I have so much to say about this place.Stay away from them. Very dishonest people.Went for an oil change Monday and came back home with leaking oil. Never had this happened until I brought my truck there. They said they saw it but forgot to tell me? Or maybe it wasn’t leaking in the first place but when your techs changed the oil, that when the leak had occurred. Fresh oil all over my drive way.(still leaking. It is not residual oil, it is an active leak) Now I have to check the oil before I drive my truck anywhere. That is not how you treat your customers. Always be honest with them even if it’s again “Ford policy”. Corporate been involved and hope they learn from this and be honest with their customers.

Oscar did a great job handling my oil change and tire rotation. I came in on a Friday after work and he was as helpful as if it had been a Wednesday morning. The price for the services was exactly as he said it would be and he was able to get me done sooner than promised. This was my first time at this dealership but Ill happily come back!

My husband comes here for his oil change all of the time. My first time coming with him and I was impressed with the customer service of the staff. Honestly better than other places like restaurants or stores where I would be expected to be greeted and appreciated. Keep up the great work!!!!

Got there right when they opened on a Saturday. I was 4th in line and wanted the works done. I was out of there in about an hour so not bad. This was my first time here and first oil change since moving up here from Corpus. Wife and I were very impressed and will be taking her Explorer in next weekend for the works as well. Service advisor was awesome and very cortious. Thank you for youre awesome customer service!!!!!

I have used the Quick Lane over the last year with multiple oil changes an tire rotations and there is nothing quick about it. Avg 2-3 hour wait times for a quick lube center is terrible. Average service at a great price but no way going to continue to waste an entire day for an oil change.

I honestly have no complaints about their services and prices. I sometimes shop around, but almost always come back to get all servicing for my car done here. Except for my tires, that i got from Costco. I have a Ford Fusion, bought directly from Ford, and maintained by Ford.They dont get a full 5 stars because for two years, and countless towing to this location, I kept having a battery draining issue. It was a brand new battery from them. Finally the car died again just after the winter storm, and this time around they finally changed the battery for a new one.

I was very disappointed from a recent oil change and grease suspension service for my lifted truck. The service rep informed me he was going to bring my vehicle to the aftermarket department (AD) to grease the suspension after the oil change. I contracted AD see if they received the truck around 3pm, which they didnt. Mind you I dropped off my vehicle at Quicklane at 7:15-30am. I contacted the service advisor which he said he would bring it to AD, no apology. AD informed me the servicing would not take long. An hour before Quicklane closed still no call. My wife drove me there where she was late for an event and I couldnt attend my event. When I arrived the service rep said he text me, but I didnt receive anything, No apology. He did not give me a printout of my vehicles maintenance report, but a list of things that I have already done at Planet Ford.I have used this Quicklane before, but soon realized why never to come back.I just wander how this Quicklane operates and where they learned customer service. I mainly go to Planet Ford where there are no issues. Theyre customer service and waiting area are terrific.

There was only one customer there when I arrived for an oil change. I very specifically asked for a full synthetic oil. 45 minutes later, they put the wrong oil in. $60 for a conventional oil change? First and last time to use this dealer. Update: No one has contacted me regarding the poor service (not surprised). Also, due to them leaving used oil on my crossmember, I got oil all over my driveway. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH TOMBALL FORD QUICK LANE.

Never coming here again. Before arriving I called to find out the price for my oil change and specifically told them the make of my car and asked if there is any additional pricing. They specifically told me that the oil change would be around $50 and the only additional fee would be if my car needed additional quarts of oil. Then I again asked them due to my car being a Volkswagen would there be an additional charge or would it be more expensive and they assured me that there wouldn’t be. So convinced of the good pricing I dropped off my car and was told that everything was okay and that my car would be ready in an hour and a half. I came back 2 and a half hours later and my car still wasn’t ready. This was a huge inconvenience. I was told my car needed special oil that was waiting to be delivered and that it would be another hour. Then when my car was finally done I was told that my total was $116! I am aware that Volkswagen cars are more expensive for maintenance but that is why I called in advance to ask and also at drop off the guy that received my car information did not inform me of any additional charges. I am a super dissatisfied customer because there were no updates given to me on timing and also additional charges even when I asked specifically before any work was done with my car. Instead they just worked on it and shocked me with a high bill.

Everyone has good days and bad days, I happen to be there on a really good day.. had the 60,000 mile service performed and they did oil change, transmission fluid change, tire rotation, injector flush, throttle body service, cooling system flush and differential fluid change in about 2 hours total.. It must not have been a busy time this go around b/c I expected much longer to get this all done.

Wait consistently longer than expected (over two hours this time). Prices are extremely marked up, only made slightly worthwhile using ford pass points. Over inflated tires, didn’t rotate, etc.

Told me 45 min for an oil change... over 1.5 hours later and still waiting, and now I may be late for a very important meeting. If youre going to take longer... tell the customer so we have the opportunity to make a choice on if we can afford to wait that long.This place may be called quick lane, but they may as well call it the slow lane.

Went in to get a battery change under warranty and unfortunately service dept is closed. Me thinking o this should take only a minute. Well no that was not the case . I called in early in the day to confirm and was not told that i needed to arrive early due to them having to out my battery on a machine and all of this other stuff !!!! I mean if someone calls and speak with a rep great customer service would help a customer out when inquiring about a company’s service..

Quick Lane is definitely the wrong name for this place. A simple oil change took over 2 hours. When my vehicle was completed, they parked it back in the front and didnt inform their coworkers inside it was done. I saw my truck sitting their for a few minutes and had to let them know it was there.I only took my truck here since Tomball Ford gave me a maintenance package since they did not provide the best service during my purchase. This must be there way to ensure people dont use the package. I will definitely not come back here and may not purchase another vehicle from Tomball Ford. This was my 3rd vehicle from there and maybe my last.

This location has excellent customer service at a fair price. I was treated as a #1 priority as soon as I walked through the door. All 4 of my commercial vehicles were taken care of in a timely manner by a young man named Justin. Ask for him when you walk in. Very knowledgeable and very professional.

So very disappointed and concerned. I arrived here before 7 am and I waited in line just like everyone else. Instead of being put in the order I arrived 2-3 people were placed ahead of me because I had questions about a program I am on with Tomball Quick Lane. Just like everyone today time is valuable. As soon as my program has ended with Quick Lane I will not be a returning client. I have been here 2 hours and I am still waiting. Now they are telling me I need new filters. Quick Lane just replaced both the filters (my cost $150) less than 4 months ago. I am wondering if they ever replaced them in the first place??

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. My boyfriend’s vehicle had a recalled part, so he called the Quick Lanes at the Ford Dealership and they promised the part would be replaced and he would be given a temporary vehicle to drive. After my boyfriend spoke with a representative over a period of several different phone calls, the representative scheduled the exchange of vehicles to happen this afternoon. After leaving work early and sitting through hours of traffic, my boyfriend reached Quick Lane only to be told that the rental car place closed at 5:30 pm and he will have to return tomorrow. My boyfriend was also told upon arrival that there were no rental vehicles left. So even if my boyfriend had arrived by 5:30 pm, there would have been no vehicle for him to drive. The people who work here are not only incompetent, but also completely inept at their jobs.Keep in mind that I also called Quick Lane to verify his vehicle exchange and the secretary told me he was good to go as long as he made before closing at 7 pm, which he did. Moral of the story is...DO NOT GO HERE. THEY WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY.

Ive been coming here for years, the service quality has been good based on my experience. Customer service comes and goes, right now the service quality is excellent. I do believe it all depends on who they have managing the shop and the level of communication they care to have with their customers. I always try to call ahead, and they seem to accommodate my timing. Need help, talk to Wendy she seems to have the customers best interests in mind.

Quick Lane is the first choice for my wife and I when it comes to servicing our Fords. The staff are fair, honest, and to the point - they didnt talk down to my wife, and were upfront when a task might be better performed somewhere else for cheaper. They care about the customer, not the customers wallet.

Signed up for service value plan to get all the extras it provided. This is the second time I came in before 4pm and requested a wash with my oil change and after waiting 3hours ve told that they close at 7pm and wont have time to complete the wash. In the meantime my car didnt get in the bay until 6pm, so 2 hours of sitting in the parking lot where it could have been washed prior to oil change. Service seems to be acceptable but time management is a big problem and plan to sit for hours and not get everything promised.

Not the friendliest CSR... service people are fast.Ridiculous ---- PLEASE READ BAD REVIEWS BEFORE DROPPING OFF FOR SERVICE:HORRIBLE Customer Service. Mine was from JIM.Horrible system of communication back.Horrible process of checking in vehicle.No one can explain the details of the process until it is too LATE!! One department doesn’t know what the other department is doing. At time of making an appointment: they present that they have this more efficient way of bringing your truck in for service and minimize the time you are away from your truck. You are put on a waiting list and then you are paged when a BAY is opened up and ready for your truck (once you get the page you have 24 hours to bring it in for that service bay). I called them Monday and was added to the waiting list, possibly Tuesday I can’t remember… ANYWAYS I got my page on Wednesday afternoon, made arrangement to catch a ride to work and back to dealership for Thursday. Finalized the plans to dropped it off Thursday morning with is within the 24 hour time window. Thursday Morning dropped off my vehicle and was told that my car will not be looked at for 48 HOUR!!!!!!WHAT!?!?!?!?! How is that minimizing the time away from my vehicle????I could have just gone to Conroe or Planet Ford on 45 near my job with an actual appt and have already gotten a diagnosis of what is wrong with my truck and already on the way to fixing my vehicle…. NOW, I am just stuck CARLESS, accuring extra unneed cost and being forced to leave my truck with Tomball Ford at this point just cause i have already waited this long and Conroe and Planet ford cant see me until Monday (just dont want to start all over).People please learn from my mistake… this is my second time giving them a chance and WILL NEVER NEVER DO IT AGAIN... not even for buying a new/used truck!NOTES: They will not give ppl a loaner car while they have you waiting 48 hour to even know what is wrong with their vehicle…They do offer rentals for $45 a day BUT with only specific insurance…Their shuttle service only goes 15 miles (so beware if you are trying to do service during working hours)…SERVICE DEPT IS A HASSLE…HORRBLE Communication…SOOOO MANY PROBLEMS:Dropped off vechicle ask my guy to call me back to follow up on a cost of quick lane service… 230p I had to call him… still no return call back… 4p called back and said I am not getting off the phone until he answers… waiting 15 mins on phone finally got him on the phone.CONS: Make sure you have an extra car before dealing with these people or even make sure you just take a week off of vacation time to work with these people... So I got a flat tire on 249 and spring cypress i pulled over at chevron. I seen this place so I thought cool . I go ask them how much do u charge for a patch this employee response was we dont do patches we do plugs. I asked how much is a plug.. he never gave my answer just gave me the run around and sent me off. As I was leaving the man says try to think of cold weather while youre out there. Super disappointed with Ford in general anymore. We have been taking our Ford here for a couple of years now and had a check engine light come on. We thought the car was still under warranty and took it in, the guy said he would check on the warranty before doing anything. It wasn’t under warranty, and when he called he said he ran the diagnostics already and it would cost $260 to repair the issue. It was a $30 part at the auto parts store that needed replacing and the auto parts store offer free check engine diagnostics. We would have gone that route, but we had already signed a piece of paper so they charged us $120 just to check the light even though he said he wouldn’t without asking first.Shady business... we won’t be back.

Red head lad at front desk was completely rude and I can tell that she felt I was inconveniencing her. While I was waiting to get my oil change I went to ask her If my car was unlocked so that I can go get my drink out of the car. I stood there talking to her for a good 10 seconds before she realized I was talking to her. She had to take her headphones before she realized I was talking to her. Horrible customer service and I will not be going back.

I came here for a oil change a couple of weeks ago. I got The Works oil change with tire rotation. After leaving my center cap for my wheel came off and the service technicians didnt even notice my truck was low on coolant. I dont think Ill be back here for another oil change.

THIS PLACE SUCKS. I bought a plan from the ford dealership to have my oil changed every 5000 miles. They said this quicklane would change it for me but when I went in they said that they do not honor it. I went back and spoke to the sales manager that I bought the truck from and they gave them a call and eventually had me go back. when I arrived they said that they would not honor it Again. wasted day for me...

As many others have stated, this place should be called SlowLane. I had waited here for over an hour waiting for them to pull my truck in for an oil change. When they finally got around to pulling in my truck as of right now, it has been sitting on the car left for almost 2 hours. It does not take 2 hours to drain the oil. This places has the slowest group of employees I have ever seen. This place is a compete joke, and the employees attitude needs to be dealt with.

Dropped my truck off in the mid morning at about 10:30am. They told me it would be a couple of hours and they would call me and let me know when it was ready. They didnt call so I showed up at about 2:00pm and it still wasnt ready. The girl at the register said it would be another 45 minutes. I asked to grab some stuff out of the truck and ask if she would call me when it was ready she said ok. I called at 6:00pm and the guy took about 5 mins. to let me know that it was ready.

I have taken my Ford mustang twice for an oil change. After the first time they said everything was in great condition. I drive it home and my engine starts heating up, turns out there is a leak in one of the pipes. Second time, recently, right after getting the oil change and being told there is nothing wrong with my car, my engine begins making this horrible noise. Needless to say, i will not be returning.

On April 22nd they charged me for Synthetic blend oil change. It is supposed to go at least 5k-7k miles. Just after 2k miles my car started giving me warning that oil life is 15%. Just in 2 months oil life decreases for 85%? When i went to complain, the manager on duty gave an excuse that maybe they did not reset it. I checked the oil color and it is very dark. It seems like they did not change the oil. I asked for a technician to check the oil and she said i will have to wait 1 hour for that.They always ask the customers to wait for several hours and you wont know what are they doing with your car in that time. Some of the reviews indicate that they are not doing an honest job and this is pretty shady. Customer service and response by the manager was awful and was very irresponsible. When you are at fault, you cant let the customer leave unhappy and disappointed.

Im not one to write bad reviews, or any reviews at that matter, but I feel I should about my experience with this place. I took my car in for an oil change. I dropped my car off because i dont like waiting at these places. I recieved a call 1 hour later with them listing things wrong with my car. They told me my battery was dead and it would cost me $190 to replace it. Im not sure how it was dead because ive never had an issue prior to that call and even after picking it up my car ran fine. They also told me i had to replace my air filter and cabin air filter. Now im not sure how much other places charge, but this place wanted to charge me $50 for the air filter and $80 for the cabin air filter. I checked the air filter and it didnt need to be replaced and that cabin air filter they were trying to charge me $80 for? It was $10 at advanced auto and took me LITERALLY 2 minutes to replace. Why are they trying to charge me $70 in labor fees? I dropped off my car at 9:30a and gave them a call around 11:30 to check to see if it was ready. They never called me to tell me it was ready, only called to try to get me to pay almost $800 on things wrong with my car.

So I was looking around for a decent price to get my oil chysler 200. Saw they had this coupon for the works so I go inside and were but your car dont take motorcraft parts and if you look at the whole coupon which I didnt have bc I texted it to myself. And it only covers 5 qrts ok and your car takes I finished her sentence it takes 5.5 qrts. So I asked how much would it be. Around $55.00 ok do it. Well I didnt know I would be sitting there all afternoon and it took a long time to do my oil change. Then the tech could not figure out how to reset the oil change light. He was sitting in my car on his phone I assume googling it. So knowing my car will take an extra .5 qrt. I looked at the paperwork when I got home and they only put 5 qurts in there. Ugh they did not fill and resavors clearly you can see the lines for the coolant the overflow was way low. It was below the cool line and the car was hot. Then looked at the power steering fluid and its way low too. Im not the one advertising that we fill fluids. But you do and idc if you would have just told me they were low and it would cost x amount to fill them. But to say you looked at them and they were fine. Thats just WRONG!!
