Our internet is constantly down! Constantly. Service came out and spent over an hour looking for the problem and even upgraded the modem. Went down again next day.. working from home is a major challenge as of late. Outages happen 1-3 times per week ranging from 30 mins to hours. Pretty sure my boss is starting to question the truth in volume of occurrences. You would think a credit of some sort should be warranted....we will likely b changing service soon.

Noella was absolutely wonderful to work with. She found us the best deals and cut both our internet and cell phone bills in half. She was very polite and very nice. I would recommend working with her for sure.

The associate was very helpful but she was supposed to hold a Galaxy Note 20 for me and didnt which made me have to get the Galaxy S21 Ultra other than that she was great.

The store was good with friendly, competent employees. The problem I have is that Xfinity charges waay too much $ for their services. If AT&T didnt have such lousy wifi, Id switch in a heartbeat!

Painless and quick equipment return when cancelling services for a move. Staff was friendly, wearing masks and store had plastic partitions up. Important during the pandemic to take precautions to ensure healthy exchanges with customers. Well done Xfinity!

Boy have these folks come a long way. Walked up (with no line) to trade in equipment and discuss plans. She had my new hardware ready and noticed I could save money with a better plan in less than a minute. Comcast is still expensive but the experience is MUCH better than it used to be.

The people working there are all very nice. But For an electronic store they have just ONE register where you can pay your bill or buy ANYTHING. It usually is not a problem unless of course you are not the only one trying to pay a bill/purchase something. And when the employees are asked why there is just one computer at which you can be helped for these specific services, their answer is that having just one register “prevents people from getting things messed up”—meaning counting money. If people who are hired to work here are not competent enough to count money correctly then Xfinity should have a better selection process for hiring people. Maybe then they could provide faster and more efficient service for their customer instead of making them wait long amounts of time.

They will not attempt to help you if you mention you want to return a buggy phone. They will be rude. Try Willowbrook store they will atleast look up your info, was able to get new phone here.

Michael Pawlewicz is Great! He is extremely knowledgeable and gives the best customer service I’ve had in a long time. If you’re going into the Xfinity in Tomball I would highly recommend asking for Michael

A black lady staff named Eternity is the worst I’ve ever met. Aside from poorly doing her job, she’s also rude. Thanks to the white guy and the the other black girl who were nicely doing their job of attending to customers.

Even though I live closer to the Willowbrook location I always travel a little further to the Tomball location because of the excellent customer service. DeNerrick always gives great customer service and makes sure I am aware of all new products or specials that are going on. I have referred others to him and he never disappoints.Thank You DeNerrick and the Tomaball location
