I have been renting a climate controlled unit here for 4 years now and only moved out today because I no longer need a storage unit. It has always been clean and well-maintained. Every single employee I have interacted with has been very pleasant and very helpful. The price has remained the same the entire time I rented here. I have also used their auto-draft feature for a long time without issue. I had a card replaced once due to fraud and was charged a late fee, I forgot that it was drafting from my card and not my bank account number. They were happy to help and reimbursed my late fee. I also lost my keys at one point and they met with me and cut the lock off for me. I think they only charged about $20. Even the move out was painless. Also, this location did not take on any water when Tomball flooded or during Harvey. If I ever need a storage unit again I would gladly drive across town to use this facility.

Friendly helpful service, clean units and property, and great prices

Our ministry stores in the air controlled area here, great access and clean with easy access in and out whether its a pickup truck or U-Haul truck. And make sure security doors to the inside and good Lighting on the inside as well. The managers there are warm and friendly and do everything they can to help us make sure that we have everything that we need for sure if youre going to store, store here.

It was such an easy and fast process, everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely recommend this location.

Pricing consistently increases each year. Do not use the auto-pay option! They will double charge or charge for non-existent late fees and then blame corporate for a computer error. I am fighting them to return fees they charged in error for the 3rd time since I started renting there. At this point, it is more cost efficient to move my stuff to another facility.

Change Management too oftrn never know whos running your facility next.just get familiar with Management then they are gone.

Clean, well-maintained storage center. Managing couple lives on-site, extremely nice, and very helpful. Many sizes to choose from. Climate controlled units also available.

Kim was very helpful and professional. I have used various Cube Smarts and have always been very satisfied.

The storage unit monthly rate is hard to beat. The office team were very pleasant, qualified and answered all my concerns. They told me exactly what I needed without seeking to up sell additional items. There were plenty of sizes and options to select from at AAA Storage on Huffsmith Kohrville Rd.

Let me tell you. Staff(Randall love & kathy )is superb they go above and beyond. Well kept storage facilities. Climaye controled rv & small boats spaces. Highly recommend.

It was a little hassle getting things setup originally, but eventually was able to start moving in. Half as cheap as competitors with three times the size storage.
