 years. They are so reliable and honest. My dad always said when your find a great mechanic. Thats honest never leave. Well you will get what you pay for with them. They will break down cost and time frame to get things done. I had a lot of work done over the years.

Toy Tech is amazing. They work very hard to make sure the job is done right, promptly and without charging you unnecessary fees. They have worked on all 3 of our cars for basic maintenance, inspections and even damage that was done to my Mercedes when a rat got into the engine and ate the wiring! They know what to do on foreign cars as well. Cyndi is a trooper in trying to find you the least expensive parts for the foreign models as a dealer will charge 5x the price! I’ve brought 3 different vehicles to Toy Tech. Jack and his staff are always very professional. They give a fair estimate before beginning any work. I like knowing that there won’t be any “extra” charges that weren’t agreed upon before authorizing work, Jack is always up front about what needs to be done and what it’ll cost. His team of mechanics are very well trained and are more than capable of doing any repair in a timely fashion. Finally, Jack stands behind his work with a well explained warranty on his services and installed parts. I’ve dealt with other local mechanics with less than satisfactory results. All of the staff are welcoming and friendly. They worked with my extended warranty company to get a lot of the repairs covered under the warranty. They did a great job with the repairs and are trustworthy. I will definitely take my truck back to Toy Tech when any repairs are needed.

Insulted myself and my service in the armed forces and even threatened me with bodily harm. The truck in front of my car kicked up a log at my bumper and my radiator started overheating. No tools and far from home, I was relieved to find such a great shop out here. Toy Tech has had our business for a few years now. They are honest, fair, and go above any other auto shop I have been to. I have taken my car into other shops for a quick oil change and been told that I need to replace my break pads immediately, among other things, and instead I took my car to Toy Tech for the first time and they told me not to waste my money and that I still likely had a couple thousand more miles before they needed to be changed. They showed me how to check my own break pads and what to look for right then and there too. They are very trustworthy. On top of that I have young children who are often with me when Ive needed to take my car in and Toy Tech has been so helpful and accommodating, even helping change the car seats out of mine and into a loaner car when needed.

Jack and the team do good work here. Competitive pricing, honest diagnostics, never push more work than you want to get done, courteous, everything you want in your local shop. Ive gotten everything from routine maintenance to big budget repairs and always drive away the better for it. Only drawbacks are the not being open on weekends, and theyre a bit of a drive if youre not already in the Tomball/Cypress/Magnolia area (but whats a longer drive for better service).

I do not recommend this establishment AT ALL. They left my car unlocked in the parking lot for three days while my car was in their care, didn’t do any work, charged my card nearly $400 and I still have to have the work done elsewhere. The owner, Jack, was BEYOND discourteous, in fact, a complete lunatic. He scared me. He stood in front of my car to block me for 20 minutes, and would not let me leave, after I’d paid. My 4 year and I sat melting in my car in 90 degree heat with a still broken AC, and I had to call the police. No morals. Irresponsible. Negligent. Down right mean. Scary. BEWARE!

Toy Tech Auto Care is the only shop I will let touch my Pearl. She is a 1998 Toyota 4RUNNER. 188,000 miles and she still purrs like a kitten. Jack and staff are super professional and a pleasure to work with. These folks really know their cars and trucks. I have always been totally happy with their work, their prices are much better than going to the dealership, and their customer service is superior to any dealership I have ever experienced. If I could give them a perfect 10, they would have it from this Toyota owner.

Kept putting me on hold and then would hang up on me. When I told them what happened they groaned and hung up on me again. Not the way to treat a new customer.

Jack and his team are top of the line. They were understanding of my financial situation and didnt pressure me about the smaller issues that needed to be fixed. Instead they focused on what I needed most. I really appreciate the friendliness of the staff, and how hard they worked to fix my car promptly. Definitely worth the drive from my Cypress home over going to a garage closer to home.

When i go to toy tech i know i will be getting good service and great attention to detail. my only complaint was that there was not a single mask in sight except for my own. ironically, there was a sign on the door explaining that masks were mandatory.

This was the best experience I have had in years. Staff is amazing. Very laid back down to earth people. The waiting area is incredibly clean and doesnt have that mechanic shop smell. Ive heard nothing but great things about Toy Tech so I thought I would give them a try. I was blown away by how friendly the staff is, they took their time examining my car to find out what exactly was wrong with it, and one of the techs drove me to my house while my car was being worked on so I didnt have to sit up there and wait the entire time, then he picked me up once it was finished. Never had that happen at any auto places I have been too. Very convenient! Overall everything was such a great experience! Definitely will be going back in the future!!

After going to several mechanics, either costing to much or wouldn’t do the work I wanted done, a friend referred me to Toy Tech. They not only done the work I needed done, but did it in a timely manner. The price was fair, the shop was very clean and organized and most of all I was treated in a friendly professional way. These guys are great. So if you need mechanic work done, you don’t need to shop around for a shop go to Toy Tech.

Been a year since my last review, and with 5 cars now, we have had the opportunity to visit Toy Tech Auto Care several times since. Still the best service I have ever had on my autos. The people, the work, the prices and the overall experience, are all great. This is where I send my kids, my neighbors, my friends and my elderly parents because I know it will get done right.

I brought my Durango in to have the brakes done. I had been having other issues as well - but I had it in to several other mechanics and none of them could figure it out. Jack figured it out in about two minutes! I also brought my niece and her truck for an oil change. They went over her whole truck and found several issues that made the truck unsafe to drive - and she had no idea. They let us know everything that both vehicles needed and prioritized the items - things needed right now and things that could wait. I appreciate the honesty and service provided at Toy Tech. You won’t find better customer service anywhere on the planet!

Took my 2013 GMC Sierra to Toy Tech to have some feder flares installed, and as with other projects I have taken to them, it was done in a professional as well as timely manner, for a reasonable price... We moved into the area last year and decided to give this place a try because of the convenience of the location. Emily and Jack have been very helpful in patiently explaining things to me, as I am not very knowledgeable about mechanical things. The work was completed quickly. They also fixed a problem that had resulted from some inferior parts being woefully welded by a competitor in Tomball just over one year ago. They installed the correct parts and gave us 36 months/36K mile warranty. They treated us right. I dropped the vehicle off, they took me home, then came back to pick me up when the work was finished that same day. I highly recommend this company. They stand behind their work and they take the time to make sure that the customer understands what is needed. They treat my vehicle like it is their own.

I would not reccomend this place if it was the last mechanic available. Very dishonest when it comes to making things correct. If you do take your vehicle here make sure you bring your own seat and steering wheel covers as their mechanics will leave oil stains within your vehicle and the owner will not make it right by getting it fixed

Toy Tech took care of my older truck. They were very professional and friendly and very honest. Their prices are extremely reasonable. I will be taking all of my vehicles here for all of the mechanical issues.

I got my car inspected and it was super quick and efficient.

My wife took our Ford Expedition here for an oil change. She had 3 little ones with her and they were able to fit her into their schedule with no problems. I especially liked the write up listing the Technicians Concerns. This identified future issues so I could plan for these repairs.

My husband had my car fixed here a couple weeks ago and Jack the owner is very rude his secretary is also very rude. When my car was returned to me all the bolts on the tire were loose. I had to stop at a used tire shop to have them tighten the bolts I reached out to Jack and have not received a call back. I would never recomend coming to this shop
