I truly do like CSDS but only when it comes to their vinyl and HTV. But I wish they were more descriptive when it comes to ordering shirts. As in different materials and colors. I had ordered 2 Heather Burgundy. I got one actual Heather Burgundy and the other was just Burgundy and could definitely tell a different material. The tags in the shirts are ridiculous. They tear off so easily. The $1 screen prints, they’re cute but not the best. The heat and pressure time is not accurate at all, and it takes forever to even get it onto a shirt.

Michelle is the absolute best at the warehouse. Super friendly and always gets me what I need. If you haven’t made a trip to the warehouse, do yourself a favor and go! She makes the experience inviting and fun! She knows where everything is located and very knowledgeable on their products.

This is the BEST place for printed vinyl and HTV. So many options to choose from!! Ive been to several places in Houston and CSDS, hands down, has the biggest selection of printed!

Staff is nice, friendly, and knowledgeable! I was just buying vinyl for a family member. They were throwing words like htv etc but once i told them i had no idea what those acronyms were, they were eager to give me a introductory lesson. Awesome place!

They have thousands of patterns but they have 0 African prints when I asked if this is something they will carry or consider carrying I was basically told NO its obvious they make there own patterns so this is something that can be easily be done. I think what bothered me most is I had already purchased at least $300 of other patterns with them and had intended to spend more until I realized they didnt want to carry any African Prints or something similar I even sent examples!....As a business woman myself I always take my customers concerns into consideration but this owner did not respond to my call or email message so thats all I needed to know about the business....My suggestion...Look for the pattern you most prefer to have before purchasing and if your looking for Black Culture Prints DONT waste your time here..Look elsewhere....

Drove 30 min to a sign that read closed.Online hourse state 8pm & they have a sign written in chalk saying 10am-6pm. Hope this helps others avoid the trouble!

My favorite supplier, the prices are great and the associates are always very helpful. You can always call in any questions as well.The store has a good amount of everything for vinyl crafters such as shirts, wood blanks, silhouette supplies, leather, HTV.My #1 recommendation is there house brand adhesive vinyl, It is absolutely amazing!

Tomball location is AWESOME!!! Staff is SUPER friendly and gets to know you! Wish they were stocked up better but all in all they are my go to store!

Today, I visited the Katy location for the first time. I was very excited to know that there was a vinyl shop so close to me. When I arrived into the store I was not greeted by anyone, the 2 ladies that were in the shop at the counter who just continued to talk about personal business in regards that one of them has a son that is preparing for college and wanted to go out of state so they need to make sure that the dual credits will transfer. I walked around the store and was able to locate what I needed, then someone else came into the store and the ladies greeted them, welcomed them into the store and asked if they could help them with anything. I came from the back on the store to see who had came in that the were greeted so happily. These ladies were Caucasian, I myself am African American, so I begin to wonder just how I should feel since I did not get a greeting at all or asked if I needed assistance. I did purchase the items that I had only because I really needed to complete an order for a customer. But trust and believe I will not be returning.1-24-17This morning I got a call from the owner Ms. Colleen and she apologized for my experience in the store on yesterday. She has addressed with the employees and stated that she never wants a customer to feel like they are not important to her. I feel like she was very sincere and I will try the company again. :)

This is the best local vinyl store in the area. They have a great variety of products in store, they run fun giveaways, specials, freebies, etc. The staff is awesome! Theyre always helpful, funny, answering questions and helping me navigate my projects - and they give you space if you know what youre doing. I only buy my vinyl at CSDS!

Small store, super busy. I didnt see the selection or Variety of the Conroe location. Also, line was long. Since it is a smaller store, it seemed cramped. I was in the area, needing a few blank shirts, and they were out. They had various sizes, just not what I needed unfortunately. Staff seemed to rush you if you were not someone that they knew. Those customers defintley were treated more friendly. I will visit here if Im in the area again and in a pinch, but prefer Conroe.

This is my go-to place for all of my vinyl needs. They are decently priced, and the quality of the vinyl is really good. They sell oracle, along with in house vinyl, heat transfers and a wide variety of colors and textures. They also carry a bunch of different shirts, crafting supplies, and odds and ends that you can personalize.

The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Great variety of product. Super clean store. I live in Austin, but always make it a point to stop into the store when Im in town. Ive yet to have anything less than a 5 star experience!

So I thought it was a nice place unfortunately I was sadly mistaken! I have shopped there twice and on my second visit I purchased 2 raglan shirts. Once I got them home I tried them on and noticed that 1 of the shirts was clearly damaged. I returned to the store the next day to exchange the item and was blatantly told that I was the one that damaged the item. The owner did not even offer to work with me. Being in a successful retail business myself, I know customer service goes a long way! I know for a fact she would have lost a whopping $7 that she spent on the shirt. The thought that $7 was more important to her than keeping a customer is shocking. She wont last long if thats how she continues to treat her customers. Good customer service goes a long way. You should try it!

I have always loved shopping at CSDS Vinyl in Tomball, however my last experience left a bad taste in my mouth. Please understand, the products are spectacular and prices on point, but the customer service was lacking. The lady who checked me out wasnt very helpful when I asked a question and she seemed to be hurrying me out the door. (It was nowhere near closing time.) I will continue to do business with CSDS online, because of the items and prices, but I doubt I will ever go to a storefront again.

My favorite vinyl store! Staff is always so nice and they typically have everything Im looking for in stock when Im in a hurry and cannot order online! Im amazed at their great selection and also their awesome choices of printed vinyl! This store is a must see for any craft lover!

This location is very dimly lit inside so hard to really get to see the right shades of the vinyls before buying and taking them home. I didnt get acknowledged when I first got up to the counter because the ladies were talking to each other and then it was like oh hey, you ready?

I was very disappointed in the customer service of this location. I drove in from San Antonio looking forward to shopping at the Tomball location. Unfortunately since I did not have a VIP ticket was turned away and the door was locked behind my family. I found the advertisement to be misleading. It is not okay to put on the actual flyer that all sales are at specific time, but have to read through comments/posts to find the “fine print” information. If I would have been offered on the spot to purchase a ticket I would have gladly. The sales representative could have been much more polite in how the situation was handled. I really hope in the future she does give such attitude to customers.This is one of my favorite stores and a “treat” when I am in town to stop at since I do not have access in San Antonio. I really hope that in future sales reps and advertisement is handled in a more professional manner. This was a first for me at this location and hope it does not continue.

Knowledgeable staff. Great selection of quality vinyl - HTV, printed/pattern HTV & adhesive. They also carry acrylic blanks for making keychains. Blank shirts at reasonable prices. They have a heat press available for public use & if not too busy, staff will help or train best practices for pressing correctly. Bigger selection online that can be purchased for store or warehouse pickup.

DO NOT SHOP HERE. Buy your vinyl ANYWHERE ELSE except here. It is a miserable experience each and every time. I spent over $100 in heat transfer vinyl today at the Tomball location and it was faulty/fraudulent vinyl. It would not weed. (I work with vinyl everyday for a living- this was not user error.) I went back to the store an hour later to return or exchange it and the manager was unbelievably rude and helpless. Needless to say, I wasnt able to get my money back. Additionally, if you do choose to shop here, expect wait to about 10-15 minutes to checkout even if youre the only one in the store.Spend your money elsewhere.

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They are as rude on the phone as they are in person. If you want help finding a specific color vinyl they give you attitude. They have a horrible refund policy and do not care about you at all. I give two stars because they DO have a good amount of selection but half the time they are sold out and dont care at all to try to help you find another solution.

Super disspointed in this place recently. I came in and got toddler raglan. I found other ones at a lower price and wanted to return and get store credit. They were way too strict on their 7 day return policy. I have been a very loyal customer abd spent hundreds of dollars there and they could not even give me store credit!!! You can bet I will be taking my business elsewhere!

Very disappointed on how I was treated. Came in with my receipt to exchanged two sheet of htv for the same thing just two different colors. She told me I had to pay the difference because I originally bought them on sale. So I said ok can you explain to me why then because it’s the same product same amount just different color. The lady behind the counter got real rude and snippy & said fine you know what I’ll just give them to you for what you paid. All I wanted was an explanation why I was being charged if I’m just swapping out the product for the same kind of product. I wasn’t trying to getting money back or get a different type of material that was more or less in price. I started coming here bc I liked their products but if I’m going to be treated like this then I’m not going to shop here & I will be telling my other friends who need to buy vinyl my experience and tell them of another shop to go to.

The ladies here have gone above, and beyond time, and time again. I came in to buy some Oracal 651, and walked out with that more heat transfer vinyl than I could carry. I also scored the cutest printed vinyl I have ever seen. I asked a girl named Rebecca I think her name was for some advice on what settings to use to make a t-shirt. She jumped to it and gave me tips I didnt even think about. This is my vinyl shop for life, thanks ladies.

Please check your bags shoppers...you do not want to forget an item. On 11/25/16, I was in the Katy area visiting family/friends for Thanksgiving. I stopped into the NEW Katy store....loved the size and many more items available as opposed to the Tomball store which I had just shopped in approx. 1 month prior. The sales person was very helpful and extremely nice. I purchased several items and did not pay attention to everything item making its way into the bag. My daughter & I walked over to the candy shop, me never giving the bag I was carrying another thought. Later in the evening I had a voice mail stating that an item had been mistakenly left out of the bag by the cashier. I called on Saturday stating I live in the Atascocita/Humble area, could the item please be mailed to me. Was told they do not mail/ship from the Katy location. I asked if it could be sent to the Tomball location because I know the ship from there. (I had earlier in the week ordered the scrap bag of vinyl and received it the next day)Several days later I was called to say the item was at the Tomball store ready for pick-up. I asked that it please be mailed to me as I am not going to be in the Tomball area anytime soon. I was told no, they could not ship the item to me. I asked that a check be refunded. I was told no, I needed to come get the item.I have emailed and tried to call the owner, Colleen S. My emails are returned by someone else and no return calls have been made.I just want the transfer tape mailed to me...how much does it cost to mail the item?
