Service was fantastic. The bed frame is JUNK!! DO NOT buy the PLUS bed frame. It was fabricated incorrectly it is not “Square”. One end is longer on the other end than the other. No matter how many times taking apart verifying everything is opened completely and properly. AND it all hooks together correctly. Now I know why you have to sign a acknowledgment that it CANT BE RETURNED. They know there is a problem!!!! Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!!

Great place to shop for bed after several stores I came in to the tomball location was immediately greeted by two employees an older gentlemen helped me out and when I told him my budget and what I was looking for he was able to get me exactly the kind of mattress that I wanted and for less than I was expecting to pay overall awesome experience i would recommend to anyone looking to buy a mattress

Went by the store yesterday and was helped by Robert, extremely professional, helpful and understanding for what we were looking for, we couldn’t say no to a great deal and most of all a great experience so we bought a mattress and base.We had previously visited 2 other mattress firm with in the last month but one guy at the woodlands was rude and walked out mid conversation and another store the guy seem he didn’t care to help so I’m glad I waited and we visited the same company just different location and was very happy and the end.Thank you

I bought a mattress set from the Tomball location. I unfortunately misplaced my receipt and was unsure about the delivery time so I gave them a call. I annoy give enough praise to Robert for his help! There was a n issue with my order, and because I had misplaced the information I had no way to assist in correcting the problem. However, this did not deter Robert at all. Not only did he give me exceptional service, he went above and beyond to make sure I had the specifics of my order. He made me feel as though he was a life long friend. Robert is truly an asset to your company and he is the reason I will continue to do business with y’all.

Our salesperson Annalee was wonderful! She was able to answer all of our questions and didn’t try to steer us to buy a super expensive mattress. She asked us about our sleeping habits and recommended mattresses that would accommodate those habits. We were able to buy a very comfortable mattress that didn’t break our budget.

Because my cousin was moving (unplanned) to a Retirement Residence, we needed a bedframe and mattress virtually immediately. My wife and I went to look for a new mattress and found JUST what we needed. William was able to answer all of our questions and was very nice and informative. We thought we were set on a certain mattress but decided to lay on a few more and found another one and we were torn. He was able to inform us of the differences between the two without being pushy at all to help us make a more informed decision on which one we wanted. I will not purchase from Mattress Firm again. We gave them our money 2 months ago, and supposably we are to get a mattress on Monday. We have just heard that if item is not to be delivered we find out the evening before or the day of delivery. Not a good management of merchandise for sales.

Let me tell you about the BEST mattress buying experience. Craig and I went to Mattress Firm Tomball and William Underwood helped us find a bed. I picked out the bed I thought I loved. It was delivered and set up professionally and quickly and then I DIDNT sleep for a WEEK. I was miserable. The bed was too firm. William called to check on us and reminded me that we could exchange or return it. I didnt want to be THAT person but William let me know it was fine they just wanted us to love our new mattress. Our second new mattress was delivered and after a couple nights we are sleeping GREAT! And did I mention that we also got a refund because our bed went on sale after we purchased it. This customer service is unmatched!

We tried out many mattresses and Adam was quite knowledgeable about the differences in each mattress. We found a mattress that was perfect for both of us! We also were very pleased with the time they both took to find the financing that we wanted. We also bought a seat cushion that is awesome. We both have lower back issues and you just have to go try it out to see how well it works! Who knew buying a mattress could be an interesting and fun experience? Mr. William Underwood was the sweetest young man we have ever met. He took the time to sit down with us and listen to what our situation was with the current bed that we were sleeping on. After telling him the huge list of ailments that both myself and my husband suffer from he went above and beyond in finding the perfect bed that was right for both of our needs. In the month we have been sleeping on it we have never slept better. I also must say that the delivery experience was exceptional! We came in to buy my daughter a matress but the only person working did not greet us nor let us know that he would be with us shortly. He was understandably busy with another couple but in my experience as both an employee and customer the common courtesy is to greet and say something like...Ill be with you in xxx amount of time. The only time he directed any attention to us was to point in the direction of twin mattresses. Since we felt that the customer service was poor we decided to leave and head elsewhere. I held out hope that he would see us walk out and say thanks or have a good day but nope its like we didnt even exist. Maybe it was because of how I looked, not sure but it wasnt a good experience.

Directed us to exactly what we needed based on our preferences and checked out in under 20 minutes.

Don expect this store to ever live up to any warranty! They will sell you a $7000 mattress but heaven forbid they actually apply paid for warranty to it! I got the run around and 0 results!! I will never spend money at one of these stores again!

After we purchased a mattress I left feeling like I was just taken by a used car salesman. We did get a decent mattress and a good deal with that over all. However it was the experience that was terrible. The salesman was over the top. I understand it’s their job to help you find the best match but having a little space and breathing room to make a decision would be great. The salesman then began to call me girl. I’m not a girl. I’m a grown woman who had my parents, husband and nearly 2 grown kids with me. He was trying to be funny but I don’t find that funny. I find it a little too familiar and I unprofessional. He also gave us two time slots for delivery. I said whichever worked and he said “just give me a time”. At that point I knew he was in a hurry to get to other people who had walked in. He might as well have told me to hurry up. I left feeling like he was only in it for the sale and not our best interests as a customer. I watched the other salesmen’s and they weren’t behaving the same way. When we left I was glad to be out. It shouldn’t be like that.

We originally went to the Grand Parkway location and was helped by Trenese Cook but wanted to try the Purple mattress so my grandmother and I came down to this location and were helped by William Underwood. My grandmother said that she felt like a queen at both locations! We definitely appreciated all the time and attention they gave us.
