Great service with no pressure to buy. Got a great deal.

My 77 year old father went there to buy an adjustable bed. He paid with cashiers check as he is old school and does not have credit cards or technology. The delivery was supposed to be for today. The delivery people refused to move his adjustable beds after he was told by the store manager they would be moved. The delivery guys left and left the top part of the mattress outside. Luckily I was there and was able to move the mattress back inside. The store could have cared less as well as the management people they called. They would rather loose a $5000 sale than to make it right.

Seller of mattresses, deceiver, little scamsWatch out for the smooth talking salesmen. Buying a mattress is like buying a used car. …Same salesmen. They will scam you on the delivery services, base, and hype up cooling technology. Foam or padding is an insulator or not a cooling agent. The laws of thermodynamics apparently change when you walk in the store. Watch out for non-returnable bases and box springs. Supposedly you can exchange the mattress but I am sure it is also a scam. They sell mattresses. Beware of overpriced extras and scams

This is a great mattress firm location. They dont pressure you and they have killer deals right now. I purchased one of those bedframes that lift your head and feet for $499!! Its regularly two thousand at other places! Plus got a free delivery!

Mr. William Underwood was the sweetest young man we have ever met. He took the time to sit down with us and listen to what our situation was with the current bed that we were sleeping on. After telling him the huge list of ailments that both myself and my husband suffer from he went above and beyond in finding the perfect bed that was right for both of our needs. In the month we have been sleeping on it we have never slept better. I also must say that the delivery experience was exceptional! My wife and I were looking for a mattress for a year or so, decided to go by the Mattress Firm Tomball TX location. We were greeted by John Varner and right off the bat we were so comfortable with his greeting and attitude that we then and there bought the mattress. Though we were just there to look around first.The first mattress delivery was such a breeze however, we ended up replacing it as it was not up to the needs for my wife as she has back issue. She picked out another mattress which we are in love with and once again John made sure that this transaction goes by very smooth, it did and a huge Thanks to John. He helped us save the money on mattress as well as the box spring and our bed is like brand new. We are so happy with their support, customer service and agile responses in taking care of our needs. I bought a tulo mattress and box spring yesterday, I signed up for delivery between 5pm-10pm. They have this feature that you can track the delivery truck. Well here it is 12am, I have received no call, I have not received my delivery, the tracking site has quit working because technically I wasnt supposed to have a delivery scheduled for the next day, and its a Thursday night. My husband has to work in the morning and he is sleeping on the couch. I would say that the experience in store was amazing but because I havent received my bed, it feels like they just took over $1000 from me.

Disappointed sums up my experience. First, it took me 3 hours to get out of the store, and this was with me selecting a mattress in the first maybe 30 minutes. The saleslady (the only person in the store) was super nice, but it was her first day in the store alone. She had never logged into the computer system and had to call someone else for pretty much every question I asked. She was very apologetic about it and I dont blame her. I fault that with the company 100%, either they failed to train her or they failed to verify that she knew what she was doing. Second, I was (initially) very happy with their willingness to price match their competitor from across the street. Only when I got home and checked the price online for the mattress that I bought, I found that the normal price for that mattress is exactly what they price matched and discounted it to. If I had not come in with a price from a competitor I am afraid that I would have overpaid by HUNDREDS of dollars. I will NEVER walk into a Mattress Firm store again without having shopped somewhere else first, EVER. Im seriously disappointed that they dont give you a reasonable price straight off. Third, (and most of all!), the mattress that I laid on in the store and the one that arrived in my bedroom feel NOTHING alike. I understand that they cant place a new mattress in the store everyday or every month, but seriously, they need to have a sign in the store that says This mattress has been here since the store opened in 1998 and it wont feel anything like a new one. I wanted a firm mattress, but the mattress that arrived at my house is slightly firmer than say a concrete block. Nothing like the one I tried out in the store. Please give it 30 nights, they say. My back hurt within 30 minutes! I had an old memory foam mattress topper that I added but even that didnt keep me from waking up with a backache comparable to the 15 year old mattress that Id just gotten rid of. 29 more nights to suffer before I see if their sleep happy guarantee is worth the paper its written on. On a positive note, the delivery guys were right on time and called about 20 minutes before they arrived.

We needed a bed quick for a caregiver for my elderly Mom. I was able to purchase it over the phone from my home near Austin and it was delivered the next day as promised. All good!

Ryan is very knowledgable and helped us purchase our brand new Kingsdown Mattress.

Called the store And spoke with Ryan. I described to him what I was looking for in a mattress. He said he had a mattress that was brand new in the bag that was an extra floor model that was never opened because they accidentally sent the store 2 floor models so he could sell it to me for the floor model price. When I arrived at the store to look at the mattress it was tagged with a letter stating it was treated with a disinfectant and repackaged meaning it was sold to someone then returned for whatever reason. I asked for an extra 10% do to the fact it was not a brand new mattress like Ryan said it was and he said he could not lower the price.
