Coffee is great and service is always friendly but they never put extra Caramel drizzle when I ask and pay for it. Also the drive thru line can take longer then expected. I recommend ordering ahead and walking in to pick it up.
Never have a good experience here, this is the third time we come and it’s closed! Like what’s going on? Kroger Starbucks in Tomball is so much better than here. We’d like to come to this because of drive through, but I guess we’re just going to have to stop coming here.
I love Starbucks and I don’t mind to spend 100 bucks here . But today their service absolutely bad . I know they were short staff but anyways 40 minutes to make a white mocha ! I will never come back or refer no one to this store .

Drinks were fantastic. Service was fast. Food was ok, just not what I ordered. I ordered grilled shrimp, not fried; got avocado; no Charo beans. Everyone else was actually what they ordered. Will give them another try.
If you dont mind waiting 25 minutes for a drink then this is definitely the location to come to. The past 4 times I have come through here Ive had to wait anywhere from 20-25 minutes just for a simple coffee. I went into this location yesterday only to wait 20 minutes (( as usual )) and after seeing my coffee sitting on the counter for 5 minutes not knowing it was mine I come up and asked if it was mine and sure enough it was mine. They didnt even bother to say my name and notify me it was mine. So I received a watered down ice white mocha. Appreciate it guys. Nothing seems as it will change with the services of this location. I will no longer be coming here.
The employees here have a great personality and made sure we got our the drinks the exact way we want them. Would recommend to come here for tea and coffee lovers.
Worst Starbucks ever. Literally sitting here now, there is 5 employees in the back standing around not doing anything and I ordered my drinks 10 minutes ago. Get it together Starbucks. Hire better people. I won’t be coming back here, and I go to Starbucks at least twice a day. Every Starbucks I go to are great EXCEPT this one.
Honestly unstopped drinking coffee long time ago. So Ive never once been to Starbucks chances are never will but Ill tell you when I walk to the parking lot this place daily smell that coffee smell so good and a lion run all the way out to the road every day so theyre doing something right

Always get my orders wrong, have to replace with a new order. A lot of products wasted.
This week it closed every day at 2pm and then we go tonight at 8 and it was closed. Sign and online said 9pm. Seems like this location is having a hard time finding people to work at it. This is the only one Starbucks in the area. Losing money.

Ordered ahead, left my house, went to Lowes got a couple things, get to starbucks & wait an additional 15min past the time it said it would be ready. Also I ordered a hot coffee & got an iced coffee, didnt want to wait an hour to get the right drink. Starbucks needs to put up another location near-by bc the ones inside Kroger & Target dont count.

Most slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to! And it’s ridiculous, spring location is hands down the best! Definitely NOT tomball! If you pull up and there is a long line and you’re on a time limit, I’d recommend not stopping there. Would give zero stars if I could but I had to give one to write this. I’d normally not write a bad review but comon now it’s ridiculous.
It is my to go place but they often put a lot of milk instead of soy milk. I already two orders from here came with normal milk but just out of 30 orders :)
I come to starbucks a couple times a week, and this isn’t the first time i’ve had a bad experience. my go-to order is a hot caramel macchiato, as is, no customizations. it took forever to get my drink, i was standing there for 15min. when i finally got it, they had given it to me iced which was not what i wanted at all. it didn’t even say iced on the sticker. i gave it back for them to remake it only to wait an additional 20min for my actual drink. i tried to talk to the store manager about it, cause this has happened before, and she had terrible customer service. i didn’t feel taken care of at all. instead, i felt like a nuisance. her attitude was just icing on the cake to this terrible experience.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Placed curbside order because it was morning rush time and I have infant in car seat. Sat outside and waited 18 minutes before I had to get infant out of car seat to go inside and get my order. The drive through line was onto street, so I didn’t want to wait longer. My order was ready and sitting on side area. If you CAN NOT FOLLOW THRU ON CURBSIDE PICKUP, DO NOT OFFER IT.

Great place! I wish they did curbside more consistently. Being in the car with a baby it was super helpful to not have to get her out of car seat run in come back to car put her back in then get to leave.
Went to Starbucks today through the drive-thru. The worker told me there was no ice, so they could not make Frappuccinos or any iced coffee. Next time, Starbucks needs to put a big sign out before people get into the drive-through and wait for 10 minutes without being able to order what they wanted. Their drive-thrus are always long, so there were already cars behind us. Couldn’t get out of line.
The walk-in experience is horrible. There were approximately 14 cars in the drive-thru and they served ALL of them before having our order ready. I understand drive-thru may take priority, but for 1, thats still overboard, secondly, that needs to be posted or stated inside the store. Let paying customers know that their wait time will be extended until the drive-thru line has been reduced or service the customers as their orders are placed!

Starbucks stores are all pretty much the same good service, change out your coffee if you order the wrong drink and pretty clean restrooms. I stop by frequently while running errands. Their drinks are made consistently with all of their stores that I have stopped at.
First time to this store. The employees were friendly and courteous. Ill be back the next time Im in the area.
Great fast drive thru. Ordered the new brown sugar oatmilk shaken espresso drink, sadly they were out of the syrup. But the amazing drive thru worker had a great replacement syrup(her personal fav cinnamon dulce) that she recommended that I actually PREFER in the drink now. Thank you!
All is YUMMY!!! Just dont like that the prices went up and also getting rid of straws! I DO NOT LIKE THAT!!!! I Love My Straws....so sad, but still Amazing coffee drinks.
Long lines in drive thru but still quick service
There is no less than 2-3 issues with EVERY order. They are supposed to re-make an order if it is incorrect, yet they absolutely refuse to. Anytime something is wrong, they give every excuse as to why they cannot remake the product or correct the issue.
Even though store is closest to my home, Im just going to have to stop coming here. They frequently turn off order ahead and the drive through line can easily take 30 minutes. Even on a work day after 8 am. This location is severely understaffed and it doesnt appear the store manager intends on fixing it.
Great service! Who ever worked the drive through Saturday morning you totally made my Dumplings day! She is a rescue pup and that was her first puppaccino! I wish I would have snapped a picture because it was pure joy on her face and whipped cream!

I will say in general that the stand alone Tomball Starbucks on is second best in my favorite locations. The staff there are friendly, courteous, and professional. What I dislike about the Starbucks is due to its popularity and drive thru design once you get in the drive-thru line youre pretty much stuck. And people trying to back out who have gone inside or who have done the curbside service may have issues backing out of the spots because the drive thru line is full. My experience this week unfortunately was not a good one I had wanted a hot chai tea and banana bread. Neither of which they had. And if I actually liked coffee and didnt think their hot chocolate always tasted burned (this is a brand standard not a store issue) this probably wouldnt be a problem. So I got the vanilla bean cream frappuccino no coffee...but they were also out of the dome lids for the whipped cream. Sigh. First time.ive ever had issues at this location so I dont know if it was a run on coffee and tea because of the cold spell or because of the covid or just my bad luck for the day. Otherwise I would have no issue going back to order the same again. But take my advice if you order for a pickup in the store you might try parking in the other lot and running in real quick if the drive-thru line is full while the other businesses are closed and save yourself the hassle.
I saw the bad reviews for this location and was initially hesitant to visit this location. Based on the previously listed reviews, this location has a lot of drive thru transactions that could possibly delay the preparation of my drink. Armed with this information, I decided to utilize the Mobile order option found in the Starbucks App. The gave a 4-6 minute window for my drink to be ready. When I arrived at this location, I found my drink ready and waiting on the counter.Temperature was idealIm glad cup sleeve was on, and my name was readily visible.Taste was ok. No complaints on my end.

Have tried several times to give this place a chance. Orders are always wrong. Always completely melted by the time we get them. The wait times are through the roof and the staff is clueless. They cannot get my order right one time. There is always one issue if not a whole order being wrong every single time we visit. Sad sad Starbucks location. Will be driving further from now on. Does not help that the staff is rude.

Just drove from home to get my wife a hot tea and a coffee and cookie for me. At 8:15 the store was closed. Three employees standing around said they had to close early due to not having enough help? I was the only one there at the time. They could have taken care of me. Where was the manager? Will be a while before I return to a Starbucks...

Literally the worst Starbucks location. Super slow service, theyve gotten my order wrong twice now and the little Indian girl who works the window is completely oblivious on how to do her job. If you cannot take and run my credit card then you have to have at least enough sense to tell me what the CC machine is saying, simply telling me that the card hasnt gone through 3 times and not mentioning that machine is telling the customer to swipe is not sufficient. The machine is attached to a cord that is plugged into your store, I cannot see the screen but you can. I will not be back to this location.
I dont get out to Tomball often anymore but I generally stop at Starbucks when I do. This location is quick! There was a line of cars and I was sure it would take longer than I wanted to wait but I really wanted coffee. I was surprised I had my order (yes it was correct) in less than 5 minutes!!! I am pretty sure it was less than 3. They made it through that long line of cars faster than most other locations Ive been too.
I should of learned my lesson the first 4 times I went and waited an large amount of time. Not only did they have me wait but wasn’t apologetic about their service. they also sat my drink outside when the said they would bring my drink to my car since I was the first customer and was already 25 minutes behind. All the workers seem super careless. I worked food plenty of times before and even coffee establishments. But NEVER have I ever witnessed such carelessness from a company who has the business to keep going and change things around but clearly is not in their agenda.

The drive thru line was packed this morning as it usually is on a Friday. So I parked and went in. I ordered a grande sized mocha cappuccino with 2 pumps of peppermint. I waited while several other people came through and picked up their orders. Then others that came in the store to order were getting theirs before me. So I went up and asked the girl for my order and she didnt even know what I had ordered. I had waited over 20 minutes at this point and ended up with the wrong order. Some of the girls were standing around doing nothing while others were working harder to get orders out. Obviously there is no system. Once you put your order in it disappears in the system.

I do love Starbucks. This was my first visit to this particular location. Im not sure I would want to return. (Possibly). It is difficult to find parking. Its difficult to use the parking because parking is so limited and tight. With traffic and cars pulling out in addition to the waiting line of cars its frustrating and time consuming. The car line was extremely long (going completely to the busy road) so I opted to park and go inside. It was Friday about 10 am. They appeared to be well staffed but service was slow. Very slow. Someone who was having their coffee outside opted to order a second drink using the Smart Phone App rather than ordering in line (smart move). I needed to get back to work. This trip was not a good use of my limited time. I was still giving 4 stars because my coffee was great. Just slow.
Mobile order placed bit took over 20 minutes to recover order. Employee was polite And cheerful, but service extremely slow.

Even though COVID-19 is going on, the service has been absolutely fantastic and the products superbly delicious. There is an employee Id like to mention however. If you ever go during Sashas shifts, you will get the best service possible in a drive thru...especially in the mornings. She has a great attitude and I can always tell she has a smile on her face due to her excitement and interactions with the customer.
Given that the line was all the way around the building today at about 2 when I went through the drive thru, they were quick, the girl working drive through was kind when I changed my order, and they had everything correct.
Made me give them the recipe for a product they should know.

Great staff, and a well cleaned and well ran Starbucks. All in all, it is a great location. The only downside is the parking situation, but that is the designers fault obviously.

Hey Starbucks just shut down your lobby, service is constantly horrible now! As someone who likes grabbing a latte and sitting outside it is so frustrating to see multiple cars drive up to the drive-through get drinks and drive away while I still wait for my one drink. Waited nine minutes for my drink only one other customer in the lobby. Miss the old Starbucks and the partners you knew by name. Now they really have become the Wal-Mart of coffee so therefore Im being too harsh, just lower my expectations and go through the drive-through, as least until my gift cards are used up. Let me be clear the kid working the bar was cranking out drinks fast, just for the drive-through, I didnt seem to be a priority.
