This is the place to be. Very clean, staff is very professional and available. Answer all questions and they do not keep you in the dark with any hiding prices. You pay there, security camera though out each floor. Insurance is covered in the price if you dont have your on. Wide hall ways and and large elevator to move your stuff. Did I say it was very clean. And the prices are great. Thank you and have a Bless Day

Storage west is the cleanest facility we could find. Add in the affordability and security you’ve got nothing in comparison in the area.

I had a great experience, got to borrow the truck and everything went smooth. I like that new storage building smell! The employees there where very friendly. The only critique is the carts could use wheel locks as there is a slight incline where you unload but was easy to workaround.

Ill keep it short. We had an issue that could have really cost us a lot of money. Joel and the good folks at Storage West (Tomball) came to the rescue. He really went above and beyond. Thanks Joel!

Excellent location and service. Joel was very friendly and helpful, answered all my questions. Facilities are clean and very secure. We chose them over others as they keep comparable rates and are close to home within easy access to the freeway. Highly recommend this location over any other.

Only had a unit here for a year and a half and our rent has doubled! Just know that going in if youre planning on keeping a unit long term. As for me Im moving out asap.

Received excellent service for over a year while my items were in storage. Immuculate and very reasonably priced. Great place to keep your items in storage! My items were inside, no worries about rodents and such!I used several 3 storage places over a 20+ years while relocating. This by far was the best storage facility!!! I commend Storage West and staff!!

The units are clean but had several issues with entry and exit times. Wasn’t aware that when you are in before 7pm that the gates are locked and you can’t get out. So if you get there at 6:30 you better be out of the gates by 6:59 or you have to call to get an emergency code to get out. If you are paying money and they have gates then it is crazy that you can’t access your belongings at any time. I also called corporate because the code was denying access and was told they couldn’t give me any information because the rental was in my husbands name and they didn’t put them in joint names?!? You should have an authorization form for whomever is allowed to discuss unit. That is insulting to the other spouse when they are calling about the unit. I was also unaware that if you leave early they do not pro rate refund. I highly recommend shopping around for storage if you want to access your belongings after 7pm.

The facility is well taken care of, loved the security gates, the staff was always helpful and courteous, easy to set up the storage and easy to terminate as well. Overall I had an excellent experience,

The facilities are great. Very clean. The 3 star rating is because of our interactions with an unreasonable manager during our move out today.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I was fighting traffic to get there, and they stayed late AND had great attitudes. I would recommend them to anyone. The policy of letting new renters use a free box truck to move in was a God send. A cut above the rest!!!

I was told I could call ahead and extend the hours if I needed. Today I called and customer service told me they couldn’t extend the hours if the office was closed. And, if I was on the property after 7pm I’d be locked in! They have no way of contacting a manager or helping me!!Unfortunately I was never told that or I would’ve called yesterday!!
