I have been waiting for delivery since June 1 and all I’m getting is excuse after excuse. Still no brick and now I’m going to homeless effective August 1 since they don’t have staff to deliver my brick to complete my home

Their customer service is the worst! Deliveries do not come when they are suppose to...not even the same week. The account rep only has his phone on when he is selling...otherwise he is not accepting calls at this time
